Lukaku good relationship with Jose Mourinho saved him from future uncertainty at the start of last season, Roma benefited greatly from Lukaku presence on the front lines. Nacho Fernández is 34 years old. Sure, he is still possible to continue his professional career as a footballer in the next few years. However, I am also not sure that he will play until 38 years old. Most players have considered to retire when he is already 35 years old. However, it depends on the condition of the fitness ang physical of the player. If he has no bad issue with his physical, he may play until 38 years old or more.

Taking into account the fact that Nagelsmann’s offenders, Kahn and Salihamidzic, were fired in disgrace (I think one could say so) that Nagelsmann’s return will not be something surprising. The question is whether Bayern is now an attractive project for him, given that he has options.
As for Tuchel, winning the Champions League will not change anything - he failed not only his tournament performance but also his relationship with the team, he will 100% be fired.

Lukaku career was never good since transfered to Chelsea because he never performing well again just like when he was showing with Inter Milan and actually last summer Inter Milan almost permanent his status but Lukaku made contoversial statement which make Inter Milan don't want to buy him but unfortunately Juventus also doesn't want to buy him although at that time this team was linked to him and in the last minutes of summer transfer window Mourinho has decide to save his career by loan him with one season with Roma

Actually in the beginning of season Lukaku performance is very impressive but i don't know why since Mourinho leave the team Lukaku performance was decline although De Rossi still attempts to playing him for every matches but Lukaku performance is never getting better and one thing for sure it is confirmed Roma will not permanent Lukaku status which mean after league ended then Lukaku will return to Chelsea again and i think his future could be so uncertain because Mauricio Pochettino doesn't want to putting him to Chelsea next season plan so if Lukaku want to playing regularly then Lukaku have to find new club this summer

Luis Diaz's possibility of leaving Liverpool gets higher day by day as it seems. This time Barcelona is called with his name.  

Honestly it would really be a nice choice for him if he decides to leave. He should continue to play for a big team in one of the best European leagues. Barcelona is a good place in terms of that. There are Felix and Ferran Torres on the left wing there though. When Luis Diaz also comes the competition level will get much higher. Joao Felix's future is still uncertain as he is on loan. If Barcelona don't sign him for a longer time period then Luis Diaz would be replaced with him.

Mistakes must be made for changes to sip through. This is just how I see it with this Lukaku's case. He has enjoyed a fantastic career and even at Inter Milan, he was good as much as he has been for Roma in front line while being proficient in goal delivery. He is still a good fit in the manager, Daniele De Rossi's plan and at 30, if he should consider leaving, it might just be to the Saudi Arabia pro league, where the money is good and better than he currently is worth, the play is easier and the fun is great.

Pressure is something expected for football players. The bigger club they play for, the bigger ambition they set, the bigger pressures are expected. However, it shouldn't be something excusable to drop in performances. Good players are them who are able to overcome all the pressure on them at every level of stage.

I think the reason for Chelsea players not able to overcome the pressure is because they are a collective young players in a squad who are new to the club. High wages and high expectations have make them hard to develop, because this pressure and expectations have been making them not allowed to make mistake. The first time I saw a report that suggests that Bayern Munich are trying to secure the services of Germany national team coach, I couldn't believe it because to me, I felt it wasn't possible for Bayern Munich to try sign Julian Nagelsmann after sacking him last season without a strong reason. Julian Nagelsmann is currently contacted with his job as German national team manager but I strongly believe that he'll still not accept to manage the Bayern Munich team anytime soon if he was not free.
Bayern Munich played a fast one on him last season by sacking the German and replacing him by another German who wasn't able to give them what they wanted. There's still every possiblity of Thomas Tuchel leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the season with the UEFA Champions League trophy but that's very unlikely to happen if you ask me.

Lukaku joined Roma when Mourinho was working there and he was a player with good performance for his team, Even after he joined Roma he had good performance in some games but it was not enough because time after time Roma was disappointed in Lukaku.
Now after De Rossi started working in Rona he didn't use Lukaku and instead, he used other players. The thing about Roma and Lukaku is they are playing well without Lukaku and this means it's time for him to leave.
I think he made a mistake when he left Inter Milan like that because Lukaku was famous there and he had a good performance even the fans of Inter Milan wanted to see him play for their team, but now everything is changed.

Inter Milan are already champions of the Serie A league at the moment though they still keep going in search of free transfer players. I don’t think this is a bad idea as signing this kind of players will be able to help the club save up some more funds for when it’s really needed.

At least, for now Bayern Munich's focus is on the Champions League semifinal match. So, before changing coaches, Thucel will do his job and provide the best.

Therefore Chelsea must realize because in the end a lot of money will not be able to bring good results if the search for players and management who are not in line with the philosophy then the money spent will only burn in vain without any results.
They are not aware of that at this time and all they are doing is trying to find new players with great potential without caring whether the player will fit or not with the club which in the end it backfires on Chelsea itself and the fact that these 2 seasons have been stagnant even though they spent more than 500 million should be proof that the scheme they did was a mistake.

I think he is to blame himself for the most part as I think he should have tried to settle somewhere and give his career a chance to develop over a longer period of time at the same club. He was jumping around all the time and always went after the money. He couldn't gain the appreciation and loyalty of fans because he said he loves the club one day while announcing that he signed a contract with another club the next day. I think this is never good for a player and no doubt he is a talented striker, but as I said, he never gave himself a chance to find a good way at one ore two clubs.

Even if it's like that but when we are at a club in the end not everything can be replaced because after all there are priorities that must be used as a standard for line-up problems and of course player reshuffles.

Nacho's reasons for leaving may be some things he wants to pursue because if in the end when talking about trophies then Nacho is one of the players with the most trophies at the moment especially if Madrid manages to win the Champions League and La Liga this season. Moreover, if too many young players, the mentality of the players may be unstable. Lukaku is the kind of striker I like. He was a fast footballer with a strong physique and tall size. But he has suffered too many injuries and has lost his former performance. Now it is very difficult for him to play for Chelsea or teams of that level. I think he will either go to the Arab leagues or to the Greek or Turkish leagues. He is not good enough to play in Europe's elite leagues. But I think this is not a problem for him. Icardi came to Galatasaray and he's had great stats for the last two seasons. If Lukaku comes to Turkiye, he can regain his confidence here. I don't think Turkiye will be the end for him.

One of Chelsea's mistakes was that they simply paid too high a price for Lukaku and only often loaned Lukaku to other clubs, whereas Chelsea were not aware that Lukaku was getting older and of course there would be very few people wanting to make this player permanent and he would only be a loan player throughout his career.
The next mistake, if Chelsea no longer wanted Lukaku to return to the Premier League, was that since he was still joining Inter Milan, Chelsea should have made a cheaper offer rather than having to keep a player who would never be used as Chelsea's main player.

Lukaku's future is getting worse as he gets older and I think in the end Lukaku will go to Saudi Arabia.
