Recently surfaced that Manchester City are in talks with Messi's agent and are willing to pay his buyout clause(300 mil). It is going to be very interesting how Barcelona will react if Messi agrees t the deal. Barcelona will be incredibly rich but how will they buy? Going to be a really big cause of concerns if the deal does go through. Just rumors as of now.
I don't think if a deal will happen between messi and man city, because messi is a faithful player for the barca and for her fans!
Messi is a loyal player. Lionel Messi will not leave. Barcelona to keep him from going stronger than when they held off Neymar. Will be the biggest blunder made by Barcelona. Removing Neymar is a very big blunder, but the release of Messi is bigger than that.
Messi linked with Manchester City since several years ago but it does not happening and Barcelona already lost Neymar and is not wise action if they will sold Messi too because the league already begin and if Barcelona lost again their important players i think they will be difficult to compete with Real Madrid however i personally don't think this is will be happened

The real concern for Barca is the improved contract that they offered Messi wasn't signed yet, contrary to the reports that he already did.  That's what propped Man City to go for him again.  If Messi shows any inclination of not signing the contract, then we might see Barca let go their most prized player.

How awesome would it be if it all happened on the final day of the transfer window.  Grin

it's expected from Zlatan Ibrahimovic to sign a new contract at the end of this week with his previous club Manchester United he is rehabbing from a ACL injury and is expected to make it back earlier in December. he will defintly take a paycut because from the reason united didn't reasign him is that he is getting a hafty 365K£ per week and Jose Mourinho has expressed that he wanted him to sign him a contract to stay at the club all along it will be intrsting what role he will take after United got Lukaku as their main Striker and it will be either we will see both striker together or Zalatan came as a Sub for Lukaku even Martial showing good signs to compete with the trio as he came as a sub two times scored two goals but he can seen to be put at wide left competing with Rashfor on that spot

I do not think the game will work well if Lukaku and Ibrahimovic play together. If Zlatan reunited with Manchester United, when he is ready to play, Mou must sacrifice one of them to sit on the bench. The choice is tough, but if I was Mou, I would reserve Zlatan.
Yeah, I think thats how it is going to be. Zlatan will be the super sub and Lukaku will start most games. Most probably the wont play 2 strikers up top unless they play against teams that will be defensive most of the match. Man Utd spent a lot on Lukaku. They wont just let him sit on the bench and use as a sub however good the other striker is.

New Zealand's star Chris Wood (25) is the new striker of Premier League's Burnley. He arrived from Leeds for 16.4 million euros.

Kondogbia is coming to Inter on one-year loan. Valencia will have possibility to buy him for 25.000.000 euros next summer.

I like the way how Gladbach went about their transfer business bringing in Grifo, Bobadilla and Ginter after having seen Christensen and Dahoud leave. Although I wish Grifo would have stayed at SCF and Christensen is a better BL than EPL player, the signings are smart and they held on to most of their key players. Also interesting to see when and how Cambridge ( or is it Oxford ? ) Reece will fit in.

I will be very glad if he leaves because Barcelona are just messing up. I don't know what the directors are doing ? Are they in charge? Is that the team they came to meet? I just can't explain their incompetence and if they let Messi off then I don't know what will become of th club this season.

I do really hope that Messi is the next to leave, his unsigned contract shows he is not willing to stay at the club any longer, Manchester City are bound to snap him up because i dont see any club other than PSG and City who would be willing to pay his buyout clause at the moment. Barcelona is definitely crumbling, their golden age is coming to an end.

This is a typical way of telling Barcelona increase my wages more, throw more money at me, Barcelona will never allow him to leave until he is 33 - 34 maybe yes then they will. If you are not aware he's not signed his contract and it's obvious his agent is trying this tactic, either way he gets richer, if he does lands at city he could easily earn 8 - 10 per week. As a Manchester United fan I hope that never happens.

I just read that Liverpool is trying to bring in Julian Draxler from PSG.  I have seen him play when he was at Schalke and Wolfsburg.  There were days when he played magnificently, especially when he was still at Schalke, he was such a delight to watch.

I don't think was happy at Wolfsburg and now at PSG.  I hope the transfer happens.  Would love to see Klopp get the best out of him.

I think Liverpool will only sign Draxler if the Coutinho to Barcelona deal goes through. I can't see Coutinho & Draxler at Liverpool, it will be one or the other.

I don't know what Barcelona are doing though. All the Neymar cash & only Paulinho bought with it. They aren't offering Liverpool a good enough package for Coutinho or Dortmund with Dembele.
I really think that its time Arsene Wenger sells Alexis Sanchez, Manchester City are at the moment trying to sign the Chilean for reported fee of 70M pounds, Wenger would be foolish to turn down this offer and risk Sanchez leaving for free when the summer is over, He should cash out now and use the money to recruit his other targets.

What Arsenal should be doing is sell Arsene Wenger to an old folks home.  Lol.  Grin

But seriously they really need a good manager.  Wenger has already been in the club for a very long time and nothing has happened since the invincibles era.  Tuchel and Luis Enrique are available.

Liverpool rejected the potential 119M from Barcelona.Barcelona is also looking for Jean Seri of Nice but still interested for Cautinho. On the other, Barcelona bid 100M for 20 years old Dembele. But borussia Dortmund is holding him for 130M.Now I can say this transfer is 50-50.
Unbelievable, the game of football has really changed with all these huge figures flying around and just how do they expect smaller teams to compete for average players. If 118 million pounds can be rejected and thrown out for a player like Coutinho then we should expect less transfers in the future because already the bar has been set high.

Draxler can be very good buy whatever Coutinho will stay or leave.Klopp knows him very well and Draxler is young progressive player.PSG is not for him.Coutinho saga will end at last minuit.I see Klopp doesnt count on Coutinho.Klopp has nothing to decide he has his bosses thay decide,It is about price now.All together it is awful
I really admire Jurgen Klopp for refusing to let  Coutinho leave, you cant just sign a new contract at the beginning of the year and then expect to leave when you want to. He can sulk all he wants but Liverpool have the power in this scenario unlike the case with Sanchez who will play and just leave for free when the season is over.
I like the firmness of Liverpool. When they say that Coutinho is "NOT FOR SALE" then Coutinho really is not for sale. It shows how important it is to keep the player away from going. To be honest, I hate Neymar's move to PSG. Barcelona is not firm, they say will not sell Neymar. But they sold him after the offer came.

I'm more confident if Coutinho will stay in Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp really needs Coutinho, although Coutinho looks already do not want in Liverpool, he will be in force. Seri will be successfully recruited. I do not really understand for what he bought by Barcelona, but he is a good player.

Klopp is doing his best to hold on Coutinho and if he decuded to stay it will be great for football because it will show that you don't have to sell a player tied for a long time with the club just because a bigger team comes calling. There is a World Cup coming up and he don't want his career destroyed over this move. If he wanted to leave he shouldn't have signed that extension. also it will stop the tremendous fees from going cazier the Neymar fee scale becoming too tremendous. and now everyone will up the fee when they're selling their good player. The market is volatile enough as it is. It's not the big figures that bother me, it's fees will be put on worthless players.
