Ronaldo can be a perfect replacement for loaned Lukaku at Chelsea, of course he can be deploy as their centre forward with Sterling playing at the wings, Ronaldo is a better goal scorer than Lukaku if played as their main striker, Ronaldo wants to play UCL with his remaining years playing at the top level, I believe that prompted his transfer request from Man Utd, he can no longer wait till the team rebuild and form a formidable team which means the chances of qualifying for UCL next season is even slim because Erik Ten Hag will start from the scratch.

As far as I can see, Chelsea want more than the top 3 places. Ronaldo may not be the best in the team, but we know how hardworking and successful Ronaldo is.
