Since officially becoming a shareholder of Manchester United Sir Jim Ratcliffe have an ambition that he want to bringing new manager to replace Ten Hag position and few months ago it says he want Chelsea former manager Graham Potter but apparently this rumours is not happened and now Sir Jim Ratcliffe want to gets Tuchel but indeed i agree with you because Tuchel was failed to bringing Bayern Munich to gets Bundesliga title and he should be considering this record as the reference but apparently he was very serious want to gets Tuchel because recently Sir Jim Ratcliffe have already contact Tuchel agent to discuss about this transfer

I see no reason why Kane should go to Chelsea for next season. The reason is that Kane has made a good contribution to Bayern Munich, and it is very likely that Bayern Munich will keep this player. According to the source Manchester City are open to offers for Grealish this summer. I don't see any reason why for Manchester City not to replace him with a player like Musiala either honestly. I don't find Grealish's performance as impressive as the previous season. In case of there is an opportunity for Musiala Manchester City should go for it by sacrificing Grealish in my opinion. Musiala is a player with much bigger potential and he is much younger as well. But it won't be easy to get him from Bayern Munich. 

I don't know why Ange Postecoglou's contract duration is so long even though Tottenham don't know what this coach's performance will be like in the future and he has never previously coached an English club so it is very natural that Tottenham's performance is not able to compete with other top clubs. It is even quite difficult to be in the zone Champions League for Tottenham even though he still has a chance to overtake Aston Villa but I'm not sure Tottenham will consistently win even though his recent performance has not been very stable. Even though he has a fairly long contract but I think Tottenham can fire him at any time if Tottenham doesn't there is quite a good change this season. Tottenham is in the top 5 for a while, at least better than last season which was ranked 8th, but it would be very good if Tottenham were in the top 4 to take part in the Champions League competition next season.

Actually, Ange Postecoglou is not a bad coach, in my opinion he is better than Erik Ten Hag, even though the performance of the two clubs is almost the same. But Manchester United has a busier schedule and that might be what makes Manchester United a little tired, making their performance decrease compared to the season then. While Tottenham itself have no matches other than in the Premier League, it should have given Tottenham a bigger chance to perform well in the Premier League, but unfortunately Ange couldn't make Tottenham appear consistent until the end.

I strongly believe that based on what ten hag stated above and to be honest United's standard has been declining significantly compared before when ten hag was not there. United is now entering into the another bad era when a garbage coach like him gets chance to stay even longer in the club. United was one of Europe's biggest clubs, and Ten Hag still considers it on par with Ajax. I believe it's time for United to replace its coach. Ten Hag is a disaster owned by Manchester United. He was lowering United's standards by claiming that two finals in two years was acceptable. It's unfortunate that a big club like United was doing this. Sir Jim needs to breplace him asap, and I can't believe what Ten Hag said. Things have been going so badly for ten hag, with him claiming that it was something for United to reach the final twice in two years which is totally crap for a big club like united. Reaching final in any season is a must. Ten Hag has lowered United's standard to match Ajax's.
