However, for the UCL, I still doubt about it, Conte is good for domestic league, but still not able to achieve the best results in the European championship. However, PSG's player composition and their financial power may can supported him to get the best achievement for UCL title as a coach.

maguire is the most expensive defender in the world, if Manchester United sold him then would any club be interested in spending huge sums of money just for someone like maguire LOL. letting him stay on the bench imo is enough, so that he quickly realizes his mistake.

But with continued pressure from the fans this move could actually happen if the price is right

Just as you have right put it, if you were in Chelsea's shoes you wouldn't sell the player and I believe that will be their position on this player! But I think players asking for a better pay when they are at their best is the right thing to do because once you hit rock bottom you value,salary,game time and everything football goes down! So it's all about the timing, if they won't pay go for a club willing to meet your demand. 
I think it's best for Muhammad Salah if he stays in Liverpool. because I really don't think he will be a great addition to PSG considering the recent events that have transpired with PSG.
