If you see Enzo Maresca (44) as not a young and dynamic manager then I understand.    But I think he shouldn't be considered as an old manager where Xabi Alonso (42) is also considered as a young manager.

I see managers at the age of over 50 as old ones. For example Conte (54) would have been like that if Chelsea contacted him. Anyways, Fabrizio Romano has already announced the agreement between Chelsea and Enzo Maresca. I'm excitedly waiting for what is going to happen. He has an experience as an assistant manager at Manchester City as well. He must have learned some good things from Guardiola. Making Leicester win the Championship is a start already.

A good environtment will become his key to become the next goat. He shall have followed what cristiano ronaldo did. He can do it even better when mbappe will join in a better club. There is no doubt that if Mbappe goes to Real Madrid, he will get a good manager, good team-mates and maximum support, so he will be able to make the most of his skills there. It's unbelievable to watch Maresca become Chelsea's new coach and majority of people never ever though this gonna happen with chelsea. The Blues granted him a five-year plus-one-year deal, which makes no sense to happen considering he has no track record in the football. This is a non sense thing to happen. I don't truly comprehend how valuable he is considering that maresca has no good track record on his career. Maresca is only an amateur coach. The Blues did not even offer Pochettino a five-year contract but he does it for him. what a shameful thing from chelsea. This is Todd's worst decision, and there is no doubt that the Blues' owner makes stupid decisions all the time. I can't even say how awful Todd Boehly's decision-making is. Todd Boehly is currently the worst owner in the English Premier League.

He has a lot of money, but he doesn't know what's best for his club. His primary goal is to ensure Chelsea's place at the top.

To be fair, Unai Emery has been showing how great he is in many clubs before as well. He was great at Villareal too, that team isn't a team that anyone trusted to do well at all and he took that team and made it quite successful, better than what was expected of him.

I think it is quite clear that he is a great manager and not sure if his style would work with bigger clubs but he has done quite alright with bigger clubs too, Arsenal and PSG is in his CV and it wasn't that bad, he is even better since those days of course. I think he may have signed a deal, but I do not think that he is going to stay for the whole five years, if he keeps doing this great, some big team would be willing to pay the fee and just get him eventually.

Only Pep I can boast to be exceptional from the rest of bald trainers I know. I don't know much about Enzo Maresca but I learnt that Leicester city were promoted to premier league this season under his management. I don't follow up with championship games often but from few match records of Leicester city, I can say that he's an average bald couch as well just like Eric. Sometimes, taking challenges like this is the path to success and improvement. I hope he will deliver the task at Chelsea but regardless of whatever happens, Chelsea took wrong decisions for firing Pottechino at this time.

By the way, the contract between Chelsea and Enzo is until 2029 with option to extend, lol! We all know that this agreement will not see the light of the day, it could be terminate in the long run if it is the Chelsea we know. There's no point signing a long contract that will be later shorten, it's a waste of funds.

Looking at the teams in the EPL, they are aiming for a coach who can compete with Man City at the moment, by bringing in a coach who has worked with Pep Guardiola, not only because of the similarity of his baldness but they see how bald the coach brings to the club he once managed, Being a coach in the EPL is certainly very difficult for them to see the ins and outs of where a coach comes from and what is inside.

Even though Enzo Maresca is similar to Pep, seeing the way he managed Leicester last season was truly extraordinary, and because of his success with Leicester this season, he was quickly approved by Chelsea management to manage their club, congratulations on your job as Pep Guardiola's twin.

Not being able to beat Napoli, Sassuolo, Lecce and several other teams is not a benchmark for assessing Gasperini performance. Finishing in fourth place and winning the Europa League trophy makes Gasperini a very instrumental coach for the team, especially since this trophy was not achieved easily. Atalanta has experienced a very rapid increase in performance since being coached by Gasperini, successfully beating Liverpool and Leverkusen in the Europa League is proof of how solid Atalanta is when playing in important matches.

Atalanta success this season has made Management really want to keep Gasperini as coach, he has succeeded in bringing together players to cover each other's shortcomings in order to maintain stable performance. Every season there will always be surprises in the competition, Napoli still hasn't found a coach who is at Spalletti level to improve his quality like when he won the Scudetto. Napoli's condition depends on the quality of the coach who handles the squad. Napoli must be more serious in selecting the coach because it will determine their direction next season.

I would have really liked Ten Hag if he had coached a mediacor team. Manchester United is a strong team. Also provided large funds to Ten Hag for player purchases. And perhaps full freedom of player purchase given by Manchester United management to Ten Hag.

Ten Hag added Rasmus Hojlund to the squad for 75 million and Antony 96 million. Antony has one goal and one assist in 29 appearances. Hojlund has 10 goals and two assists in 30 games. Despite spending a lot of money adding players to the squad, Ten Hag did not get good performances from them. Mourinho on the other hand did not get enough funds to buy players. This just shows how incompetent and clueless Todd boehly and his other colleagues are, how can you be giving him five year contract for someone that is largely unproven? Someone that doesn't even have a premier league experience under his belt, I am actually really upset the way the the new owners of Chelsea football club has reduced the club to an average club, and the hiring of someone like this that has no record and experience shows that this new owners of Chelsea football club is just looking for someone they will control and push around, and like this, I don't see Chelsea going anywhere in the nearest future.

And another thing that is actually going to be a major problem in this Chelsea team is not just interference, but lack of experience in the team,  they need to recruit experience players to complement the younger lads, since Thiago Silva has left the club, if that aspect is not addressed, I believe that Chelsea will largely struggle next season.

When viewed in Serie A competition, maybe Gasperini is not as good as we think even though he managed to bring Atalanta to finish in four standings and champions of the European League.
The reason is because Atalanta was unable to defeat Napoli, Sassuolo, Lecce and several other more balanced teams. But compared to the previous season Atalanta was much better this season and that was true because Gasperini had the right momentum.

Not leaving Atalanta is much better at least he can prove himself for next season. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the name of the coach who did not get the best place in Manchester United and maybe he failed to handle the team there.
But maybe Napoli can consider because there is no competition as a touter of the English League.
Napoli's appearance which is quite declining imposes management to find a coach who has the capacity because if the wrong one takes the coach will further aggravate the condition.

regarding Chelsea who have been trying to get Enzo Maresca as Chelsea coach, maybe there is some truth in what you said if previously Enzo Maresca was Man City assistant coach and perhaps Chelsea hope is that Enzo Maresca can have a big influence because of course as an assistant coach he certainly knows deadly strategies which can provide benefits for the team.
at this point I just realized that Chelsea fired Pochettino because they had a very clear goal of bringing in the coach in the hope of getting better luck in the following season.

I didn't expect Chelsea to immediately propose a long-term contract to the coach to Enzo Maresca because Chelsea also don't know what the coach's performance will be like at Chelsea because the level of difficulty of the Championship and the Premier League is different, obviously the Premier League has very tight competition, but hopefully with the coach's experience, Having been Pep Guardiola's assistant at Manchester City, he had a good performance because initially Mikel Arteta had also learned a lot when he was Pep Guardiola's assistant at Manchester City, but when he separated and decided to become Arsenal coach, these two coaches seemed to be competing in the title race.

Currently Enzo Maresca have been familiar with Premier League competition because became Manchester City assistant manager for season 2020/21 and he will adopted well with Pep Guardiola tactician. Interested will follow the success from other Pep Guardiola assistent manager before Mikel Arteta with Arsenal or Chelsea will pay more bigger compensation again by sacking him before contract expiry.

To be honest, I don't have any expectations from maresca at this moment, he was rarely being a fullseason coach and championship totally different with premier league. He was another flop, like Potter. What the hell is wrong with Chelsea? This is the worst decision making taken by todd boehly.Im sure maresca will not be so long in chelsea.

1. Maresca only spent one full season at Leicester City last season and he was rarely being a coach for the full season.
2. Leicester City did not totally control the championship previous season and it was not dominating the competition too.
3. Maresca was usually playing possession ball. This is bad when up against a strong club like liverpool or even manchester city.

There were many reasons why Maresca was unsuitable to be Chelsea's coach but todd boehly keep being delutional for this. The club's team must be revamped yet again under him and i think that chelsea is also keen in let some players leaving the club. I'm not sure what's up with Todd Boehly. He continues to do terrible things like this.

The present owner of Chelsea is only damaging the club. Chelsea is declining again after it was climbing up.

I think this has become a trend in the EPL where most top teams prefer less well-known coaches. But in terms of achievement, it is quite better than not getting the coach you are aiming for. I think Chelsea could surprise this season alongside Liverpool with their new coach and sometimes things we don't know can be special for a competition.

I think Enzo Maresca is not only similar to Pep Guardiola but also to Erik ten Hag and Arne Slot. This similarity is based on all of the coaches being bald. Maybe Mikel Arteta should follow the bald hair trend if necessary so that it is difficult for us to differentiate between all these coaches.

This appointment is shocking, no one could see this to happen before. Chelsea is well-known as an ambitious club that is willing to spend big amount of money to gain success. As far as remember, Chelsea have never appointed a manager who doesn't have a good track records in their managerial career. They even sacked a manager who had under expectation of achievement, but maybe Boehly is ready to make a cultural change in the club by prioritizing long-term developments rather than instant success.

I don't know much about Enzo Maresca as a coach, he was also not a top player before. Guiding Leicester City to Premier League back doesn't sound an impressive achievement remembering Leicester City is also not a low level of club anymore. This is a big decision by Chelsea, they don't show a big ambition, but it indicates that they have a real plan for the future.  

Chelsea always be give their manager long term contract and it proven from their previous managers contract where at that time Chelsea give 5 years contract to Graham Potter and 3 years contract to Mauricio Pochettino but in fact none of them can be works according to the contract duration which mean Chelsea always be sack them early if they unable to bringing Chelsea to reach the target and i think it similar will be happend to Enzo Maresca because if next season he unable to bringing Chelsea to performing well i am sure his position won't last long and replaced by other manager

What Enzo Maresca did at Leicester indeed is very fantastic because within one season he can makes Leicester City to return to the Premier League but he must be know Premier League is very different compared to Championship division because Premier League is one of the toughest competitions in Europa besides that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly will not accept failure which mean there's a lot of pressure when you're Chelsea manager but Enzo Maresca is really confident he can make Chelsea to performing well again and let's see if he can fulfill the target which given by Todd Boehly or not
