It is different with Mbappe, he is given the special place by Luis Enrique. Mbappe mostly played as the starter and he sometimes can play full-time. Another reason, Marcus Rashford may be not suitable with the tactics applied by Ten Hag. It is not only Marcus Rashford that can't optimize his ability with the tactics of Ten Hag, even Ronaldo couldn't play with his best with Ten Hag's tactics.
Of course great players if they are in the wrong coach, they will not be optimal. So the coach must also be able to see himself, determine various ways to make players continue to develop and give their best performance. Coaches must be able to keep improving, not just players. Coaches must be able to change the style of play so that they have many tactics and are difficult to predict. So I agree blaming the player is not the best solution.

I even had hoped that Man United would be interested in signing Xabi Alonso because I think what makes Man United what it is today is Ten Hag's incompetence in coaching Man United and I think if Xabi Alonso handles Man United, then they will have the potential to be even better.

However, these hopes immediately vanished when I heard rumors that Liverpool were interested in Xabi Alonso. As we know, Jurgen Klopp will leave Liverpool at the end of this season, so Liverpool will definitely look for a new coach to replace Jurgen Klopp. If Xabi Alonso was faced with the option of choosing Liverpool or Man United, he would most likely choose Liverpool. The reason is certainly clear because he has a strong history and chemistry with Liverpool.
Is it true that Manchester United will sack Erik Ten Hag this summer? I don't think this rumor is too strong although they are interested in Xabi Alonso, the Leverkusen coach is indeed being attracted by other European clubs including Bayern Munich themselves are interested in Xabi Alonso's job but it will not be easy including Manchester United.

It is true that if Xabi Alonso is faced with two choices of Manchester United and Liverpool it is likely that he will choose Liverpool he is a legend of Liverpool players when he was young then there is hope he goes there.
If with this choice, it is likely that Manchester United will keep Erik Ten Hag until his contract expires.

A few months back the new owners of Manchester United had confirmed that they will be keeping Erik Ten Hag. But they did not say anything about the next season. Manchester United’s struggles are still continuing, They might not even get the chance to play in the Conference League.

My opinion about Xabi Alonso is that he should stay at Bayer Leverkusen for 1 or 2 more seasons. Or he might become Erik Ten Hag. Erik Ten Hag is a very good small team/player manager. He can manage a small team with small players like Ajax very well. But when he came to Manchester United, he immediately started having problems with some of the big players in the team.

So it is very clear that he is not a big team manager. Xabi Alonso probably is also not ready to manage a team as big as Liverpool or Manchester United. The expectations are high, the media is ruthless over there. A relatively less experienced manager might struggle a lot there.

Liverpool are said to be interested in Jamal Musiala. Football Insider says that Bayern Munich have an asking price of 100 million pounds for Musiala now.

This equals to a sum around 117 million euros while his market value is 110 million. If the rumoured asking price is true it wouldn't be surprising. In this market nowadays young and skilled players such as Musiala are valued at really high levels.  Smiley  Bayern Munich signed him for only 200k euros to their U17 team and he has improved his skills a lot in the meantime. This would be an enormous profit without doubt but would Bayern Munich be keen on such transfer? I don't think so for now.

Mohamed Salah could say yes to attractive offers from Arabian teams at the end of the season. They should already start working on a replacement for Mohamed Salah. Jamal Musiala is a young and talented footballer. If he transfers to Liverpool and continues his development at Liverpool, he can replace Mohamed Salah. I think he would be a good signing for Liverpool. But I think Liverpool need more ready players. One of them could be Victor Osimhen.
In the last few seasons, young players who have good ability and talent have always been valued at high prices, it seems like almost all teams are trying to invest their future in talented young players. Yes, maybe we would think that is a very high price for a young player, but it seems like the team has other views so they dare to offer a very high price to a young player, it seems like they also have considerations in their decision.

Mohamed Salah has not thought about his future, whether he is still with Liverpool or whether he chose the offer that came to him from the Arab team, because they themselves offered a lot of money compared to just staying at Liverpool. Whatever the decision, Liverpool must prepare players who can fill the void, and in my opinion it is better for them to do it early, because when they really lose Mohamed Salah, they don't have to worry about looking for a replacement because they have prepared before that time comes. This applies not only to Liverpool but to all teams.

I agree with you that the decision to leave or stay is a double-edged sword, on the other hand this is an opportunity to change fate and career to a high level, but it all depends on Xabi decision between leaving this zone or staying. and the possible difficulty of finding other opportunities. In my opinion, Xabi should stay longer at Leverkusen to prove that there he really has a big influence on the team's performance, not just luck. Xabi does have the qualities of a great coach. 1 more season with Leverkusen is enough and he can accept the offer.
I also want him to stay in Leverkusen for another year because everyone sees his success this year as a coincidence. If he stays in the team next year and shows similar performance, he will show everyone that this is not a coincidence, but talent. Xabi was a great player and now he is a great coach. Leverkusen owes him a lot.
Good work from him in this season which helps the Bayer Leverkusen to have title with record breaker wins we are going to have good chance as well for him to stay here for the another season but as we also have few big offers from the few top clubs he can also leave even this all is not easy, but all is possible.

Two offers are on his table, but mostly fans are looking for the official statement which is coming after the end of this season while they are having historic work and their chances for the double is also high because they are having good chance into UEFA Europa cup which is also now enter into top eight teams which are competing for the title and right now we have Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen as the favourite teams.

Speculation about Osimhen continues to circulate after previously PSG were linked with Osimhen, but now speculation continues to widen and interesting after Premier League teams also expressed their interest in Osimhen, as far as I do not see any definite moves to get Osimhen from Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United, I personally see all three teams may be very capable of making up for the high price requested by Napoli,  But it seems that these three teams are no longer an attraction for players like Osimhen at the moment, let's look at Chelsea who have not even been able to finish in the Conference League this season, while Manchester United frankly their performance is not better than Chelsea at this time, And Arsenal, although they are now competing for the title but their mentality is currently untested to win the title and as we know if all this time they do not want to spend a lot of money to buy players.

The only alternative to all the possibilities that exist at the moment is of course PSG is the right club for Osimhen, returning to Ligue 1 does not seem to be a difficulty for Osimhen, especially before Osimhen had played for Lille, so it did not take long for Osimhen to adapt, of all the clubs that exist at this time it seems that only PSG is able to provide good offers and opportunities for Osimhen to continue his career in the future.

I also think that Victor Osimhen will also be great for PSG and PSG is also going to be a great next destination for him. Because PSG is looking for a replacement for Mbappe. And especially with the new coach, Luis Enrique I think he will be able to settle very well in PSG and very quickly as well. If he does decide to go to any English Premier League club, I hope he makes sure that he does not accept any offer from Manchester United or Chelsea. Because that is going to be a bad decision for a player like him who still has a lot to achieve in his career. We have already seen a lot of very promising players derailing their career just because they went to Manchester United. I do not want to see something similar like that anymore.

Source: https://twitter.com/Blue_Footy/status/1768941301452386789

But this is also something everyone should remember. Maybe the media is actually trying to saturate his price a little. Not saying Fabrizio Romano has never done that himself, but still…

Now situation is going to be interested in Liverpool because they are going to lose their coach and with this many top players are also going to leave which will be going to have big impact on their performance but as they are going to have players like Muisala surely this is going to be ideal situation for the few players because they need to keep things at their top level and having quality players surely going to help them.

Musiala is one of the best player in new generation players and having top clubs interest is surely also not new with things will be going to have good change in next season and how they will be manage this all it's also going to be good Mohammad Salah is going which is also needed to be replaced which will have big impact on their aggressive style of the player.

Jamal Musiala and Mo Salah are totally different players if you don't know. Jamal Musiala won't be a good replacement for Mo Salah anyways. A player like Neto from Wolverampton would be the ideal replacement and signature if Mo Salah eventually leaves the red at the end of the season for Saudi Arabian Premier League Competition.

For Jamal Musiala, he would be the perfect man to replace Kevin De Bruyne at Manchester United, he is very instumetal on the wing but have you watch him play right behind the striker? He reminds me of Ineasta with his magical feets and foot works. I don't know how long I need sing it like a song, Manchester City should cash out big from the sale of Kevin De Bruyne and get a younger talent to replace him.

I wonder why he wants to leave Bundesliga League Competition anyways! He is big enough to take decisions for himself. Maybe he'll get the recognition he wants better when he does moves to the Premier League Competition.

IMO, this is an opportunity for Xabi Alonso to spread his coaching wings. It was enough for Xabi to work with Leverkusen, so he could continue his coaching career with another club. in this way, its potential will be further honed and developed. especially, if Xabi leaves for the Premier League. this step will be a new start for him if he takes the opportunity for his future. ups and downs in building a team to become strong, is a process that will shape him into a qualified coach with experience. for me, there's nothing wrong if Xabi finally takes a new step next season. however, if Alonso still wants to hone his skills, the choice is in his hands by choosing Bayern Munich. with Bayern Munich, he moved up one step to handle a team at a different level than Leverkusen in terms of team depth. Bayern is still targeting the Bundesliga trophy, as well as testing its abilities in the Champions League. At the very least, this choice is the most ideal option rather than leaving to go to the Premier League which has several strong competitors. It's not certain that Xabi Alonso can directly lift Liverpool into an even stronger team. however, what is clear is that Xabi has been linked with two elite teams who want his services. Klopp sees that Xabi is his potential successor at Liverpool. Bayern wants Alonso to replace Thomas Tuchel. well, let's just wait and see how it develops. after all, the competition is getting closer to the end of the 2023-24 season. so, let's just wait for developments.

The performance and consistency shown by Leverkusen at this time is really very extraordinary and even they can be the only team that can be at the top of the table without defeat among the top 5 European leagues this season, Alonso ability to make Liverkusen  performance increase dramatically this season certainly makes many big clubs very interested in recruiting him as their coach next season,  and I think it will be very difficult for Leverkusen to be able to keep Alonso next season, especially now the offers coming from Munich and Liverpool which of course are very difficult for Alonso to refuse.

Leverkusen will certainly play in the Champions League next season, but it will certainly be very difficult for them to maintain their form next season as it is this season, because after all Leverkusen management will most likely lose Alonso who may move to Bayern or Liverpool, besides that it will be very difficult for Leverkusen to keep their star players if an offer comes from the team It's big in Europe and I think next season Leverkusen will be very difficult to maintain their current success in both the league and Champions League.
It would be very interesting if Xabi Alonso decided to stay at Leverkusen for at least one more season, because he could show that what other people think about him is wrong. Yes, I understand that many people think he is just lucky this season, because maybe this is his second season after he joined in the middle of last season. But apart from all that, what he did with Levrekusen was something truly extraordinary.

Now there are lots of rumors saying that Xabi might leave Leverkusen, because several of the clubs that are interested in him this season are also big clubs. But I haven't heard anything about his future with Leverkusen. I think what he is doing now is correct, because if he responds more to the rumors circulating then it will disrupt his concentration with Leverkusen. This is not good for him and for the club he manages so I think it is better to finish his job first this season. The championship title is in front of them now, they can't just miss it. This season is the season they have been waiting for a long time.

Talents is rare and important this season, so it's very important to hold tight with the available ones seen. Appointing Xabi Alonso as headcoach was the best thing that have ever happen to the club, they're enjoying every moment with Xabi Alonso incharged. Xabi Alonso is one of the current best coach in the European football. He managed Bayer Leverkusen and they're the leading team in Bundesliga. They're doing everything to improved their performance and hinting important, Xabi Alonso is there to ensure the smooth runnings of the club.

Much links and linked with top clubs in the Premier League Competition, he's most likely to switch to either of Chelsea or Arsenal. Take Manchester United off the list, that money seem too much for them and I don't think they're prioritize this move. Manchester United are currently leading chase for Olise and not Victor Oshime.

It's clear enough that Napoli would be open to a big cash and carry deal for Victor Oshime. This was the main purpose of contract extension. He already spent years in league 1, isn't it time he moves elsewhere?

So true but that high price doesn't guarantee this youngstar to play better compared to the when he played in the old club. Chelsea and manchester united gave us the best lesson about how the price can also sometimes trap you. Chelsea got big lost last season since all of players bought with non sense price played like amateur players.
No guarnatee if musiala will able to perform so well in the new club. This is pure gambling from liverpool to get him. The reds expect him to be a backup for salah or diaz if one of them leave from the club someday.

This Rashford news I keep seeing in the newspapers, internet charter etc about the number 10 him leaving for PSG is looking more likely than not... especially that United hasn't sold a player for profit in a long time and an 80 million opportunity presents itself ... come on his going and secondly I think Rash has lost his spark for United and a new challenge is the only thing that could rekindle his love for the game and a burst back to form!!! Some fans might not like this, but it's the only way to give the team a new breathe of fresh air and reshape the team...let's go United #Ratcliffe_effect_at_play

If Man Utd sells Marcus Rashford for financial gain then what will happen to Man Utd in the future? Indeed, Man Utd still has Rasmus Højlund and can use the money to buy other players, but I'm not sure Man Utd can get the right player again. ETH has made a mistake in recruiting players who are not needed, causing Man Utd to experience a decline. If this continues to happen, it is not impossible that Man Utd's performance will decline further if you only think about profits.
Marcus Rahsford is an important player in Manchester United main squad, and Ten Hag will definitely not let go of one of his most important assets in the upcoming transfer market. If management lets him go, then they have to determine the ideal replacement for the position the player left. Rumors of PSG interest in Marcus Rahsford are increasingly circulating. PSG desperately needs a replacement for the soon to depart Mbappe, and Luis Enrique knows Marcus Rahsford qualities so well, he plans to make him his main target next season.
Before Erik Ten Hag thinks of saving another player's career, he needs to first save his because he has already used up all his 9 lives and there is pressure mounting from management, shareholders, fans and all interested parties to get positive results!
And considering United hasn't had any sensible sales in a long time, I think if PSG truly put in an offer for Rashford, I don't see any resistance not to sell as this also unlocks the potential to buy better players if we consider this financial fair play rules...To put it in simpler terms, Rash will be the sacrificial lamb to open up new opportunities for the club.

It is true that Manchester United could suffer even worse if they let go of key players, and Ten Hag must find a solution to make his team better next season. Several players recruited last summer did not have a significant impact, including loan players such as Sofyan Amrabat. It would be better for Manchester United to let go of most of the players who have minimal contribution, to reduce the club spending burden, and recruit the players they really need to be a solid team next season. Besides that, things could be different if Ten Hag were dismissed as head coach.
When it comes to ETH scouting for players, honestly his really terrible at it and the worst part is that his signings haven't represented him well either which puts even more pressure on his job!! The only way forward now..is definitely to free up resources by selling most of these players that haven't had any real impact as this isn't some academy, we need real results from a professional team!

Top European clubs are definitely targeting coaches who have good abilities in building clubs, while the Leverkusen coach has proven that with his current performance. Indeed, Xabi Alobso has had to go through a long process to reach the level he is at now and each coach definitely has different abilities, some of which are different fast, there is also slow, depending on whether the club has a level of patience or not, and if Xabi Alonso decides to leave the club he is currently coaching, he must also be ready to be at a club that has a different level and of course has quite tough demands if Xabi Alonso can't adapt quickly and he will be eliminated like coaches in general because big clubs usually want a fast process.

Since there is a higher possibility for Salah to leave Liverpool at the end of this season than in other years and if he leaves I think Liverpool should try hard to find another player to take his place in the team since they already accepted the fact that they won't have Salah in the team anymore, because the offer he got from the Saudi League can make any player move to another team.
Liverpool doesn't want to see their team get damaged after Salah leaves and that's why it seems they targeting other players to take his place.
One of these players is Omar Marmoush. Omar Marmoush is also from Egypt and he is going to take the place of another Egyptian Liverpool player. He is currently playing for Frankfurt and in the 32 games he had, he scored 15 goals and had 6 assists also he had an effect on 21 goals for their team.

Mbappe received special treatment at PSG, whereas Rashford has treated the same as other players in manchester united. Don't you recognize the difference between them? Talking about using Rashford as a replacement for Mbappe totally makes sense because he is the best player to fill Mbappe's position since he is having similar gameplay like mbappe.
PSG has not yet sent a message to Manchester United about acquiring him as a new player. I support his decision to join PSG rather than stay with Manchester United, but no direct contact has been made between him and a PSG representative.

Rashford is one player that was actually doing well in previous seasons and he's had huge contributions and impacts to the United squad and he was practically fans favorite and a threat to teams too. But this season hasn't been quite good for him, his playing style changed and he's literally had the worst season. The fans are not encouraged by his performances and they've not been shy to express their disappointment and disgust at him. I don't know and can't tell the source of the problem but he's just got an extra work to do on himself.

He's a striker but has not played as a striker. It just seems as though the entire team is in a black out situation right now and it isn't good. At the moment, putting Rashford up for sale would only add a few finances to the teams account but the team still has to sit back and work on themselves to be better. I'll still say this, United needs a switch and not just any switch but a more reasonable switch that'll understand their condition and think innovatively without sentiments with the goal of team building and growth and implement new methods to combat their opponents.

I don't know what the board is waiting for to realize the big error Ten Hag is to the team. The entire team has been infected with his virus and they need to be quarantined and looked after to return back to their usual self again. Sadly it may take a while but we hope it's soon. They can really do better in maximizing the intensity of Hojlund, for me even though the team is in dire deficiency, there's still some bits of competitiveness in the second striker.

Rashford was a versatile players, he can play as winger or attackers. The decision to recruit him as a new player is the best one, considering the fact that rashford is still showing more improvements at Manchester United. If this news is true then it's all confirming the rumors about mbappe's decision to depart with PSG.
I have been waiting for this news to come in, and I hope Rashford will be able to go to the PSG. My dream to see perez in slowly building another los galacticos will be coming true again soon. Rashford has release clause and it seems like manchester united needs to buy his release clause to ensure rashford will able to join in the club soon.
Rashford's release clause is also very expensive, but since the offer will be coming from PSG, I have doubts that Rashford can wear PSG's shirt in the future. Some news reports have also suggested that Rashford is still willing to stay even longer at Manchester United, which totally makes sense.
Let's see how well the development of his transfer is going. Im hoping that rashford to join in the PSG soon. I hope that i can see his face on PSG starts from next season. rashford will able to play in UCL regularly if he joins PSG.
