Juventus are more direct than Man Utd so it could suit Lukaku more than playing at United. It’s a strange deal though imo. Dybala is a better player but maybe both players suit a different teams style.

That's totally correct.
Dybala is a fast player and he is a great fit in EPL where speed is needed and the pace of the match is high.
Lukaku is a strong center forward that can win headers and break defenses that are close, something that is needed in Italian league.

I woke up early today, and it was a pretty boring morning with no confirmed transfers or new rumours...But oh boy, things are moving now:

• Nicolas Pepe (Lille) is officially an Arsenal player[1]. This guy is worth €80M after a good season, oof! not as crazy as Joao Felix but still...

• Real Madrid forgets about Pogba, they have a new younger and cheaper target now: Van de Beek[2].

• Rafael Leão (Lille) to AC Milan done deal[3]. LOSC Lille just received over 100M for 2 players...crazy stuff.

• Guardiola keen on Oyarzabal (Real Sociedad) and Cancelo (Juventus).

• Lo Celso close to signing with Spurs. They're also interested in Bruno Fernandes (Sporting), a player Man Utd has been following in this transfer window lol

Neymar's future saga continues. The Brazilian superstar is reportedly not going to play in the competitive match of Paris St. Germain this season.

PSG has confirmed that Neymar really wants to leave. Even though the contract still leaves three years.

I don’t think this story is going to be so easily resolved.
The relationship between player and the club is irreversibly damaged but relationships between clubs, Paris SG and Barcelona, are also damaged and in Paris don't want want to accept replacement players for Neymar, only cash.
I predict Real will win in this nerve game, patiently waiting on the side and being careful not to annoy the owner of Paris SG.

I think if this strange deal pulls through, United are going to be the lucky ones in the deal, dybala is a far better player than lukaku and would be a great addition to united at this moment.
As for lukaku going the opposite direction, i do not feel juventus would be greatly improved by the addition of romelu lukaku, his qualities have ebbed over the years, except of course he will rediscover himself in juventus, we just have to see how it goes.

I do not think we'll ever see Neymar on a Paris St Germain jersey again, his relationship with the club has turned frosty and I doubt it'll be ever be amended, Neymar would definitely be plying his trade elsewhere, but where? nobody knows.

Though the transfer deal windows will be shut soon but Man Utd seems not to be direct these days because they need to be cautious about the players they let out and I believe the demand of Dybala in terms of salary was the major thing that delays the two players (Lukaku and Dybala) swap deal.

Well, a few hours ago I saw a post on social media regarding Dyabal wanting to increase his salary by 30%. it means that the transfer agreement has not been completed. And this is good for both players if this transfer is successful. So Dybala will play a lot at MU and vice versa, Lukaku is very suitable on the Juventus front line as a predator.

CORRIERE DELLO SPORT reports that Napoli has sent a new offer to Inter for controversial striker Mauro Icardi, this time of 60 million euros, but Inter refused.
Their first wish, Romelu Lukaku, is closer to Juventus, and they have received another rejection from Edinson Cavani, the Uruguayan PSG striker who was their B plan.

Lukaku Was a greater striker on Everton, when he went at Manchester he became an average attacker nothing more than it.

As Dybala last 2 years for him were a disaster.

I agree with you. he is good at being the only striker in the team if they need to do any tactic move he can't doit it.
Even if I think that Lukaku's move to Serie A can be a good change. He is so strong, have a great work ethic and I don't think that they will have a problem to adapt to the Italian league. at least as far as his qualities allow.

Lukaku is a great striker just look at his stats when he was playing for Everton and it’s no surprise that Juventus want him, all they’ll need to do is feed the ball to him and he’ll give them goals and more goals. Dybala has the instinct to score goals which Manchester United is currently lacking, and he’ll be a welcome addition to the club. This deal will be good for both stars as they’ll get more playing time, and hopefully they’ll help their respective clubs win titles this season.

News coming in this morning suggest that Juventus and Manchester City are close to agreeing the transfer of Joao Cancelo to the PL. I hope this is not true as I don't see any possible quality replacement on the right back right now.

Regarding the Dybala for Lukaku deal. It seems that everything is agreed between Juve and Man U and Juve and Lukaku. All that is missing is Dybala's confirmation. He is expected to come back from his holiday today and will be talking to the coach regarding his plans. If he gets told that he is no longer considered a regular first team option I think all he can do is accept the Man U deal.

Sarri on previous interviews already said he wants Dybala.

I think that Lukaku fits better Serie A and Dybala the Premier League.
Lukaku is strong as Serie A needs and Dybala is fast that it is needed in EPL.
This exchange is going to be good for fans that like to watch football in those leagues.

Not really, here Juventus fans we are hating this negotiation.

Basically, we are ok selling Dybala (not everyone) but not for Lukaku, we can't see him a good player even if he could be a good partner for CR7 he will be a bad player for Sarriball.

But right now Sari doing all changes which he want to do and hopefully this will work for him as this season is going to be good as Napoli and Milan is also doing some good changes and if this Lukaku change is going to do good work for Juventus then surely opposite teams going to take some good advantage.

^  Sarri prolly thinks he can do better in trying to improve Lukaku than he could do with Dybala...?  Still both are somewhat young.  There's still bit time for them to improve their game and make some sort of break through.

I hope the trade happens just because I wanna see Dybala at the EPL.  And Lukaku could do better cos of the weaker opposition at Serie A.

Anyway guys, I changed the poll.  Please vote.  Grin

Great opportunity for Malcom to sign.
Barcelona makes a mistake of selling him as they lack in players in his position. Maybe they are going to buy someone with the money they are going to get.

I strongly doubt that'd be the case though, I don't think Barcelona will make any further transfer, at least not attacking player.

Overall, I was expecting Valverde to count on Malcom this season as well, so it's still quite good that the club is making more they spent to sign him last season.
