I'm not sure if Newcastle will quickly become a strong team (I mean, strong enough to qualify for titles), in my memory the only rapid progress after receiving huge investments happened with Chelsea, but it coincided so that they were coached by the genius Mourinho and he has everything it worked. At best, we'll see something like City - years of hard work before big titles are won.

It always needs team chemistry to win trophies, but when you have the best players in your squad the chemistry will automatically be built. But it won't be a good idea to expect Newcastle to buy everyone within the next season and win trophies already but maybe that will be the case after 3 or 4 years. Then they will have a stable squad and then they will be a bigger threat in European Football.

It is clear that the results with the tough players will be much better than with the average, but look how many times the Champions League has been won by two moneybags - City and PSG? Zero. Therefore, I would not talk about quick results. I can believe that you can create a top club for example in the French championship and seriously fight for the championship from the very first season (there is only one rival - PSG), but in the English championship, where there are always several applicants and each of them is great, this is unlikely.

Antonio Conte has been one of the candidates to be Newcastle's new manager. But it seems like he will be rejecting the offer. There are still candidates like Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard. These managers both are legends of the Premier League. Newcastle would really like to sign one of them in this case. Lampard couldn't do well when he was Chelsea's manager but this time maybe he can fit Newcastle, who knows.
Lampard and Gerrard cannot accept the offer because it would ruin their legacy that they have left. They are legends at Chelsea and Liverpool and if they sign for a team that is paying them with blood money they will lose that legacy. It would be a bad move for anyone with a legend status at another team. I think any manager that takes over Newcastle will do well they are backed by the richest team in Premier League history they are the richest team in the world and it will not take a tactical genius to make the most of the team they can just keep buying new players until it works.

With the Financial troubles Barcelona is going through, do these guys have the money to go out scouting for top players around the world? I don't think so, before it's too late to mitigate the situation they better look into their our academy and see who they can graduate to their senior otherwise going out looking for player to help build their team will leave them in more loan liabilities  .
Barcelona will be paying the wages of their scouts if they do something or do not. I think they will continue scouting for the best talents but I have never been impressed with Barcelonas recruitment team because they just go for known players. If you are a Barcelona you have the fame that players come to you to trail for you. I think that is how they got players like Pedri and Fati. I do not think they have the best scouting network in the world and I do not think they are highly paid. Most players they have bought in the last couple of years have been high profile players like Coutinho who used to play for Liverpool and that turned out to be a bad signing for them.

Barcelona are looking for a good midfielder to sign in the next transfer window. And their biggest candidates to sign seem like Manchester United player Donny van de Beek and Tottenham player Tanguy Ndombele.

Manchester United also have been after Ndombele for some time. They were thinking of a swap between Anthony Martial and him too. These options both are good for Barcelona and signing one of them can strengthen their squad.
Martial still seems like an important player for United it's just the arrival of Ronaldo which has made him look like his forgotten but this isn't true and might not leave to.

^  ^  Football journos are probably eating only ramen right now and are in dire need of money rrally badly if they start coming up with dumb transfer rumors like that.  Lol.  Mbappe or Kane to Newcastle?  Jfc..  then I’m getting a BJ from Scarlett Johansson.  Cheesy

“Within reach” is like .01%.  I’m sorry but Newcastle United is trash these days.
I think these rumors are not accurate atm but in the next 3 years Newcastle could be a team that these types of players will go to. I think the only problem with Newcastle is they are located in the north of England and are not known for being a big city and players might not want to move somewhere out of the way from popular attractions. London is a popular place and that sells the idea to the players wanting to join Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham and this is why Spain is a popular attraction because the weather is good. North of England has bad weather and does not have many attractions but if they will be paying players half a million dollars every week to play there will it matter?

Juventus 'interested' in Van de Beek transfer
Everton have made their interest in Donny van de Beek known, and now reports in Italy say Juventus could join the race to sign him.
Corriere Dello Sport (via SportWitness) say Juve are starting to weigh up a move for the United midfielder, whose agents have ‘initiated contacts with various clubs to relaunch their client’.
Everton are named as being 'particularly interested' in signing the Dutchman.
https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/manchester-united-transfer-news-live-21798816
Apart from Juventus, there are several teams that are currently eyeing Van de Beek as a transfer target in January, I think it is a natural thing because considering Van Beek's condition who does not get more time to play at Manchester United, Koeman is also reportedly very interested in signing van Beek to Camp Nou in the transfer market later, in my opinion, compared to Juventus, of course Barcelona (if Koeman is not fired) has a better chance of getting Van de Beek because they have a good relationship and both come from the Netherlands.

Koeman will not be fired by Barcelona now. Barcelona does not have the financial means to hire a new coach. Moreover, it seems that the Barcelona management will give Koemna more time to try to stabilize the team. And so Van De Beek is more likely to come to Barcelona. Van De Beek is a very talented player. If Barcelona have to take him to the team, Barcelona will definitely benefit.

Yes, if Barcelona fired Koeman, of course Barcelona would have to pay a large compensation to Koeman, of course I also realized that Grin, Barcelona now really have to save on their expenses this season, apart from the financial crisis they are facing, of course there are many debts that are currently in arrears be a big problem for Barcelona now.
In my opinion, Koeman opportunity to improve Barcelona is to bring in some new players in the January transfer market and signing Van Beek might be an alternative for Koeman to improve their squad which is too weak this season.

Transfer rumours:

Newcastle United could spend up to £190m in January without breaking Financial Fair Play rules, with Tottenham and England striker Harry Kane, 28, and France forward Kylian Mbappe, 22, "within reach". The football appetites of this club have greatly increased overnight but I think it is not realistic for Mbappe and Kane to come to Newcastle, at least not in the near future.
Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte would reject the chance to replace Bruce at Newcastle. There is an exciting and uncertain race for the new Newcastle coach.  Grin
Brazil midfielder Philippe Coutinho, could be heading to Newcastle from Barcelona in January. Will we really see this transfer?
Manchester United and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo, 36, is reportedly eager for his club to make a move for Juventus and Italy winger Federico Chiesa, 23, who is also said to be a target for Chelsea at the end of the season. Chiesa and Ronaldo together in Manchester, how realistic is that?

Before a player moves to a team they want to see a future and their plans on how they want to set the plans and achieve their targets. If they want to convince some big names then they have to give them a very good reason why they have to choose Newcastle over other teams. It would be a very tough one unless there are players who weigh money more than the future. However they can make good investment in good staff for the start.

I wonder if the recent events around Newcastle will stir up the transfer market? If they decide to seriously strengthen the team, then such an appearance of a new player in an already established market can lead to both an explosive growth of players' salaries and their value. In principle, for players whose income has suffered due to the pandemic, this will be a good option, but for clubs that are teetering on the brink of profitability, this will be ruinous.
Newcastle will be one of the biggest clubs when it comes to signing star players in the next transfer window and especially the next summer. They will be having much more money for making their transfers happen compared to the rest of the clubs. Maybe they are not the best club now but they can be like that if they build a very strong team. I can't wait to see them about what they will do in the next summer in terms of transfers.

On the part of Mbappe, it will be extremely strange to leave from one money bag to another, I think he goes to Real in order to become and remain in history as a great football player in a great club. The transition to Newcastle will be incomprehensible from any point of view, it can be assumed that PSG could give him any salary (since PSG is ready to lose $ 220 million a year refusing to sell Mbappe) and this means that it is not about money.

So, Newcastle can apparently spend nearly 200 million euros in the January transfer window without triggering FFP alarms. It will be interesting to see how they will approach the market.

They can probably get some really good players, but if they will still be in a relegation battle it will be harder for them to bring proven quality.

I wonder who will be their new manager as well, some interesting names have started to pop up. Exciting period for fans that had a really depressing last 10 years or so.

Barcelona will need players in the midfield and as well as in their defense. Van Beek seems like a good fit for Barcelona but he is a bit defensive-minded, at least his positioning says that in my opinion. Opting for an attacking-minded midfielder would be a better option as they have Busquets to cover the defense. It's also true that he is aging. I'm not sure but maybe they should go for a defender before buying a midfielder as the young players like Pedri seem to have the midfield well enough covered.

Newcastle are increasingly being talked about now after getting a new owner who is richer from PSG and Man City. I can feel how happy the Newcastle
fans are, I believe Newcastle will soon be looking for the best coach and player in the next transfer window. Indeed for their choice of new coach
the strongest candidates are Conte or Zidane, but I agree with you. It seems that it is more suitable to choose Conte who is better at building a team
than Zidane. I'm not saying Zidane is a bad coach, but I see Zidane is not the typical coach who is good at building a team. But if Newcastle finally
appoint Zidane as their new coach, I have no problem with that.

Yes it is true that Newcastle United was probably the football team that was talked about the most in the recent days because in the end its a pretty big news, that another club was basically bought by sheiks, but i highly doubt that every Newcastle fan is happy about that. Newcastle united is the next club with a long tradition that is bought by sheiks just for the fun of it with the goal to assemble a squad that has a lot of big names in it, if those players fit together or not. So i would say every fan of "traditional" football and real supporter of Newcastle United won't be happy about this news. Only the young kids will cheer.

I totally agree with you. Zidane is definitely a good coach, an experienced coach, no doubt about that. But when it comes to building a new team, Conte is best suited to strengthen the players mentally and build bonds between the players. However, both are very experienced. However, if Newcastle buys players without hiring experienced coaches, they will not get good results. First of all they need an experienced coach.
The material of good players in a team without an architect who makes accurate strategies will not make the team sharp.
Newcastle has been very bad in the league this season. they need a big revolution in the team. and the first is the architect to formulate the right team composition.
at least they have to prove it in the middle of this season and continue the rest of the season better.

A coach with premier league experience for the start, if I'm to choose or pick one for Newcastle it'll sure be Antonio Conte.
Defensively minded, an Italian that has tactics, giving him.the right player makes h want to deliver the right results.
Have been changed from.the top, drastically they'll sure get a tactical manager, but I don't see Conte moving down that ends.
