BTC deposits are handled via blockchain.info, everything else is manual, so there are no "daemons" on the server.

The exchange can easily be re-branded for any other crypto, it's not tied to NXT.

I think you should lower the BTC minimum withdrawal limits. it is 0.001 now..
or better yet,
you should change your mind, add a few nxt clones & give them an outlet
and go for cryptostocks.

I had to leave the NXT project and since it's difficult to run an exchange without getting involved into NXT affairs, I am selling it too.

I would like to say that NxtChg.com is really trustworthy, someone deposited him money with some wrong numbers and he sent them back 
Yes I made a mistake and he immediately sent me back 200K of Nxt and warned me on the main thread.
