If so far no contracts have been signed (which nobody really knows to be honest), I think all parties involved around Haaland and Mbappe are closely following the situation. It is now said that Manchester City is in the pole position for Haaland. At the same time Mbappe received an outrageous offer from PSG, that's at least what the media say. As Real Madrid wants to "park" Haaland in Dortmund for one more season, but Haaland doesn't want to do that, I think Real would do everything to not be left behind with empty hands in the end. They would rather increase their offer for Mbappe once more if it turns out that Haaland is going to Manchester City.
I actually think that Mbappe wants to leave PSG for free. Otherwise, he would have at least said something. Or maybe another reason could be that he is actually not sure yet whether he wants to leave PSG or stay. That's why he is still not saying anything. Maybe he doesn't want to leave the company of Messi and Neymar.
On the other hand, Erling Haaland wants to leave in my opinion and there is quite good clarity between him and Dortmund. Haaland knows that he is not going to get much achieved if he stays in the club and wants to go somewhere else and make a big name for himself.
