The main reason he really wants to look for something new but on the other hand Bayern is something that is quite complex now. Bayern is one club that will almost certainly bring a trophy in every season, although not many, I think the trophy for the Bundesliga is almost certain to get.
As for Mane, maybe he wants to pursue something more there considering that even though he is at Liverpool he is already doing well but he is almost struggling to get personal achievements.
Getting a trophy, an achievement is something that every player wants to have. It might be partially true in the case of Mane but it isn't the only one. There is a hidden competition, rivalry, fight between him and the others. I remember he wasn't in a good mood with Salah previously for example that was solved later but what was almost obvious is the fact that he is receiving a lower salary than many others and Liverpool weren't planning to increase it. We are talking about half? what VD is taking, way under Salah and a bunch of other players. I am waiting to see his contract with Bayern to know whether the salary will increase a lot or just a little.

Confirmed by Bayern Munich director, Sadio Mane will move to Bayern Munich.
Yes, they have agreed with fee around £35million for Sadio Mane to move to Bayern Munich.
On the other hand, Liverpool also has confirmed signing Darwin Nunez (Benfica striker) after Mane exit.
https://talksport.com/football/1131952/liverpool-news-sadio-mane-bayern-transfer-fee-contract
Mane was a legend in Liverpool, he has enough contributed to premier and champions league titles in the past. Munchen is very lucky to get him with not enough a lot of transfer fees. Mane is also a player who didn't easy to get injured, he has good stamina and also has strong physical fights. So, in this case, Munchen has found who will replace Lewandowski.
if Sadio Mane really joins Bayern Munich after the arrival of Darwin Nunez from Benfica this season it will certainly be an advantage for Bayern Munich and a distinct loss for Liverpool, considering that Sadio Mane's contribution in recent years has been so significant where he has proven to be successful in bringing Liverpool being a Premier League champion and also a European Champions League champion, while Darwin Nunez himself has not proven his quality, especially since he is a single striker, of course his quality is very different from Mane where Mane himself can play in two positions of course this will be an advantage for Bayern Munich if he succeeds leave Anfield

Fair barter, the Bundesliga has lost Erling Haaland who opted to leave for Manchester City, instead the Bundesliga will be the arrival of Sadio Mane from Liverpool. The arrival of Mane opens up space for Bayern Munich to sell Lewandowski, moreover Lewandowski has refused to extend his contract and has officially said he wants to leave Bayern Munich. There is no longer any reason for Munich to keep Lewandowski, because his contract will expire in 2023. In this situation, selling Lewandowski is a good solution. Munich will get additional money from Lewandowski transfer, rather than keeping him and leaving on a free transfer next season.

According to reports,Arsenal are despirate to add Manchester city attacker Gabriel Jesus to their team and they have submitted an improved bid of about 50 million Euros for the player after their first initial bid was rejected which was in the region of 35 million pounds.Personal terms and conditions have been agreed by the player, and are just waiting for Manchester city to just accept the bid made by Arsenal.
Jesus is a very good player and would really be a bargain buy for Arsenal if this deal can be secured.Atleast they need about five players this season to strengthen their squad if they really want to secure champions league spot.
I am waiting to hear the good of news of Gabriel Jesus signing for Arsenal, that would be a big step in the right direction by Arsenal, I believe he will agree to switch over to Arsenal having confirmed the signing of Viera from Porto thus the club will have a great prospect ahead with all these youngsters once they peaked in their career. Arsenal will be a formidable club next season, Arteta had confirmed the return of William Saliba after a loan spell at Marseille to Arsenal their defence will receive a major boost, with few more signings the club will have what it takes to challenge for top 4 spot once again next season.

Bayern Munchen is very fortunate to have such prolific striker for just £35million. They might not miss Lewandowski so much because Mane is a good replacement. At age 30, he is still strong and fast. Mane still has more years to play and I believe he can surpass his 120 goal mark in Liverpool at Bayern Munich his age notwithstanding. Liverpool really benefited from Sadio Mane, he was bought from Southampton in 2016 for £31m and he is been sold above the price after a great service to the club. The Anfield club would really miss his superlative move and I pray Mo Salah finds a good attacking partner from Liverpool's new signings.

Luka Jovic was brought to Real Madrid with big hopes but we still haven't seen anything interesting from him. He didn't have so many opportunities at Real Madrid though but he couldn't take advantage of the chances he got very well also. He needs to prove his quality once again to be convincing for Real Madrid to stay here longer. Fiorentina might be a good choice as well when we consider that a great striker like Dusan Vlahovic also played there and Juventus signed him later on.
The opportunity for him to be in the madrid squad to play is also difficult because Benzema is still too good and last season was very Onfire which made it very difficult for him to shift positions.
On the other hand this is the umpteenth time Jovic has been loaned to a Serie A club, btw this is a good thing because Jovic is better off in Serie A.
I don't think it's an important problem because when Madrid have a lot of professional players into the club it will make this club very strong and of course it will make it difficult for opponents to try to break into Madrid's defense, it's just that it depends on Madrid being able to add players with spend a lot of money or not.
If you look at the main players and the players on the bench, I think Real Madrid has an even squad. Of course there is a difference because it is rarely played but it is a natural thing. And when I compare it to other teams, I think Real Madrid is still one of the teams that have the same abilities between the main players and the reserves. But I also can't deny that they need a refresh in the squad for next season.

yes exactly, although for now the defense for real Madrid has been enough strong. Well, I think that they need again to add central forward player as the substitution (second lineup) for central forward if Benzema cannot play in one time. I know that Benzema will never be substituted, but real Madrid still needs someone strong and appropriate if something happens and needed to pay without Benzema. Their attacking lines are strong but once more, need additional players.
What?
Real Madrid aren't strong, it's still on average performance similar like other clubs. The reason why other clubs didn't scored many goals against Real Madrid isn't the defenders, but the goal keeper have excellent save. Real Madrid do have few center forward e.g. Gareth Bale and Mariano Diaz, if Benzema can't play because of serious injury, I think Bale will substitute him even though he's main role was right winger.

However I believe Benzema will always want to play even he have a bit injury and doesn't make his performance drop, take a look how he always play with bandaged hand.

It is better if Luka Jovic decides to leave Real Madrid, because if he forces himself to stay at Real Madrid, his career will not develop. As you said
it is very difficult to compete with Karim Benzema who is playing amazingly, so indeed playing for Fiorentina in Serie A could be a good solution.
But I think it would be even better if Luka Jovic could come back to play for Frankfurt in the Bundesliga, because when he was loaned to Frankfurt,
Jovic's performance could be said to be very good. Not that Jovic will fail with Fiorentina in Serie A, but Jovic is not experienced in playing in Serie A.
So if it is true that Jovic moved to Fiorentina he will have to adapt again, but it is far better to take the opportunity to play at Fiorentina than to stay
at Real Madrid. I hope that an agreement can be reached between Fiorentina and Real Madrid, so that Luka Jovic can have certainty regarding his future.

Because if he stay at Everton for too long, it is very difficult to expect Richarlison to win trophies and also not to earn a large
income.
It is almost impossible to expect a trophy if he plays in Everton. Just look at Everton position in EPL standings last season. It only finished at 16th place, almost being a part of relegation teams. What he can expect from Everton? Everton squad isn't enough to compete for any title.

Now it's rumored Chelsea and Tottenham really want Richarlison, and I think both teams are good enough for Richarlison. But as you said
if he want trophies, it looks like Chelsea would be the better choice for Richarlison.
Both Chelsea and Tottenham are good teams, they will play in UCL and have a competitive squad to win EPL title. Richarlison can consider choosing which team that makes a more interesting offer. However, if we analyze the current CF of both Chelsea and Tottenham, Chelsea seems a better option. It will be hard to compete for a regular position with Harry Kane (Tottenham), Kane must be the first option. In Chelsea, he only needs to compete with Timo Werner, looks more possible.

If Lukaku leave Chelsea is the only way Chelsea is better than Tottenham for Richarlison to chose, even if Romelu Lukaku leave Chelsea won't rely solely on  Richarlison they will another striker, that's why they are still looking at Lautaro Martinez for me I will say Tottenham are more of a better option because he( Richarlison) can play 3 position upfront so if can't displace son then he will compete with kulusevski for that right position and the fortunate thing here for is that both clubs going after him are in the champions League.

So excited how the market transfer window is going. Alot of things are happening and amazing players have been transferred to their dream club like Nunez who is happy to be Liverpool and Haaland who's amazed to play in the Premier League for the very first time. Though, more shocking moves are on it's way like Mane sudden move to Bayern Munich. Next season might be seem difficult for teams that failed to sign players, because most clubs are busy strengthening their squad with more effective and talented players.
I wouldn't call Mane ambition to move to Bayern as shocking nor sudden. We are aware of that information weeks ago. Since the end of the Champions League, that was declared by him and Liverpool initially tried to convince him and not allow him to leave like that.
Things just moved faster and now he was allowed to join Bayern for something around €40m..
