Sometimes, the end relationship with team should be considered in making decisions; how did Antonio Konte end his stay at Chelsea is something to be considered before judging him; although the team now have new management, he can decide coming back since he is currently not in any contract because he is a good coach that knows his job and he knows how to manage big teams.

Olise is a top winger with so much creativity, but he should move to a club who have plans for him now and in the future. That's all I can say.

He is 22 years old and has 10 goals and 6 assists in 19 games in the Premier League. Moreover, he does this with Crystal Palace. He might have better stats next year with Arsenal, Chelsea or Manchester United. The team that wants to transfer him will of course have to pay a very high transfer fee to his team. Look who's talking. He is talking as if he is the best coach in the world. I understand why someone could say this about the slot. But at the same time, he (Ten Hag) has to understand that he has not been impressive since he has joined Manchester United. So he cannot possibly pass on these type of comments about another coach. What about him being absolute shit?

What about him dragging Manchester United into the mud? The whole world sees him as unimpressive. Even his own fans and even his own players do not want him at Manchester United. What about that? And let’s be clear I am not trying to defend Arne slot by doing this. I am just trying to figure out or make sense of why a coach who is a failure himself is calling another coach a failure.

Todd Boehly era at the Chelsea is going to be the darkest era with things are surely going to be more problematic in coming years because sacking of Pochettino is never been ideal with having good improvement in teams performance and as things were going there were hopes for having spot into top four, but this decision brings them down and uncertainty is again around which could be the worst thing for the fans even many are now having change of mind as Chelsea fan because their heartbroken due to this decision.

Conte would absolutely be a great choice. Maybe even the best one. Because as you know Conte already has a history with Chelsea. He made Chelsea Premier League and FA Cup champions once each.  

While he is available why don't they just go for him first? If I were Chelsea chairman my priority would be to do that. However I haven't even heard his name among those many rumours. I just want to see them finding a decent manager and not giving up on him easily just as they did with Pochettino.    This isn't the road going to success for sure. Patience is one of the most important factors in football. It hasn't been easy for most top teams to reach this level.

No doubt, coaching changes are like a revolving door. Its challenging, with Pioli leaving Milan, Pochettino and Ten Hag leaving too soon. Like the boardroom, the pressure is on and occasionally people arent treated fairly. Coaches need time to build something great. Creating a winning team takes time. It requires vision, trust, and hard effort. Firing a coach every other season creates instability, not success. Its the way things are, as you stated. We don't have to like it. We might be able to offer these folks some breathing room. Let them develop their team and demonstrate their skills. If they dont work, modify them. But don't shoot at the first sight of peril. It hurts the team, supporters, and sport.

The temptation to play in the Champions League is tempting, but we also need to see how tight the competition is for places at Arsenal because Michael Olise must be able to get Arteta to give him a place in a position that is already filled. Or Olise will have to wait longer on the bench as a second-string player. Remember Arsenal is full of great players and it won't be easy for Olise to get regular playing minutes. Meanwhile at Chelsea or Man United, there are still many places he can easily get, even though he doesn't play in the Champions League, at least he has a big chance of becoming a regular player. Regarding playing minutes at Chelsea and Man United, in my opinion the competition is not as tight as at Arsenal. All decisions go back to Michael Olise, Arsenal has become a stable club in the Premier League and is always one step away from lifting the trophy that Man City is facing. Do you want to go to a club that is stable but the competition is tight, or do you want to go to a club that is easy to get a regular place in but still needs a process to become stable?

He has a good knowledge of the Premier League and as well other coaches, he also had a good first season with Brighton but wasn't able to win something but then he qualified them for the European Europa League Competition for the very first time. Xavi Hernandez doesn't have that experience, he will need a season to settle down and understand things well. He has a good knowledge of football and all that but bringing him to Chelsea is not something I feel will benefit both sides in thr long run.

They can also look at Antonio Conte who is vacant. He is a good tactician and will help these talented players.

Roberto De Zebri also knows how to work with youngins, same way he with Shakhtar Donetsk and Brighton. He already expressed his desires to work in the Premier League Competition again immediately he parted ways with Brighton.
