I wouldn't consider this win a proof for anything. The lack of experience will be used because it is true. If I say someone has no experience and therefore I have doubts about someone, there is nothing wrong about it because it is true. It's impossible to anticipate how someone will do when they take on a certain job when they lack experience, but that doesn't mean they should never be given a try.

But I don't expect De Rossi to turn Roma into machine, which will now win the majority of their games. But that has nothing to do with De Rossi. It has more to do with how good the team really is and they are not full of superstars. They have several very good players, but they won't turn into a second Inter Milan because of De Rossi.

Or he is only interested in the money and will earn good money there. He will also win a title and has a chance of playing in the national team.

It is not funny, it is sad to know PSG never achieved their dream although they already spent too much money. PSG already built their squad with huge funds, they even bring Messi out from Barcelona for the first time. They even have those 3 awesome attackers (Mbappe-Messi-Neymar). But again, they failed to win UCL title.

I think PSG only focused on building their squad, they forget to focus on selecting a proper coach who is capable to win the UCL title. If PSG could hire Ancelotti or Zidane, they will have the chance to win UCL with trio monsters (Mbappe-Messi-Neymar). But it was, now there is no longer Messi and Neymar, they already moved to new clubs.

That's why Mbappe has decided to leave PSG because he has a very little chance to win UCL trophy. Mbappe already won varied prestigious trophies, he seems only missing 1 trophy, UCL trophy. Since his dream to win UCL trophy, it is the right decision to move to Real Madrid. Real Madrid is always favorite team to win UCL trophy every season. A sweet debut for De Rossi, a novice coach who could possibly bring AS Roma to a much better performance. although many say this coach is very doubtful, especially regarding his experience. however, he proved it in his first match with his squad by getting full points and is now in 7th place behind Lazio and Atalanta, who are separated by a small difference in points. I am sure that the club management will not put a heavy burden on De Rossi's shoulders, to finish in the top four of the Serie A competition standings. I have accepted Fabrizio to the extent that any football speculations that doesn't comes from him, then it should be considered as fake news. Man is so consistent that even other media that has studio are way below him, his social media handles does the work for him. The point is that earning money is not everything; winning a champion league or Ballon d'Or is the wish of every player. Besides that you said it right that Kylian Mbappe still has a long time in his career, so he needs to leave PSG first. Kylian Mbappe transfer is always at the news, but no one has ever taken it seriously.

Currently Bayern Munich have good approach with England players after success signing Harry Kane last window transfer then signed Eric Dier and today have rumor for signing another England players Kieran Trippier.
I don't think the last name is good sign because he was over 33 years old and seems first time for Bayern Munich interested to sign senior players and looking for youth players. Despite Kieran Trippier will be back up on left defender position or not but has questionable with Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel why most of his transfer dominance with senior player than youth players? For Kieran Trippier its very good opportunity about Bayern Munich interested but he still need waiting Newcastle United confirmation will sell him or keep defend him exactly Newcastle on bad position in domestic league.

Fabrizio Romano definitely deserved that. I will actually say that sometimes i think he can actually manipulate the price of a player. Because we know that he is a great resource for true news.
