And I thought I am the only one who has this complaint,it's like the altcoin discussion is their announcement thread extension when they only want is to hype the coin value ..

LOL. OP, it looks like you have never visited both of the Bitcoin category and Economy category boards.
There is a considerable amount of Bitcoin topics in both of this category as well.

Considering that there is only one board for Altcoins discussion, it is very common to see this kind of situation.

I've dealt with enough idiots that I have to take everything seriously, unless he/she makes it absolutely clear he was joking. Thanks for the compliment though.

Discussion about price and speculation is not meant to be in the Marketplace (Altcoins) board, it's supposed to be in Altcoin discussion. Unless theymos decides to make a separate Speculation board for altcoins, that's where they'll stay.

You are free to express you opinion and discuss changes happening in regards to a coin. Although the topic aren't extremely extensive, they're constructive enough to stay.

P.S. Discussion about a board or moderation belongs in Meta. Moved.

Last few days i also noticed the same old crew reviving their older hype / spamming campaign here.
There are trying again.. 

Ethereum has been hyped and it has done pretty well considering that it is now second place after Bitcoin. So whenever the current price was a result of hype or not, I would say that it is working pretty well and it will turn out to attract big companies and business for mainstream adoption.

I think that the amount of ETH topics should be reduced in order to have a cleaner and more organized view of the other alternative crypto currencies.

By the way, I've just found out that Microsoft partnered with ETH for its Azure platform (nothing new) We'll see if Microsoft makes something useful out of the blockchain technology. Just my opinion.  

At least theyr'e not self-moderated Moneron threads!

Ethereum is one of the scam coin and shitcoin according to other traders.. its a fake volume.. they have starting ethereum without spend money..
I don't why they are accepting ethereum to post all over the forum also in bitcoin speculation i saw those topics about ethereum..

you should have visited here in the beginning of the hype before they pumped the ethereum to the first moon. everywhere on the forum that you looked on all the boards you could see an eth topic shilling to increase the pump. this is nothing in comparison
