I feel like Jose Mourinho should take some quality time off coaching and managing a club, take a good look at Zidane, Antonio Conte all resting and setting standards and themselves up until they're finally ready to manage a club that'll definitely see them winning trophies.
Jose Mourinho is not too big to also do that. Man's tactics are outdated and it's almost boring watching a side he manages, it's almost as if he doesn't train with the squad and lads.

Can Manchester United acquire Everton's main defender this season?

My honest opinion is that the defender should continue "shining" at Everton for a while longer and there would certainly be much better offers from more "established" teams for him to show his talent, I fear that he could end his career if he goes to Manchester United.

  Manchester united might have had quite a bad 1st half of the season, my failing to qualify for the UCL Round of 16, getting kicked out of the Caraboa cup and currently below the 5th position but I think they're begging to get things right, and Jim Ratcliffe's arrival could give them a boost to qualify for a major tournament next season. Well their hopes for a trophy is not yet ended, they might not be able to win the EPL but atleast they're still in the FA Cup and if they work hard enough there's a possibility of them reaching the finals like the previous season.

If Real Madrid could actually get Davies for left back, that would be an insane move that would make them set for at least another decade because that player is unreal. I mean we are talking about not only someone who is young, but also someone who is both physically and skilfully talented players in the world, maybe even the best player at that position as well.

For this winter transfer window have been over and there are not any approach players target by Erik ten Hag, seems less money from manager difficult for him sign new players and manchester united have prepare with previous team for playing several matches left in premier league and have target to lock one top fourth position at the end this season.

IMO, if United's players fully recover from their injuries. at least, Erik Ten Hag can again implement a system and pattern that he can rely on. thus, I am quite confident that United will be able to compete again and show their best performance. talking about trophies, I'm sure Ten Hag's focus is only to restore the performance of his team. At a minimum, United is targeting finishing in fourth place if they can return to their best performance. Moreover, it is certain that United's players will recover from their injuries in the near future.

As for City, Pep Guardiola can now rely on their two core players, namely De Bruyne and Erling Haaland. Considering that the Premier League competition still has many matches remaining, it is not impossible that Pep Guardiola's squad will be able to regain the top position in the standings. City are only 5 points behind, they also have one game postponed and can definitely close the points gap from Liverpool. Plus, these two teams still have one match to meet. if City is able to carry out their match smoothly, including overthrowing Liverpool in the next match. that means, City will again be at the top of the Premier League standings.
