It is being reported that Countinho has handed in a transfer request as he wants to force a move to Barcelona,  this is a real letdown on the part of the Brazilian who previously said he wouldn't force a move to the Catalan club. This is going to hurt Liverpool as their best player is going to leave.

Boom.  I just posted this in the UCL thread.  So it's confirmed then...

I think Liverpool should hurry up and get a replacement quick.  Chrisitan Eriksen comes to mind as a perfect replacement for Coutinho.
Yes Eriksen seems suitable to replace Philippe Coutinho, and in addition to Christian Eriksen, A Lanzini seems to fit. But unfortunately, Liverpool did not seem to intend to recruit one of them, or even I can say, Liverpool are not interested in finding a replacement Coutinho. Liverpool still insisted on keeping him.

The new name on the Olympic list of wishes is Arkadiusz Milik! Since attempts were not made with Stevan Jovetic and Carlos Baka, Marseille wants a Napoli needle. The big question is whether Mauricio Sari will let the Polish golgeter, whom he sees as the first option in the attack since the fall.

I feel like Neymar was overrated and never performed what I was expecting from him (Ronaldo-Rivaldo-Ronaldinho type of performance) but having said that... that was an extremely lucrative deal in terms of merchandinsing. Neymar is a very marketable guy, dont get me wrong he is a great footballer, but he has swag, he is big on social media, he is a start.

None of the new signups will be anywhere near close to Neymar in merchandise and ad revenue.

My fatigue against Coutinho's future conflicts was nearing the answer. I do not want Coutinho to leave, but the most important player and should be defended is a player who wants to play in Liverpool. This news immediately made me want to immediately see Coutinho move to Barcelona. I wonder what he can do in a team full of stars like Barca.

I believe that the time is too late for Barcelona to try and and sign Coutinho, even with the money, Jurgen Klopp is going to find it very hard to replace such a great player, Barca has destabilizedthe current dressing room of Liverpool with their desire to purchase the player, I know that he has the ability to succeed in the La Liga.

Coutinho hands transfer request to Liverpool via email and gets rejected by Liverpool. Looks like Liverpool are not going to budge. I understand that Coutinho is an integral part of their plan in the coming season but at what price would you say it is justt too hard to resist? 160 mil? just like what Dortmund expect for Dembele? I've also heard that Barcelona have diverted their interest towards Eriksen since it has become close to impossible to sign Coutinho. I think Daniel Levy is even a tougher negotiator than the ones at Liverpool and he will skin Barcelona alive for Eriksen. Probably 180 mil or close. Going to be interesting how things go for Barcelona from here. They have tons of cash now but no player really allowed to join them unless they pay some ridiculous sum for them.
for Coutinho it's still mixed reports where his i'ts comfirmed that Liverpool wouldn't let him leave especialy when their nexy game will be played in the next 24 hours also he requested to be transferred but it's not always we see the player leave when he requests to get out. To be honest Liverpool have no choice to keep him there is not a big time left for them to replace him unless they change their systeme of playing because Klopp have made plans that he will be a big part of. And for Barcelona poaching Erikson it's more easier to pull off this deal now because Levy he gave his number for Erikson and that is 120Million Euros so he is willing to sell but don't think he will drop any penny less then that.

Liverpool has rejected Barcelona bids several times because probably Coutinho don't wanna leave but if this is true i think he would disappointed many of Liverpool fans because i'm pretty sure some of them want Coutinho still play for Liverpool but currently we're in the modern football when money talk everything and money could buy the loyality

this is really disappointing news for the Liverpool's fans. they really love Coutinho as their best players. but as a professional player, Coutinho has the right to choose the best platform for proving himself as a potential future player. he already proved his efficiency with the all red. but I think, Barcelona is a convenient club for him to explore himself because of this reason, Neymar has left this club.

Latest rumor:  Mbappe to PSG?  I mean really, these guys are probably the latest club to push the transfer market prices to new highs.

And thankfully Liverpool rejected Barca's 90M EUR bid for Countinho rejected.  I hope he stays, even if it's only for one year more.

Mbappe should stay in AS Monaco much longer. Not yet time for an adventure to another club. Living in AS Monaco and renewing skill, he's still raw, I'm not sure he can adapt quickly at other clubs.

Or move to a club with a good manager.  I could imagine Manchester City acquiring him, but not this year.  He would surely learn a lot from Pep Guardiola.

I'm also happy with Liverpool who turned down an offer from Barcelona. And I also hope he lives in liverpool at least one year ahead. If he still does not get satisfaction, then I'm willing to let him go.

Yup.  Coutinho should not leave.  That would suck for EPL fans in general.

The Psg offered 180M to Monaco for Mbappè!
It seems that the deal is close between the 2 teams, and the player is also in favor of going to Psg.
Over 400M for only 2 players (Neymar, Mbappè).
All this is exagerrated.

PSG doesnt care about money, all they ever care about is how to win the game. If they want to win the game then they will sign every player they need no matter how expensive the player is. This is what makes the competition in ligue 1 very unbalance because other team wont be able to compete with them

Klopp told in interview that LFC is not going to sell Coutinho,so only Dembele left ,Hazard will goes to Barca
Mbepe to PSG,PSG will left with only two players, two against eleven poor chance,or maybe PSG is going for beach soccer
Klopp has taken a very important initiative to keep his best player in this squad. So Barcelona has to find another way to fulfill the gap of Neymar Jr. I don't think they will collect any player within the rest of summer transfer remaining days.so they are going to face huge challenge to win any thropy this coming season.

New update for Football transfer 2017.
Marco Benassi - From Torino to Fiorentina.
Andre Gray - From Burnley to Watford.
Henrique Dalbert - From Nice to Inter Milan.

Any update for Donnarumma and Diego Costa ? I thought both players want to leave to another club. I'm sure Klopp will not let Coutinho leave to join barceona.

Donnarumma is obviously an AC Milan player. He has signed a new contract with AC Milan.
Currently Diego Costa has no club, so which club would he want to leave?
Coutinho will not go in the transfer window this time. Liverpool will defend him, at least for a year.

Former Spanish national player Roberto Soldado has strengthened Fenerbahce, a club from Istanbul announced today.
An experienced 32-year-old football player will sign a contract with Fenerbahce for a transfer worth 5,000,000 euros from Villarreal as soon as he passes medical examinations. Earlier sums of 8,000,000 and even 10,000,000 were mentioned.
