Imagine if Manchester United sack Ten Hag and Ten Hag is successful in Ajax, while Manchester United didn't improve with their new manager. This will be a huge blow to many people since Ten Hag is actually a good manager and Manchester United is just Manchester United, a team that nothing without Sir Alex Ferguson.

I really want to see it, so this will make people to realize don't always put the blame on the manager, instead blame the players.
Ten Hag has been successful with Ajax. If Man United sack him, I think he will move the another team in the top leagues in Europe (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1). He looks like to not return to his country. I'm sure there are some top teams in Europe will be interested in Ten Hag although Ten Hag can't give any trophy for Man United.

I won't blame Man United management if they want to sack Ten Hag. It is their own right to have a new coach, Ten Hag never leads Man United to compete for the EPL title. So, it makes sense if Man United management decides to fire Ten Hag. No, I think we can't blame players only because it is also the responsibility of the coach when the performance of a club is bad. Ten Hag has a big role to determine how Man United plays.

Well, many here until now have finally reacted, from the eginning when CR7 was at MU I Said that that coach was very bad, bad in the sense of directing and bad in the personal sense, I don't know if any team would be interested in having him, I wouldn't even hire a coach who never achieved anything in a team like MU, where he never put a legendary player in his position, I really don't know, but apparently the Dutch coaches have disliked the most legendary players, and In this case things are very negative for this type of coach, I am a person who has never liked Ten Hag in my life, if the MU looks for another career and changes the face of the rest. , I think that would be great.

The 26-year-old England international scored an impressive 17 times in 35 Premier League appearances last season, with Rashford signing a new contract last summer.

Despite committing his long-term future at Old Trafford, Rashford has appeared a shadow of his former self and the United star has struggled with his form.

The United player has only managed to score seven times in 31 Premier League appearances this season, with Rashford heavily criticised for his lack of consistency.

Ten Hag has been questioned about Rashford’s antics off the field this season, including his visit to a nightclub after United’s defeat to Manchester City in 2023.

I would rather choose Erik Ten Hag when he was in Ajax than Manchester United, he's making absolutely no contribution to the team's progress. We should understand the proportion and odds involved for Erik Ten Hag to succeed at Manchester United. He's been given lengthy period of time but he has failed to deliver his team, not even upgrading the teams performance and they've been struggling to win matches.
The level of competition between Eredivisie and EPL is too different. Although he can succeed in Ajax, it is totally no guarantee in Man United. Man United is a more complicated team, Man United plays in a higher level competition. So I can understand if Ten Hag gets difficulty in Man United, it is not as easy as he expected.

Sure, he was already in Man United since 2022. It means he experienced 2 seasons with Man United. In the last season, Man United could finish in the top 3, I think it is a good progress. You can't say that Ten Hag has no contribution, it is totally untrue. If Man United performance is decreasing much in the current season, it should be caused some reasons. One of the reason is Man United has no strong attackers and has weak defenders. I think this is about Man United scouts, too. We can't blame Ten Hag only because he is not the only one who builds the team.

There's every possiblity that Manchester United might get rid of Erik ten Hag at the end of the season because they think he's the club's main reason of underperforming while the Dutch manager moves to Ajax and continues to flourish at the club just like he was doing before Manchester United signed him from there but that still doesn't mean that Manchester United's decision to sack him is wrong. Manchester United as we all know is one of the big traditional clubs in not just England but the whole of Europe but in recent years, they've not been able to live up their expectations as a big club which is why the club hired Erik ten Hag to help improve the performance of the club which I think the Dutch man have failed.
So if ten Hag goes to a club like Ajax and becomes successful again, it simply means that he's not a manager that can manage big club like Manchester United not that United made a mistake to sack him.

To improve the team's progress, Erik Ten Hag must get good teamwork between players and coaches. The players must have respect for Erik Ten Hag as their coach. If there is no such respect, it will be difficult for Erik Ten Hag to give instructions. field because the players will definitely not listen properly to the instructions given. But if these players have high respect and receive instructions from Erik Ten Hag well then Manchester United will easily win in every match they face.

I'm a Blues fan and I'm upset regarding the performance of my team. Mauricio Pochettino have been trying but it seems he's incompetent for the team's current form. Chelsea will continue to strive for incredible results but it has to do with stupendous results and having presentable form this season. Chelsea is an elite team but when it comes to performance, they're out of the line and risking everything that ought to be winning points for them. More like jeopardizing their chances of winning and pulling zero confidence in the minds of the fans.
For now with his style of play and the way he determines the actual attack scheme Poche is still quite reliable even if Chelsea want to keep him for next season it is still very doable because Chelsea's current problem is only for the finishing part and goal scoring instinct which is still very lacking, the rest in terms of opportunities and possession of the ball they are very good.

What can be expected for Chelsea this season is only Palmer because some of their attacking players like Mudryk or even Jackson are really not too worthy to be at Chelsea should be so for next season they might have to try to overhaul in the position of stirker and defense alone but for their midfield is very good for now and at least Poche is still a little better than the previous era.
But indeed the current buzz is that De Zerbi is a strong candidate for Chelsea coach next season which means Todd does not want to give Pochettino too many opportunities.

I understand the pain that's being currently suffered by Chelsea fans across the globe but the truth is that I don't think the club manager Mauricio Pochentino contributed hugely the club's current poor condition. The Argentine have been a very good manager before he joined Chelsea and I'm sure he'll also make a good manager at Chelsea if he gets more time. Though I expected him to be more productive than he is at the moment but I also think he should be given more chance to improve the club's performance.
Chelsea's result against Aston Villa tonight isn't a bad one considering that they went two goals down in the game but were able to come back into the game to claim a point. For Chelsea players, I think they have the potentials to do better just that they really need to stay motivated and determined to achieve greater result than what we've been seeing this season. The season is almost over and Chelsea have to start planning for next season from now

I don't see any possibility of Mourinho returning to Manchester United, because after all this time Mourinho has not performed well at Manchester United, indeed currently Manchester United is in the search for a new manager but I think Manchester will not make Mourinho as an option to replace Ten Hag, Morineho's coaching is very short and only ended in disappointment for both parties at that time,  I think at the moment Manchester United's owners will be inclined to find another coach and maybe Zidane could be the right solution to replace Ten Hag at Manchester United next season.

I think ten Hag has a lot of mistakes that he should be able to correct during his time at Manchester United, Manchester United's performance is getting worse every day even though their squad is filled with good players, but unfortunately many of ten Hag's decisions in optimizing Manchester United players have actually become boomerangs that make them often lose so far,  For now I think Ten Hag no longer has the full support of the fans and also the Manchester United management to keep coaching.
For United, they've had good records from the beginning of their existence till 2seasons ago when they started experiencing gradual decline. Their coach switches has an effect on the team, they found it hard to secure a good coach that complements and will impact the team positively. And this has been on and on till this season when the situation got critical and United is literally nowhere to be found in the top 4 spot and they keep going behind in their struggle each passing week.

Ten Hag is obviously not good for them currently as the team keeps slacking back and they do not stop looking confused on the pitch. All his implemented tactics and strategies aren't okay off well for him and it's safe to say that as the head of the team, he's got the greater part of the blame to bear. United needs a switch and not just any switch but a more reasonable switch that'll understand their condition and think innovatively without sentiments with the goal of team building and growth and implement new methods to combat their opponents. I don't know what the board is waiting for to realize the big error Ten Hag is to the team.

The entire team has been infected with his virus and they need to be quarantined and looked after to return back to their usual self again. Sadly it may take a while but we hope it's soon. So far, United haven't proven to be relevant this season. There's been important games that they themselves have thrown away because of how incompetent they're turned out to be at playing at the peak of their performances. Well, it's only sad that they experience this height of team leakage and breakage too. They just have to find a permanent solution to their issue.

I must say that the issue is a general team predicament and they need to be set back to default mode. They currently are a very much predictable team though in terms of poor performance which is wrong and should be corrected and worked on. They've lost as much authority that they once possessed and gradually it's eating deep into the general area of the club which ought not to be so.

Instead of having to wait for Xavi, Man United could still get another experienced coach and without me saying, we have all speculated that Man United would at least try to find an alternative like Mourinho.
That's not a good option Cheesy Xavi has now been confirmed to remain at Barcelona but when talking about bringing back Mou at this time then it must be thought through more carefully for Manchester United.

Mou was a good coach in his time but for now he will not survive in the tough competition with the conservative scheme he always does every time he coaches.
Maybe that method could be very good in his era but not for modern football today.

His way of doing boring schemes is the same as Simeone at Atletico because although it might still be possible at Manchester United but when the championship target is a thing that must be obtained then Mou's leadership style will not be too suitable for the target to be achieved for now.

Actually for Xavi I think even if he leaves Barcelona he will still get a place anywhere because it cannot be denied that Xavi is one of the great coaches for now even though he is a young coach and has only coached twice at this time (Al Sadd and Barcelona) but with the abilities he has and the proof that he can still bring trophies to Camp Nou with the conditions of players that can be said to be rough it is proof that he is quite dexterous in coaching and even if he leaves Barcelona there will definitely be several big clubs who will offer him a job but not with Barcelona because it is rare that anyone fits Barcelona in their conditions. The condition of the players that can be said to be makeshift is proof that he is quite deft in training and even if he leaves Barcelona there will definitely be several big clubs who will offer him a job but not with Barcelona because it is rare for anyone to match Barcelona in their current condition so when Xavi's decision to stay at Camp Nou it is a blessing for them.

Now the decision has been made and it's time to try something new for Barcelona to be even better next season because this season there is not a single trophy they can get.

Seeing Xavi successful performance in building Barcelona, of course he will be the target of many elite European teams next season. In media X, there has been a lot of news circulating that Laporta really hopes that Xavi will stay with Barcelona for a long time.
However, all decisions are definitely in Xavi hands because if he wants to try to find a new adventure, of course Xavi will join another team next season.

Serie A or the Premier League is of course a pretty good choice for Xavi, especially if AC Milan will fire Pioli then there is good hope for AC Milan management to tempt Xavi to become their coach.
But all of that we need accurate information and maybe Xavi will announce his future when this season ends.
Whether xavi will survive or not can still change in the final decision which will be announced by him.

From the beginning Barcelona didnt want to let go of Xavi it was just that it happened because Xavi took the initiative himself because he considered himself not too capable of bringing Barcelona to a better direction due to some bad results in the middle of the season besides that there may be several factors such as not a few fans who do not appreciate the hard work of Xavi which makes him not too comfortable at Barcelona and makes his coaching mentality disturbed because of the lack of appreciation given but for now it has been completely overcome where with the decision to continue to stay at the Camp Nou next season directly it tell us that Laporta isnt too comfortable at Barcelona. He was not very comfortable at Barcelona and made his coaching mentality disturbed because of the lack of appreciation given but for now it has been completely overcome where with the decision to continue to stay at Camp Nou next season indirectly it tells us that Laporta was successful in making Xavi believe that he was the right person at Barcelona .
Now the coach's problem has been well resolved but will Xavi still be able to keep things running smoothly with Barcelona current conditions because indeed his task at Barcelona is still very heavy in the end.

Well, it is kind of a deal that is actually benefiting both parties. Because if he does not coach Barcelona, he is probably not going to get another team like that to coach, to be honest. If Barcelona lets him go, Barcelona will also not find a better coach at this moment as far as I think. So this is a deal where both parties are benefited.

I think if he is given enough time, and he can avoid certain frustrations, he will actually be able to bring good results with Barcelona. Barcelona should also not ask too much from him. Because they are not giving him too much money to work with in the first place. we have seen a lot of clubs like Chelsea, keep their coach even after spending so much money and not bringing the results just because they think they are not going to be able to get a better coach at this moment. Barcelona should also think about all these things and be careful about changing the coach.

Regards

Duke

I understand the Man United coaching saga. No doubt, Ferguson's departure has been difficult. Ten Hag is a good manager who hustles, but they just don't click. I think the scouts and dealmakers upstairs need to level up. United needs someone who understands that shirt's history and potential. Someone like Zidane or Conte with a track record and tactical brain can turn things around. I hate to say it, but change may unlock this team's potential.

Ten Hag may not belong at United. In football. A manager may thrive in a different atmosphere with a staff that suits them. Finding where you make the most difference is more important than ego. Trying a fresh challenge may be preferable for everyone if he can't crack Man United's code or develop a unit that fights for every win. Change benefits everyone sometimes.
Ten Hag is obviously not good for them currently as the team keeps slacking back and they do not stop looking confused on the pitch. All his implemented tactics and strategies aren't okay off well for him and it's safe to say that as the head of the team, he's got the greater part of the blame to bear. Also consider the coach being at fault because many times he'd make a new strategy which in the end doesn't work for them, and then thesame strategy will still be repeated in other games.

Not just tactics, both player combinations. Why on earth would a coach still keep implementing a strategy that's failed and isn't even bulging to make corrections? He's the manager and the bigger responsibility is on his shoulder. His job is on the line and if he's been unserious about it, then he should be set to embrace a sack. They've got quality players in the team, he should be able to maximize these players.

Zinedine Zidane would be a preferable option for them even as they're aimed towards bringing the history making boss to join the team next season. Yes, he said he's done with the managerial task with Madrid seasons ago but it won't be harmful either if he opts to play a role in the English team's growth. United themselves know how much of a good impact his presence would bring and so by all means necessary they'd want to bring the tactical boss to their side. At thesame time, watch how much of a positive difference he would make for the team. It'll testifyingly be the best decision they'd ever make though so far. But let's hold on to that whilst watching if they'd be able to make the boss join them.

Zinedine Zidane has not worked in any team recently while he definitely had some offers from better teams and better situations in these teams but so far he hasn't accepted and he is still out.
Now there is not any good reason for Zidane to accept the offer from a team like Manchester United and start working in this team when he knows the situation in Manchester United is not good at all and both players and the coaches in this team are under pressure because of the bad performance they had.
I don't think if Zidane will even think about the offer from Manchester United if they send him any.

This summer transfer window is going to be full of surprised moves, because most teams wants to sell their first team players, and one of those teams I know is Arsenal, who might sell Nketiah their striker, Gabriel Jesus their no.9 and the rest fringe players who were occupying space on the bench. On the other hand, they will be looking forward to signing some big players like Brono Guimaraes of Newcastle,Watskins of Aston Villa and other names whom they've already highlighted out that they will sign.
Arsenal really need this signing if they are to win the league, because as far as I'm concerned, this season is over for them,City have won the league already and there is nothing that will make City drop points again till season ends.

AC Milan is in talks with Julen Lopetegui to replace Stefano Pioli as head coach next season.
West Ham is also reportedly interested in Julen Lopetegui but Lopetegui is reported to prioritize AC Milan over West Ham or other European clubs, currently Julen Lopetegui is without a club so it is just a matter of time until there is an official announcement from AC Milan for their new head coach
https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1784164516810330143

Julen Lopetegui can be said to be ordinary in his coaching career because when he was at Real Madrid he was fired because of poor results, at Sevilla he was quite successful with a European league title but after that he only became a coach at a mediocre team like Wolves, so Julen Lopetegui may not be the right person for a club like AC Milan.
Apparently Milan decision to changing manager is the final decision because after this season ended Pioli will be replaced and besides Julen Lopetegui previously there are several names as the candidate next manager of Milan such as Paulo Fonseca, Domenico Tedesco, Mark van Bommel, Christophe Galtier, and Thiago Motta but apparently Julen Lopetegui is being an strong candidate to be the next manager of Milan and indeed West Ham too has been thinking to hire Julen Lopetegui even they were offering huge funds for him to bought the players and high salary too for Lopetegui but apparently Lopetegui is more likely to interested to train Milan than West Ham

Milan is a big team in Serie A and i am sure they will demanding the trophy for each season and i have to says Lopetegui reputation as a manager is not really good because he was several times to gets sacked from his previous teams but indeed after save Wolves from relegation zone last season Lopetegui has no club and about this rumour apparently it will possibly to happened because Lopetegui agent is still under negotiate with Milan representative to talking about this transfer

Maybe Salah will only be able to stay in his best form with Liverpool 1 more season but slowly of course his performance will decline due to age and injury, so that in the end Liverpool no longer have high bargaining power to benefit from the sale of Salah in the future, what you say is quite true, because now Liverpool should project their team long-term and regenerate the team to be one of the solutions.
Has interest from the Saudi League gone away? I remember rumors that Salah would go to Saudi for a $150M transfer fee. I honestly doubt his performance for Liverpool is a huge concern for Saudi clubs, considering players like Benzema also fail to perform iirc. If anything, he will probably perform better just like Mane, so the goal is probably marketing. On the other hand, Liverpool probably needs him for other stuff like team building, so I doubt they will let him go for free next transfer window.

Conte is rumoured with every team these days as it seems.  Tongue  However I'm not surprised at all of course. In the end Conte is one of the best options who are free agents right now. It is normal to see many big teams going after him this summer. But I'm curious about what his plans are these days.

If Conte would like to return to Italy then I also think he could sign for Napoli. Napoli are in a really desperate condition now. They really need a manager like Spalletti from now on. Conte is a great candidate. However if he goes to the Premier League I wouldn't be against it either. He had good achievements with Chelsea.  Smiley

The both clubs you mentioned are definitely two good clubs that desperately need a top tier coach like Antonio Conte but I will prefer he goes to Napoli ahead of Chelsea reasons been that first he just left Chelsea rivals Tottenham without any significant impact and he might need do away from the environment at the moment. Secondly Conte doesn’t know how to manage young players which are definitely what are packed in Chelsea squad at the moment.

For Chelsea their choices of both Mourinho and Conte is not that good to me, they need a long term coach that can build a team around young players. This two coaches cannot stand the nuisance of this young Chelsea players and might be requesting for older signings. Also both of them do not stay beyond three seasons in a club before they start their tour to another club again

Tim Sherwood looks at Liverpool's dwindling title hopes and whether or not they should sell Mohamed Salah this summer.
https://www.skysports.com/football/video/30998/13123887/should-liverpool-sell-mohamed-salah-this-summer-they-need-to-cash-in-now

I completely agree with what Tim Sherwood said in the video posted by Skysports said that if liverpool must sell salah asap before it's too late. It is time for Liverpool to cash him in caused by salah's price is still very high at this time, it will give liverpool a lot of money to boost the summer transfer season. It would be so stupid if Liverpool kept him for another season caused by salah's price may be declining so ahrd. I'm still hoping Arne will sell Salah during the summer transfer season as klopp will not be liverpool's coach at the end of season. The club would be better off cashing in on Salah rather than watching his price drop from time to time and it will give nothing to the club. Perhaps, arne may think an alternative idea for him.
Salah isn't playing as well as he used to, and I believe this is due to his age. his performance is still inconsistent and i can understand it. It's better for Liverpool to trade him for 100 million than keep him for another season.

Liverpool can use that large sum of money to sign so many talented players. This will be extremely beneficial to the club in the long run because Liverpool will be able to sign some promising young players to join the club beginning with the upcoming season. The Reds will not be as stupid as Barcelona.
Blaugrana was constantly refusing to sell the players because the price was so high. These players were sold for a very low price at the time.

Salah still has a pretty good performance at the moment with Liverpool, so I think he still has a pretty high selling value even though he is not young anymore, at the moment some Arab clubs have reportedly made fantastic offers to sign Salah from Liverpool and I think it is better indeed for Liverpool to consider the offer in order to get a big fund to use in the summer,  Liverpool of course still need a lot of improvement on many fronts so I think selling Salah would be the right option in order to be able to improve the team next season with young and talented players, besides that so far Salah has a history of injuries so it will certainly make his market value will continue to decline if later Liverpool keep him until Salah contract expires.

I think realistic with Chelsea's fans expected with their manager Pochettino giving any tittle for the first season after spending much money and make huge rotation players after sacking many senior players. Its problem for Pochettino not trust yet any senior players in squad and replacing by youth players has higher transfer market values but get inconsistent performance, actually too fat comparison between Jose Mourinho and Pochettino how difficult with Chelsea break to top fourth standings position in this season although become most much money spending recruit new players as Premier League teams.

Seems still has second chance for Pochettino in next season will make Chelsea more competitive to get top fourth position standings or not any change yet with Chelsea performance keep difficult raise to Europe League and Champion League spot place.
Chelsea still needs a process to be truly stable in terms of performance, with last season having made a lot of player changes, it is not easy to be able to compete in the EPL. But if the fans are a little patient next season the results could be much better than now. As a fairly well established English club, Chelsea in the hands of Todd Boehly, has many procontra. The transfer and player purchasing policy is considered a failure. Todd doesn't understand Chelsea cycle so it's not surprising that this season the results are a little unexpected. However Chelsea is still facing the end of the season and can still have a positive impact and is now in 9th place, slowly rising. Last season the Blues were only able to finish in 12th position in the standings, while this season there are still 6 matches and if they are able to finish with 3 points, it is possible to overtake Man United in 5th position.
But the problem is that fans are not satisfied with what he has shown this season. The fans definitely want to get better results than now, so it's natural that they doubt the performance of their current coach. This is nothing new, even with teams that can only compete in the top 5, there are some fans who don't like their coach because they think their team can show more than that.
However, Chelsea also have to consider it carefully, because in the last few seasons they have changed coaches several times, and in my opinion this is not a good thing. We can see their decision when they fired Thomas Tuchel at that time, even though their performance was actually not that bad. But when they made the decision to sack Thomas Tuchel, they had even worse results. they must be able to learn from their experience, because there is no guarantee that when they change coaches they will be better, although there is also no guarantee that when they retain their coach, they will improve even more.
