What I would have considered highly disrespectful from Real Madrid is if Modric will have to wear another Jersey No.

Manchester City's Eliaquim Mangala should join FC Porto, a club in which he played before going to England.

About Neymar, it is said that PSG will offer him a new contract after the Copa America. He would get a raise of course and stay one more year, until 2023.

I hope that Hazard is going to make the right choice.
As far for Neymar, it would be dumb to return to Barca now. He wanted to be the key player but still there is Leo Messi in the team so it won't make any difference from the past.

Things move quite fast in football. I would be surprised if Pep would leave the EPL and move to another league at this stage knowing the reason why he left Barcelona. He hasn't won it all yet.

many rumors say that Sarri will become a Juventus coach but after Chelsea's UEL champion I think Chelsea's management will retain Sarri as a coach there.
Sarri still have one year left in his contract so he could be thinking of the oportunity that he will get at Juve as they are more stable then Chelsea and SerieA less competetive then the EPL *plus the blues about to lose their main star Harzad and there is no replacement found yet so ever so that will defintly make his job harder next season and more likely not to be competing for the league.
