Arsenal's attacker Eddie Nketiah have decided to make a U turn and stay at the club after stating earlier that he was going to leave due to lack of playing time at the club. His decision came after he held a meeting with the Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, who told him that he is part of his plans for next season, and will be used as the major striker. But I still see that his chances will be slim if Arsenal complete the deal for Gabriel Jesus.Gabriel Jesus will be used as the major striker at the club despite Nketiah signing new deal at the club.

with this new coach manchester united can go very far, I think they can even reach third place, just see that even being in this deplorable state they managed to finish in a better position, so imagine if they are strong? for manchester united to be able to finish in third position or fight to be champion they just need to have more and attackers who score a lot of goals, have better players in midfield and in defence, -snip-
We still cannot speculate how far Man United will go in the next season, it is too early. Although Ten Hag is very successful with Ajax, there is no guarantee to succeed with Man United as well. We know Man United have a very complicated problem, not only about the number of quality players but they have a problem with players' mentality and harmonious relationship between players & the coach. So, although Ten Hag buys more top attackers, midfielders, or defenders, doesn't mean he automatically succeeds to finish in the top 3 in the next season.
I can specualtive about Erik Ten Hag success prevoius club with Ajax Amsterdam not give easy with Mancheater United manager, but we can give opinion about success or not Manchester United next season under Erik Tan Hag depending how succesa on window transfer. I think on Manchester United right now he need new defender, midfielder and actually need to find new central forward, without active on next window transfer look not have chance for Manchester United get success.

No matter which club gets Mane, they will not only get a top player, also a good person. He donates a lot of money to Africa and tries to give many people there a better life. I would like he win the Champions League, but i think Real Madrid will do it. After the final he wants to decide and a new club would also make sense for him. The FC Bayern should be it, but i do not think he comes to Germany. The salary is not as good as in England and Bayern will not pay 80 million euros for him, never.

As a Bayern supporter i can only hope that the Bayern officials will not pay 80 Million € for Mane. I mean don't get me wrong, he definitely is a great player and he has proven that for a long period of time now but i just don't think that Bayern needs another winger, because they already have 3 world class players for those 2 positions with Gnabry, Coman and Sane. Also i would not like it if Bayern would spend that much money on a player that is already 30 years old. Yes he can probably still player 3 or 4 years on the highest level but still 80 Million are to much in that case in my opinion. I would prefer it if they would spend such a large amount of money on a player that is still young and has a lot of potential for the years to come.
Although I don't think Sadio Mane is Bayern Munich's replacement for  Lewandowski. I think Mane would be great for the club if they can get him to sign for them. The price tag is pretty fair, I sincerely think he is worth that much. He's been incredible at Liverpool. Sadio Mane should consider leaving Liverpool because compared to other strikers in the league, he is underpaid.

It will be so funny if PSG hijacks the Tchouameni deal from Real as well. Last week it was between Real and Liverpool and Tchouameni chose Madrid but PSG entered the race late on and now look like favorites due to Mbappe extending and them creating more of a 'french' project there.

Real were top dogs for so long, this must be quite a shock for them. Maybe now they'll understand how other clubs often felt.
Honestly this PSG president is becoming annoying. It now look like they don't know what to do with money. You have Georgina Wijnaldum, Danilo Pereira, Ander Herrera, Gueye Idrissa, Marco Verratti, Leandro Paredes and this other young midfielder Eric Ebimbe. Now you still want to add another midfielder? Angry. Do they even look at their squad and see the quality of midfielders they have in the team? Or is it just to compete with other clubs in the transfer windows to sign any good player available? Aurelien Tchouameni is a good defensive midfielder, but he is not experienced like the ones PSG have in their squad.
It's beginning to feel like PSG is just interested in ending the Real Madrid era of getting the best players, the PSG squad is a star studded one, this used to be Real Madrid type of squad before now. I think PSG will be able and willing to cough out any price tag Monaco placed on Aurelien Tchouamani but I doubt Real Madrid will want to compete with them if Monaco are adamant on the high price.

People was saying literally the same thing every single time we get a new coach but honestly getting to top 3 is not the main target, probably atleast top 2 or even winning the Premier League. Given the circumstances, I'll even be glad if Ten Hag can get us back to top 4 or atleast show that the team no longer play like a 2nd tier team ( Im actually spesifically speaking about Maguire and the rest of the back line defender Roll Eyes )

I think Real Madrid is okay as a team, although Benzema is getting old they are doing quite well for themselves and I believe they can still replicate this level of success next year.
Football club as big as Real Madrid don't really need a superstar to fill up a position always. They can always go for players who are ballers even Mariano and make them Superstars. Real Madrid have been able to do that with Vinicius Jnr too.
But in this case they must also be aware because indeed Regeneration is also one of the important things there.
Nowadays old age is one of the natural enemies for athletes and it's not only Benzema there who is already over 30 there but there is also their attack manager, Modric as well and even though they are good now it doesn't mean they have to relax because the seasons are changing so the older they are too and this will affect the quality of the game

I agree that Real Madrid is playing a great season this year but i am not so sure if they can really replicate that level of success in the next season too, especially in the Champions League where they are playing in the final this saturday, which is a great success and also a surprise. Real Madrid showed some iconic performances and comebacks in order to reach this final but if we are 100% true and open then it is also obvious that they were pretty lucky in order to get this far because they were not the better team in all 3 matchups in the knock out stage against Paris, against Chelsea and especially against ManCity.
So yes Real is playing a great season but there is also a good amount of luck involved that they will not have every year.

There are already lots of speculations since Mbappe didn't sign for Real Madrid. I have read where Ronaldo was linked to Real Madrid return due to Real Madrid being unable to sign Mbappe. So, it is not surprising to see people linking Sterling to Real Madrid.
It is not speculation anymore, it is clear that Mbappe won't move to Real Madrid this season. He already announced that he decided to stay at PSG because of personal's reasons and probably money played a big role to ensure him to stay. Regarding other speculations like Ronaldo or Sterling to move to Real Madrid, I think the chance is not really big. But I really hope Real Madrid still focuses on looking for CF, not prioritizing wingers.

It is so obvious that Real Madrid needs a center forward because Benzema is old and prone to injuries.
Yep. Real Madrid needs more top central-forward (CF), not a CF like Mariano or Jovic. These CFs can't play as expected, there is nothing special with these central forwards (CFs). I think Real Madrid needs to put these players on to transfer list, so there are some spaces for new players. It is urgent to sign new CFs, Benzema can be injured or can play at his best anymore in the next season. So, there should be another CF to substitute him with the same skill and experience level. Well, Lewandowski is a good option although he isn't young anymore.

Sadio Mane is one of the most important player in the Liverpool squad, I also think he is the most underrated. If anyone will pull the strings against Real Madrid at the final it has to be him. It's not a surprise that Sadio Mane is Bayern Munich's top priority this transfer window because he is really good.
Mane is a top-notch player in Liverpool and in his national team, I am also sure that he will be a good player wherever or whichever club he choses to play in after Liverpool.
But I do not agree with you when you said he is underrated. Sadio Mane is not underrated in Liverpool and it grossly depends on your definition of underration.
What actually happened in Liverpool is that the club cannot be built around more than one player, and Salah is the player and the face of the club. Mane understands this, and at some point everyone has to work for Salah.
Can you also say that Van Dijk is underrated? No. Everyone cannot be number one at same time. Mane's time will come.
What I know that was done against Mane is the politics of not including him in the England league player of the year.

Erik Ten Hag first assignment is to overhaul and rebuild Man Utd of course there shouldn't be too much expectation from him next season, lot of players will leave and new signings will be made loaned players will return to the club and their begin the rebuilding process, the team had to blend together for some time thereafter the will become a force to reckon with in EPL, the board and management of Man Utd had reiterated their commitment towards ensuring the success of Erik Ten Hag, I hope the new manager replicate attacking football style of Ajax into Man Utd.

Yes, I also believe that people who understand football are not going to expect too much from Manchester United in the next season but I am not sure about the Manchester United fans. They are surely going to want a better result. I think their first target should be finishing the season in the top 4 at least.

Actually, it might be very hard considering the fact that a lot of changes will be made in the squad and the manager will also need some time to settle with the new players that will be coming. I don't have too much expectation but I think they should be able to finish in the top four and do well in the Europa League.

According to reports,Arsenal are very close to completing a deal for Youri Tielemans of Leicester who is to be free by next season. The player has a 25 million release clause, and it is seen that Arsenal have identified him as the ideal player suitable for their project at the club, because of his versatility in the midfield. Leicester will be looking forward to life without the Belgian player who wears number 8 Jessy at the club.If he comes to Arsenal,it is possible to still retain that same number in the squad. He is really going to be a good addition.
I really don’t understand how the board at Leicester City FC run their operations though because it's quite unreasonable to why they would want to sell Youri Tielemans to Arsenal if they have ambition of being around the European spots at the end of next season. They better think twice about selling players to rival clubs.

Erik Ten Hag is a good coach but we should not expect much from him just yet.. giving that he is coming from a Dutch league with less competition compared to that of the premier League..but I know he will lead a major rebuild in this United team.. I expect him to offload the players he doesn't need.. keep David De gea , man united defense is a total joke..there is need to start from the defense cos a team with man united history isn't be conceding the number of goals they conceded this season.. comparing Man city's 73 goal haul to man United's 0 goal difference is something of a laughter...the midfield needs major rebuild..bring in hungry midfielders and ofcos the attacking options too...CR7 retains his place...give Erik Ten Hag two or three seasons .. Liverpool did the same in 2015 and now they are a dominant team in Europe..
Manchester United are believed to be progressing on a few deals but none have been made public yet. There may be a complete overhaul of the team, we can’t be certain since the market has been quiet. Hopefully, with many players leaving this summer, Erik Ten Hag will be bringing in fresh faces to give the team a new lift next season.

It seems like Arsenal are after two strikers to sign now. These are Victor Osimhen and Gabriel Jesus. They seem to be very determined about signing one of these youngsters. And I believe that both of them can be very beneficial for the team. Osimhen has already had a great season at Napoli and impressed many people. Gabriel Jesus also benefited from his chances at Manchester City very well in general. He has already proven his quality I think and he would be one of the most useful players for Arsenal too. I hope that they can sign one of them successfully and get well-prepared for next season.

https://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/arsenal-eye-osimhen-transfer-continue-gabriel-jesus-talks/bltf6c599819c55c8d9
Although arsenal need a good striker but I doubt if they want to spend a lot of money to bring in gabriel jesus or osimhen, so far we know that arsenal is a club that is known to be stingy in buying players and they even tend to think more about money than team achievements, gabriel jesus and osimhen have a pretty fantastic value according to transfermark and even napoli wouldn't sell the osimhen if it was under 70 million euros and manchester city would only consider an incoming offer of 55 million pounds for the club that wants to buy gabriel jesus.
Arsenal are not big spenders on signing players and the best they would go for is about £55 million which will not be enough to land a deal for neither Gabriel Jesus nor Victor Osimhen. Victor Osimhen will be costing a lot of money, Osimhen is a good player but he doesn't have a massive output of goals or assists.

I can't imagine Messi being happy at PSG right now. Still tending to think it was just a matter of money. His real love is Barcelona, then it must be possible through a construction to go back there one day. I think he is welcome at all clubs except Real Madrid. Surely that would be war if he went there, we saw that in the past with Figo, among others. Mbappe would like to continue playing with Messi and vice versa.

Mbappe chose the money instead of having a better career. I don't mean that his career is bad now of course. Maybe PSG haven't been amazing in the Champions League so far but Mbappe has still been showing a wonderful performance. He is the most important player for his team now undoubtedly. So it isn't too difficult to understand the reason why PSG were ready to pour an incredibly high amount of money to extend his contract. But I believe he can have a better career if he joins Real Madrid later. Real Madrid are a winner team while PSG aren't. I don't mean the domestic leagues of course.  Grin

Nobody knows Mbappe fate, but usually when a footballer is after money over quality, the story doesn't go far. What's so special about Mbappe in the eyes of PSG? Or is it just PSG's ambition that wants their club to be filled with stars? They failed to even reach the Champions League final. Even when Messi was at Barcelona, we never heard that a player's position could exceed the club itself. Ronaldo when he was at Real Madrid could not exceed the position of the club. Now we see Mbappe who is still young, the quality and achievements he gets are still below Messi and Ronaldo, even as if he is the world's number one player in the eyes of PSG. it's ridiculous

some new deals were officially announced today for the new season in the premier league...
aston villa have confirmed the signing of fc sevilla central defender Diego Carlos and leeds united have completed the signing of red bull salzburg and american midfielder Brenden Aaronson

Diego Carlos to Aston Villa is a very good transfer as Aston Villa have been a good team last season but it was poor defending at times which has costed them the match. Take the last game of the season for example where they had good control over City but poor marking and blocking they gave it away in just 5 mins. Carlos should be a good addition and I think will likely take Konsa's position.

Still not sure about Aaronson to Leeds but sure strengthens the squad but I think they need some good additions into their defence. Meslier is a great goalkeeper but he can't keep his nets safe until he gets some help from defenders which is most of the times missing.

Like it happened to many people, I was also astonished to see Mbappe deciding to stay at PSG for three more years. I started to become very confident about him to decide to join Real Madrid this summer. But it looks like PSG offered incredible amount of money to him to change his mind. There are rumours like he is going to earn around 100 million euros per year which doesn't sound very realistic to me. Because there is no player who gets even the half of that amount as yearly salary. But we will find out in the coming days.
Yep, we are surprised with Mbappe's decision to stay, and prefer earning a lot of money to trying to get a better career in Real Madrid. I am starting to doubt if Mbappe really cares about his future, he seems not interested to win the UCL trophy and other international trophies, and what he wants is all about money. I know PSG offers a fantastic salary and bonus, but money shouldn't be everything for a superstar like him. Mbappe should prioritize his career over money, and Real Madrid isn't a poor club that he must avoid joining, he will get a lot of money as well in Real Madrid. However, it is his decision, he is the right to stay or move!
