No, no, no, my friend. It's completely wrong and it's going into the opposite thing. Chelsea doesn't want a youthful coach and this is why they have contacted maresca. They have made a contact with leicester city's coach, who is likely to be Chelsea's new coach. I can imagine how disappointed Chelsea fans will be if Maresca is appointed as their new coach for the upcoming season. Im sure that chelsea fans will always boo him.

A good coach, such as Pochettino, is replaced by an unknown coach with no good football track record like maresca. No more talk of Naglesmann here.

Boehly has opted to hire Marasca from Leicester City. Very disappointed that this club may end up with the same results as when Potter and Lampard coached it. Will Chelsea try to get help from Lampard again if Maresca fails in the middle of the season, as Potter did?

If you see Enzo Maresca (44) as not a young and dynamic manager then I understand.  Smiley  But I think he shouldn't be considered as an old manager where Xabi Alonso (42) is also considered as a young manager.

I see managers at the age of over 50 as old ones. For example Conte (54) would have been like that if Chelsea contacted him. Anyways, Fabrizio Romano has already announced the agreement between Chelsea and Enzo Maresca. I'm excitedly waiting for what is going to happen. He has an experience as an assistant manager at Manchester City as well. He must have learned some good things from Guardiola. Making Leicester win the Championship is a start already.  Grin

There is no doubt that if Mbappe goes to Real Madrid, he will get a good manager, good team-mates and maximum support, so he will be able to make the most of his skills there.
Good clubs, good managers and good support from other team members are things that make good players even better at exploring their abilities so that many records will be achieved by Kylian Mbappe at Real Madrid, but unfortunately until now there has been no official announcement because that is what to look forward to.

Looking at the teams in the EPL, they are aiming for a coach who can compete with Man City at the moment, by bringing in a coach who has worked with Pep Guardiola, not only because of the similarity of his baldness but they see how bald the coach brings to the club he once managed, Being a coach in the EPL is certainly very difficult for them to see the ins and outs of where a coach comes from and what is inside.

Even though Enzo Maresca is similar to Pep, seeing the way he managed Leicester last season was truly extraordinary, and because of his success with Leicester this season, he was quickly approved by Chelsea management to manage their club, congratulations on your job as Pep Guardiola's twin. Grin
Pep Guardiola's name seems to be a reference for several clubs to decide who will be the coach at that club, because Bayern Munich through Karl-Heinz Rummenigge revealed that Pep helped them by saying that Vincent Kompany was a talented coach, of course that was because Kompany had been a player at Manchester City. https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1795480133320466510
The Championships and the English Premier League are quite different competitions so Chelsea's new coach remains in doubt until he proves he can make this team better.

I just hope that Mbappe will be successful in real Madrid. We have seen high profile players who made high profile move same way that Mbappe is moving to real Madrid in the past and it didn't work out for them. They struggle to fit in and some of them don't work too well for them. We all saw what happened with the move of Eden hazard to real Madrid, how he suffered to fit in and injuries upon injuries characterized his stay in real Madrid. Hazard was a very good player at Chelsea and he was at the lime light, same way Mbappe is making headlines now about his move to real Madrid. I like Mbappe and he is a good quality player and I want him to succeed, but you know how this things happens. We also seen how the move of Philip countinho to Barcelona didn't work out very well, despite the fact that Countinho was a world class player when he moved from Anfield to Barcelona. Many people expected Countinho to shine at Barcelona but he didn't succeed there. Let's just hope that Mbappe don't end up like that.
There is no doubt that if Mbappe goes to Real Madrid, he will get a good manager, good team-mates and maximum support, so he will be able to make the most of his skills there. PSG have not been able to utilize Mbappe properly and due to the lack of proper team strength, Mbappe is already far behind in terms of individual achievements as well as team achievements. Mbappe will start a new career for Real Madrid from the day Mbappe enters the field on the jersey of Real Madrid. Mbappe will be as successful for Real Madrid as Cristiano Ronaldo was for Real Madrid. There may not be any bigger news in the transfer market this season than one of the best stars in the world right now joining one of the best clubs in the world.

A good environtment will become his key to become the next goat. He shall have followed what cristiano ronaldo did. He can do it even better when mbappe will join in a better club. PSG was not a bad club but it's not even enough for me to see that considering the fact that PSG was never winning UCL.
It means that it was nog good place for mbappe to develop his talent. This is why i value real madrid even more than PSG. Real madrid can help mbappe to achieve what he wanted since previous season.

Winning UCL has become his main target but it's likely bellingham will be taking the start first rather than mbappe. Joining in real madrid is a key for anyone wo get their UCL trophy. The king UCL will never lose in the final.
Mbappe will be on the right track if he will be confirming to join in the eral madrid soon. Im hoping mbappe won't be stupid enough for this.

It seems much sooner than what had been predicted and yes Enzo Maresca will be Chelsea coach starting next season. The agreement includes a contract for 5 years or more precisely until 2029 as well as an extension option until 2030. I think Chelsea can't wait to see Enzo Maresca handle the Blues squad and they are ready to pay a compensation fee for Leicester.

Enzo Maresca is indeed quite an impressive figure because he was Manchester City's assistant with Pep Guardiola and this season he has brought Leicester back to promotion to the EPL and at the same time made Leicester champions of the Championship. Let's see what his journey with Chelsea will be like and of course he will build this squad from scratch.

Chelsea have agreed a long-term deal with their new manager. This shows that Chelsea are preparing for a long term restructuring. I think Enzo Maresca is a very good choice for the Blues who want to return to the old days. He has a successful coaching career and he could become a legend of Chelsea in the years to come. Enzo brought Leicester back to their feet and brought the disorganized club together. He can do the same at Chelsea. However, Enzo is outspoken and can be provocative at times with his statements. Chelsea fans might be surprised at first. Finally, if the Blues can translate Enzo's style of play into the game, they could be an ambitious team next season.
It's unbelievable to watch Maresca become Chelsea's new coach and majority of people never ever though this gonna happen with chelsea. The Blues granted him a five-year plus-one-year deal, which makes no sense to happen considering he has no track record in the football. This is a non sense thing to happen. I don't truly comprehend how valuable he is considering that maresca has no good track record on his career. Maresca is only an amateur coach. The Blues did not even offer Pochettino a five-year contract but he does it for him. what a shameful thing from chelsea. This is Todd's worst decision, and there is no doubt that the Blues' owner makes stupid decisions all the time. I can't even say how awful Todd Boehly's decision-making is. Todd Boehly is currently the worst owner in the English Premier League.

He has a lot of money, but he doesn't know what's best for his club. His primary goal is to ensure Chelsea's place at the top.

It is true that Aston villa has achieved a great feat with unai emery by getting champions league football, but for me this is not enough reason to grant him a 5 year contract. Not to disregard the coach technical prowess, just what I do feel. The contract seem like a rush
Two years ago, when Aston Villa was coached by Gerrard the team finished 17th and struggled to stay out of the EPL.
In two years, Emery has turned an EPL outsider into one of the strongest teams not only in the English league, but also in Europe.
Aston Villa took 4th place behind only the strongest teams in the world Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool and this despite the fact that the transfer costs of Aston Villa were much less. In addition, Emery led Aston Villa to the Champions League after 42 years! The last time Aston Villa played in the Champions League was 1982.
I think that's more than enough for the Aston Villa management to give Emery that kind of credit and maybe he can build a team that can compete with Manchester City and Arsenal on equal terms.
To be fair, Unai Emery has been showing how great he is in many clubs before as well. He was great at Villareal too, that team isn't a team that anyone trusted to do well at all and he took that team and made it quite successful, better than what was expected of him.

I think it is quite clear that he is a great manager and not sure if his style would work with bigger clubs but he has done quite alright with bigger clubs too, Arsenal and PSG is in his CV and it wasn't that bad, he is even better since those days of course. I think he may have signed a deal, but I do not think that he is going to stay for the whole five years, if he keeps doing this great, some big team would be willing to pay the fee and just get him eventually.

bald trainers bring good luck, Lol
regarding Chelsea who have been trying to get Enzo Maresca as Chelsea coach, maybe there is some truth in what you said if previously Enzo Maresca was Man City assistant coach and perhaps Chelsea hope is that Enzo Maresca can have a big influence because of course as an assistant coach he certainly knows deadly strategies which can provide benefits for the team.
at this point I just realized that Chelsea fired Pochettino because they had a very clear goal of bringing in the coach in the hope of getting better luck in the following season.

Did you just say bald trainers bring good luck? Oh, let me remind you that Manchester united trainer is a bald man too Grin

Only Pep I can boast to be exceptional from the rest of bald trainers I know. I don't know much about Enzo Maresca but I learnt that Leicester city were promoted to premier league this season under his management. I don't follow up with championship games often but from few match records of Leicester city, I can say that he's an average bald couch as well just like Eric. Sometimes, taking challenges like this is the path to success and improvement. I hope he will deliver the task at Chelsea but regardless of whatever happens, Chelsea took wrong decisions for firing Pottechino at this time.

By the way, the contract between Chelsea and Enzo is until 2029 with option to extend, lol! We all know that this agreement will not see the light of the day, it could be terminate in the long run if it is the Chelsea we know. There's no point signing a long contract that will be later shorten, it's a waste of funds.

I think this has become a trend in the EPL where most top teams prefer less well-known coaches. But in terms of achievement, it is quite better than not getting the coach you are aiming for. I think Chelsea could surprise this season alongside Liverpool with their new coach and sometimes things we don't know can be special for a competition.

I think Enzo Maresca is not only similar to Pep Guardiola but also to Erik ten Hag and Arne Slot. This similarity is based on all of the coaches being bald. Maybe Mikel Arteta should follow the bald hair trend if necessary so that it is difficult for us to differentiate between all these coaches. Grin

When viewed in Serie A competition, maybe Gasperini is not as good as we think even though he managed to bring Atalanta to finish in four standings and champions of the European League.
The reason is because Atalanta was unable to defeat Napoli, Sassuolo, Lecce and several other more balanced teams. But compared to the previous season Atalanta was much better this season and that was true because Gasperini had the right momentum.

Not leaving Atalanta is much better at least he can prove himself for next season. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the name of the coach who did not get the best place in Manchester United and maybe he failed to handle the team there.
But maybe Napoli can consider because there is no competition as a touter of the English League.
Napoli's appearance which is quite declining imposes management to find a coach who has the capacity because if the wrong one takes the coach will further aggravate the condition.
Not being able to beat Napoli, Sassuolo, Lecce and several other teams is not a benchmark for assessing Gasperini performance. Finishing in fourth place and winning the Europa League trophy makes Gasperini a very instrumental coach for the team, especially since this trophy was not achieved easily. Atalanta has experienced a very rapid increase in performance since being coached by Gasperini, successfully beating Liverpool and Leverkusen in the Europa League is proof of how solid Atalanta is when playing in important matches.

Atalanta success this season has made Management really want to keep Gasperini as coach, he has succeeded in bringing together players to cover each other's shortcomings in order to maintain stable performance. Every season there will always be surprises in the competition, Napoli still hasn't found a coach who is at Spalletti level to improve his quality like when he won the Scudetto. Napoli's condition depends on the quality of the coach who handles the squad. Napoli must be more serious in selecting the coach because it will determine their direction next season.

Mauricio Pochettino and Thomas Tuchel are both interested in taking over at Manchester United if Erik ten Hag is sacked by the Red Devils.

I don't know how true this news is.   Also, we don't know if Manchester United management will fire Ten Hag or give him another season.   Since Manchester United won the FA Cup title, it is no surprise that the United management kept Ten Hag as coach for one more season. But given the poor performances we've seen from United this season, I think the Ten Hag's sacking would be the right decision.

Pochettino and Tuchel have expressed interest in becoming Manchester United's coach following the sacking of coach Ten Hag.   Tuchel is not a bad coach in the Premier League.   Chelsea won the Champions League with Tuchel.   Also Pochettino is quite an experienced coach. I think both of them are more qualified to be Manchester United coach than Ten Hag.
Both Pochettino and Tuchel are names that finished last season unsuccessfully. Pochettino left Chelsea. Tuchel managed Bayern, which was in the shadow of Leverkusen. At this stage, Manchester United needs to sign a more successful coach. What's the point of sending Ten Hag off the team if they instead continue with a coach who failed last season? With Ten Hag, ManU had a terrible season this year. Their only success was winning the FA Cup. It would be surprising if this success keeps him in the team for another year because Manchester United's goals should be higher.
Here I also want to tell if they are going to bring Pochettino or Thomas Tuchel, then surely Eric Ten Hag is much better and also deserved this spot after the win of the FA Cup. As mentioned above, both are already sacked due to their poor performance and things are not going favorable to allow them here at this club which is also having problems and looking for the change.
With now mind-set is divided, most chances we will have Eric Ten Hag for another season here at the Manchester United if they have no good option then or if they are looking for these two which are having problems into their last clubs.

I would have really liked Ten Hag if he had coached a mediacor team. Manchester United is a strong team. Also provided large funds to Ten Hag for player purchases. And perhaps full freedom of player purchase given by Manchester United management to Ten Hag.

Ten Hag added Rasmus Hojlund to the squad for 75 million and Antony 96 million. Antony has one goal and one assist in 29 appearances. Hojlund has 10 goals and two assists in 30 games. Despite spending a lot of money adding players to the squad, Ten Hag did not get good performances from them. Mourinho on the other hand did not get enough funds to buy players. If Roma management could prepare big funds, maybe Mourinho would be able to strengthen this team. However, it remains to be seen what decision the Manchester United management takes. We still don't know if United management will sack Ten Hag.

Chelsea always be give their manager long term contract and it proven from their previous managers contract where at that time Chelsea give 5 years contract to Graham Potter and 3 years contract to Mauricio Pochettino but in fact none of them can be works according to the contract duration which mean Chelsea always be sack them early if they unable to bringing Chelsea to reach the target and i think it similar will be happend to Enzo Maresca because if next season he unable to bringing Chelsea to performing well i am sure his position won't last long and replaced by other manager

What Enzo Maresca did at Leicester indeed is very fantastic because within one season he can makes Leicester City to return to the Premier League but he must be know Premier League is very different compared to Championship division because Premier League is one of the toughest competitions in Europa besides that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly will not accept failure which mean there's a lot of pressure when you're Chelsea manager but Enzo Maresca is really confident he can make Chelsea to performing well again and let's see if he can fulfill the target which given by Todd Boehly or not

This just shows how incompetent and clueless Todd boehly and his other colleagues are, how can you be giving him five year contract for someone that is largely unproven? Someone that doesn't even have a premier league experience under his belt, I am actually really upset the way the the new owners of Chelsea football club has reduced the club to an average club, and the hiring of someone like this that has no record and experience shows that this new owners of Chelsea football club is just looking for someone they will control and push around, and like this, I don't see Chelsea going anywhere in the nearest future.

And another thing that is actually going to be a major problem in this Chelsea team is not just interference, but lack of experience in the team,  they need to recruit experience players to complement the younger lads, since Thiago Silva has left the club, if that aspect is not addressed, I believe that Chelsea will largely struggle next season.

Seeing Napoli's desire to bring in Conte as Napoli's coach next season, it feels like it will fail, because we know that the arrival of Conte, Napoli's manager, is required to buy several players who are technically good according to the coach's game, but it feels very difficult for Napoli because of financial problems, they don't really good, if they release some of their players maybe this will happen to Napoli who want to control Conte.

Gasperin is a very good coach this season with Atalanta, of course he is one of the right candidates for Napoli but it is very difficult for Napoli who want to recruit to the Club, because of his success with Atalanta this season they will play in the Champions match which is certainly a good opportunity to bring his and Atalanta's name to a better level, and if we see that Atalanta is better than Napoli at the moment, of course Gasperin will not leave Atalanta and vice versa with what Gasperin has given to Atalanta, Atalanta's management does not want to part with him.
I think Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is quite suitable to handle the Napoli team, Ole is a former Manchester United coach and is very skilled at rebuilding Napoli's reputation which is currently in decline.

When viewed in Serie A competition, maybe Gasperini is not as good as we think even though he managed to bring Atalanta to finish in four standings and champions of the European League.

I didn't expect Chelsea to immediately propose a long-term contract to the coach to Enzo Maresca because Chelsea also don't know what the coach's performance will be like at Chelsea because the level of difficulty of the Championship and the Premier League is different, obviously the Premier League has very tight competition, but hopefully with the coach's experience, Having been Pep Guardiola's assistant at Manchester City, he had a good performance because initially Mikel Arteta had also learned a lot when he was Pep Guardiola's assistant at Manchester City, but when he separated and decided to become Arsenal coach, these two coaches seemed to be competing in the title race.

It would be better if the 2 former assistants also competed in the race for the Premier League title next season and Chelsea is also an elite club in the Premier League and is ready to boost its success again if it finds a suitable coach. I can't wait to see what the competition will be like at the start of the season, whether Chelsea can compete with Arsenal and Manchester City as a top club.
Chelsea already has good players and seems to have found their playing rhythm, but of course with a different strategy from Pochettino, hopefully the new coach can be better than the previous coach.

Currently, De Bruyne is really closely associated with the SPL, for some reason, if this really happens, it is possible that Manchester City will lose very important figure because De Bruyne is player who can always be relied on to break through every opposing team defense.
I consider De Bruyne to be really sharp assist machine for Manchester City and he has helped the front line players lot in creating goals and winning every match.
De Bruyne also has contract that only remains for next season and he has also spent almost 10 season with Manchester City, he has won many titles and various major contributions that De Bruyne has made during his time as part of Manchester City.
I think his departure could be very regrettable thing, but some people also hope that there is still desire for Manchester City to try to keep him and extend his contract and desire for De Bruyne to stay, after all he is not old.
Kevin de Bruyne and Mohamed Salah are the main targets of the Saudi Professional League this Summer. These two players will bring more quality and publicity to the league if they are successfully brought there. But they might have to wait for another year if they want to get them at a reduced rate since both players' contracts will expire at the end of next season. Considering de Bruyne's injury-prone nature, City might consider letting him go if he decides to move to the big-money spending league.

Salah has committed himself to Liverpool after the department of Jurgen Klopp and the appointment of Arne Slot. He has promised to work with the new coach to make next season a successful one. So we might see him seeing off his contract and becoming a free agent before moving to the SPL if he wishes. The Saudi Arabian government is doing everything possible to make their local league competitive. They have plans to bring more quality players, invest in infrastructures, and host the World Cup in 2034.
Oh yes, I forgot about Mohamed Salah, he is also player in the Premier League for Liverpool and during the expiry of his contract, Mohamed Salah is still being targeted by several Saudi team, remembering that previously when there was an offer from Saudi he rejected it.
Mohamed Salah is one of the best players that Liverpool has and of course, with Liverpool performance which can be said to be starting to improve, Mohamed Salah refuses all offers because they have the opportunity to win more than one title.
But everything failed, Liverpool did not get single title even though they had two opportunities, now it is possible that Mohamed Salah will actually leave Liverpool either when his contract expires or sooner with purchase option.
But on the other hand, it would actually be shame to see two great players, De Bruyne from Manchester City and Mohamed Salah from Liverpool, have to go to another league.

We see what happens and I think following their progress could be very interesting.

Enzo Maresca is not familiar manager but his achievement in this season success promoting Leicester City to Premier League make Chelsea management interested for sign in him and release transfer fees above 10 million euro. Interested with Chelsea agreement deal because giving offer contract five years later and Enzo Maresca will be Chelsea's manager until season 2030.

Currently Enzo Maresca have been familiar with Premier League competition because became Manchester City assistant manager for season 2020/21 and he will adopted well with Pep Guardiola tactician. Interested will follow the success from other Pep Guardiola assistent manager before Mikel Arteta with Arsenal or Chelsea will pay more bigger compensation again by sacking him before contract expiry.

To be honest, I don't have any expectations from maresca at this moment, he was rarely being a fullseason coach and championship totally different with premier league. He was another flop, like Potter. What the hell is wrong with Chelsea? This is the worst decision making taken by todd boehly.Im sure maresca will not be so long in chelsea.

1. Maresca only spent one full season at Leicester City last season and he was rarely being a coach for the full season.
2. Leicester City did not totally control the championship previous season and it was not dominating the competition too.
3. Maresca was usually playing possession ball. This is bad when up against a strong club like liverpool or even manchester city.

There were many reasons why Maresca was unsuitable to be Chelsea's coach but todd boehly keep being delutional for this. The club's team must be revamped yet again under him and i think that chelsea is also keen in let some players leaving the club. I'm not sure what's up with Todd Boehly. He continues to do terrible things like this.

The present owner of Chelsea is only damaging the club. Chelsea is declining again after it was climbing up.

Chelsea, following Liverpool, does not choose the most popular coach, but I agree that Moresca is a prominent coach, and he shows with the example of Leicester that he knows how to achieve success. A 5-year contract is too long, when I see such terms, I’m always skeptical, but who knows, maybe Moresca will be able to achieve what Pochettino couldn’t. I want to see if he will have the opportunity to buy new players, or will work with the players, that he has at his disposal now.

By the way, he even looks somewhat similar to Guardiola.  Smiley

Grin

What Enzo Maresca did at Leicester indeed is very fantastic because within one season he can makes Leicester City to return to the Premier League but he must be know Premier League is very different compared to Championship division because Premier League is one of the toughest competitions in Europa besides that Chelsea owner Todd Boehly will not accept failure which mean there's a lot of pressure when you're Chelsea manager but Enzo Maresca is really confident he can make Chelsea to performing well again and let's see if he can fulfill the target which given by Todd Boehly or not
This appointment is shocking, no one could see this to happen before. Chelsea is well-known as an ambitious club that is willing to spend big amount of money to gain success. As far as remember, Chelsea have never appointed a manager who doesn't have a good track records in their managerial career. They even sacked a manager who had under expectation of achievement, but maybe Boehly is ready to make a cultural change in the club by prioritizing long-term developments rather than instant success.

I don't know much about Enzo Maresca as a coach, he was also not a top player before. Guiding Leicester City to Premier League back doesn't sound an impressive achievement remembering Leicester City is also not a low level of club anymore. This is a big decision by Chelsea, they don't show a big ambition, but it indicates that they have a real plan for the future.
