Ronaldo and Neymar have been linked to Chelsea, but there is nothing concrete about the transfer. Chelsea is still trying to sign De Ligt from Juventus, and negotiations are ongoing. De Ligt is interested in the Chelsea project, but there are some complications because Bayern Munich is also interested. Juventus is seeking at least €85 million.

Chelsea are currently eyeing De Light but personally he is more interested in coming to Bayern Munich and he has spoken to Nagelsman and De Light impres about Nagelsman's squad project so he prefers to go to Munich even though it was Chelsea who went after him first, but which is a bit so The problem here is that Munich they don't want to pay De Light the price that the Juve team has offered, they are asking for €50-60 million, so let's see how Juve will negotiate again with Munich and if negotiations don't work out maybe De Ligt will stay at Juve because his contract still has three years remaining.
This De ligt's transfer saga is similar with that of Raphinha. Player wants a particular club who cannot pay the asking price but player is not interested in going to the other club that can meet the asking price. And Juventus want to offload him at the right price to facilitate more incoming players. Although Chelsea were considered to be in pole position to sign him last month, a twist in the tale has been introduced in the last few days and now there are reports that Bayern Munich have offered €75 million plus add-ons for De Ligt, but Juventus are holding out for a minimum base fee of €80m.

Most times it is difficult getting a player during the transfer window for some reasons. We assume the club is not doing their best to get these players, there may be some factors stalling the process, one of this factor is the player's choice of destination. A club can have the money to pay and get the player but the player sometimes has other club he wants move to and that's the situation with Raphina, Chelsea are ready to pay for his services but he prefers to play for Barcelona or Arsenal and both teams are not willing to pay the full price Leeds are asking.

Arsenal are thinking about parting ways with many players. It seems like Nicolas Pepe and Bernd Leno are among the candidates too. Pepe has been brought to the team with big hopes. However he couldn't have given the expected performance from him to Arsenal. I still believe Leno is a good goalkeeper but Ramsdale has taken his place in the starting eleven by a shining performance.
Arsenal new signings means the duo of Nicolas Pepe and Leno will be surplus to the club, the brilliant and oustanding performance of Ramsdale last season had completely confined Leno to the bench, of course he was  the former first choice goalkeeper but due to his inconsistent and always conceding cheap goals that was reason for sitting on the bench, Arsenal had already signed Matt Turner from MLS in case Leno leaves, Pepe has no option than to seek for club elsewhere because he won't guarantee a regular playing time with calibre of quality attacking and offensive players Arsenal just signed, however his high sign-on fee may wade off potential buyers.

Manchester united offers €60 million midfielder de Jong and barcelona takes advantage of man United's interest to push higher value for his midfielder. ~

I read a funny thing on the news: Barcelona are already ready to sell De Jong, but they cannot do it right now because they have a debt to the player (16 million in salary and 4 in bonuses)  Grin Is it just me or is every news from this club getting more and more clownish? Now I understand how Barcelona got into such a difficult financial situation  Grin

After Cristiano Ronaldo was permitted to leave Manchester United this summer, one of Chelsea's owners regarded the potential to sign one of the biggest names in sports as being too good to pass up, and Chelsea had an offer ready for Ronaldo.

What are the chances of Chelsea getting Cristiano Ronaldo in the transfer window this summer?
Is signing Ronaldo the best thing Chelsea can do right now? Looking at how he ended up in Manchester United and how many people expected a lot from him, it appears as if he is not in the team, he will not be able to take them to the Champions League as many people expected, signing for Chelsea may give the same, though anything can happen, but Chelsea could have looked for a young aged player to buy instead of Ronaldo.
Actually Ronaldo could have brought Manchester United to the Champions League if his teammates did the same. Manchester United's failure to penetrate the Champions League was purely the fault of the whole team who could not improve their game to a better performance. In fact, I see a setback in this club.
Regarding Ronaldo's chances of playing for Chelsea, it seems quite large, if Manchester United has allowed it, it means that the decision is in Ronaldo's hands.

Chelsea's management will spend a relatively modest fee to get Cristiano Ronaldo's signature at just £15m, but Chelsea will have to shell out more than £400,000-a-week despite Mendes having told interested parties he is willing to take a pay cut if an agreement is reached.
The transfer fee wouldn't be a big deal at all for Chelsea now. Because they have so much money to spend in their transfer budget at the moment. The salary topic could be a little problem to think over for Chelsea. They wouldn't struggle to pay of course but they would assess the situation whether it's worth to pay that much money per week to Ronaldo. This claimed amount is much lower than his current salary too actually. He is earning 510,000 pounds per week now.

If Chelsea gets Ronaldo in the team at just for 15m, it will be a best deal for them. Ronaldo is still one of the best players in the world. And if Chelsea's goal is to win the Champions League, they will take Ronaldo to the team. But Thomas Tuchel is a very experienced coach. He knows very well which player is necessary for his team. He will choose the right player for the team at low cost.

I don’t know about you’ll but I strongly feel that this is an arm twisting method by Ronaldo to force Manchester United to pay him his full salary, because currently all player’s are hit with a 25% deduction in their salary due to the failure of not reaching the champions league. Furthermore Manutd will not sell to a direct rival, hence his only option is PSG but I sincerely doubt that they need him.

It's actually quite hard to see if this happens for me because I really like Manchester United whatever is happening with them at the moment but it's clear that his move to Chelsea if it happens it will indeed make me quite disappointed as a fan even though this kind of thing is quite common to happen.
But indeed if Ronaldo wants to be there and doesn't want to see United again then we can't really do anything because the season will still continue.

But indeed it is a fairly cheap price even though the salary is still very high.

Bayern Munich have told FC Barcelona they don't want any installments in any deal for Robert Lewandowski and that they want all the money upfront in cash because Bayern believes that FC Barcelona won't exist in "one or two years time". Very interesting thoughts from the Bayern Management. Do they know something about the club that we dont? O.o
I am not really sure that the Bayern officials really think that Barcelona won't exist anymore in a few years because i doubt that they would say such a thing about a respected competitor.
That being said, it is no secre that Barcelona has debts of more than 1,3 Billion € which is an absolutely huge number. There was a club meeting a few weeks back where all the club members voted about important decisions and they decided that Barca sells his Merchandise Brand, part of it's TV rights and other stuff in order to generate around 600 Million € of income.
For me it is still hard to understand they that they want to take a big part of that 600 M€ to invest into new players, that is absolutely irresponsible in my opinion. They should not even be allowed to do that in my opinion. They should bring their debts down to a normal level first (below 500 M€ or something) before they start paying a lot for new players again, but that is not the spanish way i guess.

Barcelona should not go for such a big investment in any player because it is going to be very problematic for them. I also think that they should not be able to spend their money like that. First of all, they should bring down the amount of debt that they have. I think it was a bold statement by Bayern Munich to say that Barcelona is not going to exist in two or three years.

It is very possible that they get in huge trouble for not being able to pay the debt that they have. But probably that will cause them to get relegated. Probably Barcelona is not going to be thrown out of existence but if Barcelona is serious about managing their money I think they should wait to make big moves in the transfer market for at least two years.

As far as what Cristiano Ronaldo has achieved so far I don't think he wants to prove much more than he just wants to play regularly in a more competitive league and the club enters the Champions League and at the end of his professional career he also has to stay fit in order to play for the Portugal national team.
And so far to which club Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed himself to play next season? besides playing for the Portugal national team because it is his own country team.
Because if Cristiano Ronaldo targets clubs that enter the Champions League, then in general he must leave Manchester United and see some of the best clubs that enter the Champions League next season. So where is the clear direction for Cristiano Ronaldo next season?

There is the latest news from Tottenham Hotspur, Lenglet has personally agreed to a loan process from Barcelona which is valid until June 2023.
Tottenham look very serious in the competition next season. Evidently they have managed to recruit several players in the transfer market this season. Tottenham's attack line will be filled by experienced players in the Champions League and Europa League.
After Clément Lenglet, who else will be joining Tottenham?

Chelsea? I do not think so.
The Bundesliga club is more suitable to be mentioned. Cristiano Ronaldo has proven himself in the Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A. In all the leagues he has played in, Cristiano Ronaldo managed to make himself the best among the rest. Various achievements have been achieved, both individually and as a team.
If at Chelsea, what needs (Ronaldo) to be proven again.

Although I think the rumors of Ronaldo leaving Old Trafford are just rumours, the Bundesliga suits him better if his move is true.
Reportedly, Chelsea's German rivals are not too interested in getting Ronaldo's signature if the salary to be paid per week is too high.

Barcelona make us laughing how come they try to buy Robert Lewandowski without pay cash, several time happening with Barcelona always pay transfer with installment like happening to Coutinho from Liverpool. I think not choose for Barcelona if not have enough money to pay cash Bayern Munich never try to sell Lewandowski, will have new club or new destination for Robert Lewandowski if failed reach agreement with Barcelona?

Manchester united offers €60 million midfielder de Jong and barcelona takes advantage of man United's interest to push higher value for his midfielder. Tottenham offer €12m for centre-back Clement Lenglet plus €20m from Coutinho
€90m would be in Barcelona's hands if they agreed to offers from these clubs, so what is the selling price of Lewandowski?
Talking about his career with munich, munich is not trying to sell him but Lewandowski who wants to try new adventures outside bayern munich

Wow Shocked, this is very interesting to discuss because I never imagined that Chelsea would still be interested in Cristiano Ronaldo, who is not young anymore as a football player.
This is a very extraordinary thing for Chelsea and I also want to know why would he be willing to take a pay cut if a deal is reached ?

And for Arsenal I don't think Nicolas Pepe is holding on too much because last season he wasn't able to put in a great performance.
while Bernd Leno is a senior goalkeeper who Arsenal should still be able to maintain because in terms of quality he is still very good. however it's still a rumor and I hope Bernd Leno won't leave.

borussia dortmund has today officially confirmed the transfer of Sebastien Haller. according to kicker information, which ajax has since confirmed, the base fee for Haller is €31 million.
through any bonuses, this sum can still grow to €34.5 million. this makes S. Haller - together with Mats Hummels on his return in 2019 - the most expensive purchase in the club's history.
SH now replaces Erling Haaland, who left for the new english champions man city.

Sebastien Haller is the prefect replacement for Haaland, Hallers was highly impressive with his scoring last season 21 league goals and 11 in the UCL, I was expecting bigger team to have snapped him, he definitely might just be another big investment for the next few years.
If he continues with the high standard performance, before 2-3 seasons you'll see the big clubs would come calling again, It's how Dortmund have been making huge profits from these sales.

I wouldn't say that Sébastien Haller is the perfect replacement for Haaland but he is going to do it all right. He had a very good season last time and I think he is going to do better. This is going to be the same old story again, Dortmund is going to build this player up and he is going to be attracting a lot more bigger and top tier teams in no time. Dortmund surely are making a lot of profits selling these players. Now it is time that they should look for trophies as a club rather than just trying to have good business selling players.

What are the chances of Chelsea getting Cristiano Ronaldo in the transfer window this summer?
If indeed Chelsea are very ready and have the desire to sign a player like Ronaldo, then there is no need to explain other than immediately rushing through the process quickly this summer before the summer transfer window ends. Because Chelsea itself can still feel the benefits of Ronaldo if it is successfully brought to the Chelsea team for next season.
And what do you think yourself ? whether it will really work for Chelsea this summer?
