I have heard De Bruyne has some interest in him from Saudi Arabia. Manchester City are said to have set a price tag worth 100 million pounds for him if it is really true though. 

But it wouldn't be surprising if it is either. Because De Bruyne is currently one of the best performing players in Europe. He is 32 years old maybe but it doesn't affect his performance negatively even a bit. He surely deserves to be priced at this level while there is a huge increase in every player's worth these days.    Manchester City simply don't want to let him go.
