When Chelsea is talking about money, Napoli will keep quiet, though that may soon change if Napoli can maintain its current stance for many years, for the club is doing greatly well after winning the Scudetto a while ago after 3 decades. As for Garnacho, I believe it is still money for him and judging by what happened in Man U where he is leaving, Chelsea is not so bad option for him, after all, it is far better than Man U now. Regardless, if this guy could think of glory more than the money, moving to Napoli may quickly add Seria A title win to his profile because Napoli will likely win the Scudetto again this season.

Yes Chelsea is better than Manchester United right now and Chelsea has a high chance of winning a trophy this season as they're first in the conference league and there isn't any club that can give them a problem in the conference league but at Manchester United, they're not confident of winning the Europa league therefore staying at Manchester United shouldn't be an option for Garnacho, he has to look for a way to move away from the club if he wants his career to progress but not by moving to any premier league club as I think he'll be better for him to play elsewhere. Napoli is a good option as they're topping their league and gives him an opportunity to win the league too.

Chelsea is considering Garnacho.
Borussioa left the race for Rashford.
Renato Veiga on loan to Juventus until the end of the season.
Kieran Tierney near to Celtics for free at the end of the season.

Source: bbc
Renato to Juventus came as a surprise though after Chelsea acquisition in the summer nobody would have expected he will not be finishing the season with the blues but he has completed a loan move to Juventus.
Garnacho to Chelsea is still not certain although rumours say Garnacho is interested in the move but it is yet to be confirmed. Rashford looks to be linked with Barcelona which is also not confirmed after the player indicated he wishes to be back in United’s team.

Don't Chelsea ever get tired of signing players? Despite the numerous players that they signed during the summer, they still want to sign Garnacho. If Garnacho wants to continue with his development he shouldn't go to Chelsea. Chelsea are not that good in managing young players. They signed a good number of young players since their new owners took over, and so far it's only cole Palmer that has really established himself. The others are not doing too well. Chelsea have lots of players playing in the position that Garnacho is playing or do they intend keeping him on the bench? Garnacho should go to Napoli he will develop faster under Antonio Conte. He should avoid Chelsea like a plague. Maybe in the future he can come back to the premier league. There is no much difference between Chelsea and Manchester United.
It seems Chelsea are not done with player signings even after signing 12 plus players in the summer they are still not settled on player signings. A number of names have been linked with Chelsea this January already and so far just a few players from the last transfer window have managed to make positive impact since joining. I just hope they will be signing right this time and won’t sign players they will want to sell back in August.
Chelsea's problem since Roman Abramovich left has been poor player management. They have always signed the wrong players sometimes having too many players in a position. Chelsea now should lay more emphasis on getting a top striker that will support or replace Nicolas Jackson but it seems they are busy targeting wingers.

Maybe Enzo Maressa has plans to convert some of those who are versatile to other positions, but for me, the Blues need a natural striker. Creating many chances that are usually squandered will not do the club any good.

It would be very selfish if we only focus on blaming Amorim at this time even though it cannot be denied that he also played a role because when the decision to be at Manchester United was agreed upon, he was the one who took the biggest role, but we also cannot completely blame Amorim for this because in terms of players, management and actually the top brass also took roles that were almost the same in this case.
Blaming Amorim completely is very unethical, he has not played a full season and immediately being labeled bad is a very unobjective assessment. He may have missed something so that he forgot that the squad currently trained by Amorim is not a pure composition recruited by Amorim. It should be noted that this is still too early, especially since Amorim came in the middle of the season where most new coaches only continue the system left by the old coach.
This is the point, but it is undeniable that for now we are clearly aware that there will eventually be a lot of discordant voices against Amorim in this case because even though it is not entirely Amorim's fault, he is currently in charge so inevitably he must accept all forms of response including the current criticism.

We know that he has not been at Manchester United for long but with his current condition, he still plays a role to make a difference compared to the previous coach because when Manchester United are getting destroyed and their position in the standings is sinking, it is certain that he is one of the people who will be held accountable at the end of the season and it is not impossible that the situation will be more complicated than now.
Now he just has to be able to prove that in the end he can fix Manchester United even though slowly and that is a fixed price that must be done to restore the trust that is slowly disappearing.

Previously I had heard some rumors about Casemiro's departure to the SPL especially for Al Nassr but it seems that these rumors were denied because Al Nassr did not intend to bring this player. But indeed if in the end he wants to leave with a salary that still remains the same and can even be bigger then in the end SPL or MLS is still one of the destinations that can be right for Casemiro even though in the end his popularity is not as great as when he was in Europe but the salary he gets can be the same or even exceed the salary of playing in Europe.

But when Casemiro still wants to compete in Europe then indeed the best option is indeed to lower the salary and of course the current sales because with the age and performance shown at Mancehster United then indeed it is still too expensive for Casemiro at this time so inevitably he must lower a little ego from salary and value if indeed he still wants to compete in several clubs in European competition.

Case has denied Saudi's offer. He has no intention to go there. He only wants european team, but i think none will pay 32 years old player with such expensive salary. He has to lower his salary or gonna be jobless at the end of his contract.

It's his only choice to remain at the european league, or otherwise, he played abroad.
If Casemiro's goal is to stay in Europe then he has no choice but to cut his salary because that is the only way. As you said, he is quite old now and his performance has declined a lot compared to before so in the end there will not be many clubs willing to pay a high salary for a player who is over 30 years old so in the end the option is to cut his salary a lot for now so that there are clubs that can and make his move worth it.

That is something that is very reasonable for me because after all he must be aware that his current condition is different from his previous prime so he must be aware that a large salary will slowly disappear according to his performance and age.

Indeed, in terms of condition he is still quite capable of being in Europe, it's just that with a salary as big as now it will clearly be difficult to find a club that is willing to pay Casemiro the same salary as he is getting now.

An excellent performance from City and they totally deserved the three points they got, City completely dominated the game from start to finish, and if not for Khusanov's error in the first half, Chelsea offered next to nothing.

That said, this gives City confidence for their all important CL game against Club Brugge next week, if they don't win they get eliminated from the CL. In the EPL, their next challenge is Arsenal at the Emirates, and what a game that is going to be after what happened in the first leg of that fixture.

Kyle walker has successfully completed his move away from Manchester City to AC Milan, a move which though isn’t shocking because before the transfer window he already made his feelings known. Good thing he still attracts a big European club like Milan after spending many years playing in England nevertheless Kyle is a good player and with his pace and physicality I am sure he will do well in Milan.

Kyle Walker is a defender who has speed, physical endurance and totality when defending his team. Unfortunately the situation at Manchester City is uncertain, maybe this is also what prompted him to leave the Etihad Stadium which he had expressed in the previous season. Even though he is already 34, don't doubt the performance of this one player. Maybe by moving to AC Milan he will have more playing minutes again as a regular player than to stay at Manchester City, plus gain new experience with the AC Milan squad. However, it seems that the loan option will not last long, especially without a non-mandatory purchase option clause. What is clear is a new chapter for Kyle Walker with AC Milan, I hope he will continue to show his abilities as a strong pillar in the defense line of the new team he will defend.

The team that Ruben Amorim took over was in a really bad shape. He spent a lot of money with Erik Ten Hag, he didn’t get any benefit from the players he spent money on, he was in a really bad shape. For now, from what I see, the Portuguese manager is following a strategy of understanding the team and preparing the team tactically. With a little patience and a few right transfers, maybe he can show us successful matches at Manchester United. They are doing well in the Europa League but they are bad in the Premier League. I hope they can achieve the necessary ranking for the European cups in the Premier League by the end of the season.

For me Ten Hag destroyed MU, he is a destroyer of harmonies and of clubs as such, he did absolutely nothing good, the only thing he did was distort the foundations of a team that was the most promising for the PL and for the UCL, because they had not a team, a great team, and he squandered that, it is a shame that they realized it so late, what surprises me the most is that at that time many people here in the forum who know about football defended him, I am still trying to understand them, but I cannot find their logic.

I don’t expect Amorim to have much impact with the team yet because he came in mid season and it is difficult to have any impact within a short time. After the end of this season let’s hope he can improve the team and challenge for a better position next season.

Ruben Amorim coming to Manchester United when the season was almost at the middle is not an excuse for Manchester United's backsliding in the Premier League. As a new coach, he is supposed to have known what is expected of him after all, he is aware of the reason why the club sacked Eric Ten Haag so he could have just made sure he continued in same energy he gave the team during the time when he came newly instead of reaching a length and the team still continues suffering same thing when ETH was their head coach. There are coaches that meets a club in bad shape when the season is even going close to the end but they will still help the team secure a better position so the case of Ruben Amorim cannot be an exception. I don't even see any improvement that will come from Manchester United that will be very significant, highest they can only succeed in reaching the Europa league position or the conference league but as to make it to the top four positions, it is almost impossible for them to achieve.
Definitely not an excuse because before Ten Hag got sacked Manchester United was ready on the down run which was the more reason Amorim was employed to revive the team and return them to winning ways so it is expected that Amorim will do so and if he fails to do so then he will have to take responsibility for it. Looking at the club’s activities I see a very long season for United with few days left to the close of the transfer window and yet no incomings.
But I think the Manchester United management will give Amorim some time to see if he will bounce the team back, this season is already getting to an end and the team is not getting better under the management of Amorim I think Amorim will need to do a very good job in the transfer market if he wants to revive the team because right now we can't point what he has achieved in the team when they aren't winning matches on a regular.

Manchester United may not have changed significantly since Ruben Amorim took over, but the way the team is performing under him would not have been possible under Ten Hag. In the middle of the season, Ruben Amorim took charge of Manchester United in a way that no other manager usually does. While we may not see a significant change from Manchester United right now, when the transfer window opens and he is given the financial freedom to buy players, I think Manchester United will do very well under him. There have been other managers in charge of Manchester United before and they have been given enough time to do well so I think this manager will be given enough time. If the condition of Manchester United does not change after giving time, then maybe the decision to change him may come.
That is the biggest difference, they may not be doing that awesome, but they at least have that feeling of "we can win" and that is what changed. The last 5-6 games of Erik Ten Hag felt like they may lose it all, Manchester United lost their power, and it was looking like they could just lose every game and anytime they got a win was a big cause of celebration.

With Amorim, they finally feel like they could get wins, and while they still do get draws and losses, it feels like it's more upsetting to lose now than before. People may feel that way, I mean the fans, but also players look like they feel that way too, and this is what we are looking into right now, we are looking into Manchester United finally having something they are proud to do. If they have that belief in them, then they are going to end up with a good result, and nothing will be that bad for them. I believe they are going to keep doing this for a long time, and will end up with a good result.

It seems Manchester United is feeling enough to gamble on the non PL striker. They're now considering to make a loan move for Nkuku from Chelsea. It's something worthy to try consider all of their strikers are garbage. Maybe bringing Nkuku to the old trafford can help them to go up.

Manchester United is finally becoming another club to dump Chelsea's player.  Cheesy Cheesy

You can't really compare Everton and Leicester City to the Manchester City in this case. PL would treat City better than Everton or Leicester City. This is obvious.
It is not the Premier League's call, they charged City with 115 charges and an independent panel was formed to hear the case and give a verdict, both parties have presented their evidence and it is now up to the independent panel to give a verdict. If City wins the case, it is not because the Premier League were kind to them, it is because the independent panel felt that the EPL didn't present enough evidence to prove their case against the EPL champions.

It's not hard for Casemiro to gets new club if moved from Manchester United because Al Nassr or the team from MLS is interested want to hire him but if Casemiro still want to play at Europa seems Besiktas has showing their interest to him so the decision is in Casemiro's own hands whether he will move to Saudi Arabia or MLS but i still believe this is the last season for Casemiro to play with Manchester United and i am sure he will found new clubs this summer
I would say that the best thing for Casemiro is whatever he wants. I know he's a great defender, but to be honest I would like him to go to any league except the MLS, The MLS is a direct path to retirement. I think that the level drops so much that even the players on their own lose a lot of their condition. It's more like playing a more relaxed football with less pressure , the emotions are not the same. For me, Saudi football is at a very good level, and for Casemiro it fits very well.
there is nothing to prove again for him and what he needs now is to play in a league and team that can afford to give him less playing time so he doesn't have to be playing under pressure anymore because he currently has flooped too much. good for him, his reputation has not gone that bad and so his market value will still be a bit reason if he goes to the MLS or some leagues that are less competitive so he can just plan retirement. watching him play and recalling that he was once upon a time a very good player is just awful to watch and continuing in this form will not even get him better.

in finding a solution to united problem, he obviously will be taken out and anything that keeps him longer in the team to a point he loses his value will be a bad one for him, saudi league is getting heated up with more super players joining the league and even though in less than no time Ronaldo and Messi might just decide to completely retire from football thereby making the league less relevant, there present will be what will make the league of relevance again because a lot of fans that still love to watch him play will follow him up to any club he joins from united.

Villa joined Wolves for Matheus Cunha.
Barcelona may leave Rashford race cause they already have too many players.
United will do an offer for Dorgu from Lecce.
Real Madrid may go for Kimmich as free agent.
Garnacho is now really close to Chelsea.

Source BBC

According to the reports I read in the press, Marcus Rrashford also wants to transfer to Barcelona. But Rashford's contract is 18 million euros for a year. He has to earn 9 million euros more until the end of the season according to the current contract. And Barcelona have reported that they can allocate a budget of 3 million Euros. If Marcus Rashford reduces his salary, this transfer can happen. Otherwise Barcelona may not transfer him.

But he is changing the main topic though.  Grin  Manchester City is dealing with a big case of 130+ breaches or so as far as I can remember. While they are in such situation normally they shouldn't take bigger risks like this.

Why don't they care about that you think? Because overspending in such situations could be even more dangerous for their fate after this case. Maybe there is something they believe in and feel confident about...

This makes me think that nothing heavier will happen to them than being punished to pay some money. We have discussed even their relegation probability but I don't think so honestly.

So many medias have been talking bout this since City decided extending Haaland's contract for almost 1 decade. I guess City won't get a serious sanction from breaching financial rules more than a hundred of times.

That's why Guardiola feels so confidence in rebuilding his club. The result can be guessed so easily from seeing any of City's decision.

They may be fined only, and i'm sure nothing happen with them.
Manchester cit have great confidence in Haaland by giving him a fairly long contract for a player, as well as haaland who seems to have confidence that his future will be safe at Manchester City so he wants to extend the contract for almost 9.5 years, if Manchester City who get more than 130 cases are potentially relegated then I think Haaland will also be unlikely to want to accept the long contract offer because it will only make it difficult for him to leave in the future, so far they have continued to be hit by the problem of the case but in fact they are still very safe from punishment and it is different from other teams such as Everton and also Nottingham involved in 1 case that was immediately processed previously, I think the power of money owned by Manchester City is a powerful shield to ward off any existing punishment.

In fact, none is even expecting City to be relegated. So many parties are now talking about what kind of sanction received by City other than to be relegated. Majority of media are now only expecting City to be fined and no more.

You can't really compare Everton and Leicester City to the Manchester City in this case. PL would treat City better than Everton or Leicester City. This is obvious.

It's official!!! several football news including sky sports Italia and English are broadcasting that Kyle Walker is currently in Italy due to a loan deal to AC Milan, he's passed his medicals and wants to complete the loan deal with an option to buy him permanently, Kyle Walker was one of the finest players under Pep Guardiola and he has lots of experience, i believe he'll shine in Ac Milan and they'll likely retain him permanently and even if they don't Manchester City might likely offload him to another club and replace him with a much younger player, i believe so cause they won't be thinking of loaning him to AC Milan if his time wasn't up. Well, he's a top class defender and would boost AC Milan's squad. It's nice that Kyle Walker at that age is still interested in European football most of his colleagues of his age would've choose to move to the Saudi League due to the huge money they offer.
Kyle walker has successfully completed his move away from Manchester City to AC Milan, a move which though isn’t shocking because before the transfer window he already made his feelings known. Rumors are that Chelsea has prepared an offer to get Garnacho.
We haven't seen the final for this transfer, but Napoli might have several options for the plan if the competitors make a better offer.
Of course Napoli must find other alternatives to not expect Garnacho. Because competing with Chelsea to get the player is very difficult. Given that Chelsea is a team that has great wealth and is able to provide a bigger salary offer. On the one hand Garnacho certainly does not want to leave the EPL which currently gives him a lot of experience and can get a bigger career while competing in the EPL. So I am very sure that Chelsea has a great chance to bring in Garnacho.
When Chelsea is talking about money, Napoli will keep quiet, though that may soon change if Napoli can maintain its current stance for many years, for the club is doing greatly well after winning the Scudetto a while ago after 3 decades.
