When I gamble on sports I like to bet on several games so that even if one loses I can still look forward to the other. That is assuming they are played at different times, for football matches that are played at the same time I might sometimes bet on 2 and watch just the one while keeping track of the score on the other. But generally I like to make a day of gambling so I try to bet on different events throughout the day.

I only play one single event in a day and not everyday but only when I think I have high probability of winning the bet. I do all analyses myself before betting, checking every possible details on both teams, like if any team is missing important players or not, injuries, red and yellow cards and a few betting predictions websites. I prefer to bet on lower divisions most of the time and also most of the time on the home team usually. This raises your chances to win the bet.

So you think you can't do a winning streak in sports betting? How long did you do gambling now? Sports betting isn't the thing that you will lose 5 times or more consecutively. It has chance but I see it as low. It's unusual that if you do multiple betting within the same day you will not have at least a single win on it. I voted on yes.

I can't see any reason why you will lose on 5 consecutives bets. There are called safe odds for about maximum 1.5 so the risk is not that high but still you will get an average amount of earnings when you win. Playing your bankroll in sportsbetting can take you in a long run that's why if ever you become zero balance in short period of time, then forget gambling now. I
I didn't say anything about having winning streak is impossible in sports betting. It's from my gambling experience that's why I said it because for me it's hard to bounce back when I lose back to back. About safe odds imo there's no such thing as safe odds on sports betting because favored teams/players could also lose too, mostly in sports like tennis, ufc and esports.

I normally bet on only sports betting but almost all are on soccer and nothing else, I do bet on tennis sometimes too but I don't really mix them up with the soccer games, they are all mutually exclusive if each other.

I would say no, I won't bet a lot of events per day. I want to stick with one game and event per day. I can't managed if all of those bets will lose at the same time though if those bets will win then that's a good thing for me. But I want to be always on the safe place by just waiting that bet if that is going to win or not and will remain on that strategy.

I'm also no, but my reason is different from yours. I usually bet on any sports to watch the match with more excitement, so I pick only one game to bet and spend my time watching that particular match. I usually bet small amount so not much worried about the result but mainly doing it for entertainment purpose. I will not bet more than one match in a day because don't have so much time to watch all those matches.

Yes you can't stay tune for many games if you have a lot of games to bet. And that's the essence of sports betting, you will be excited to see and watch the winning moves of your favorite nba player or any other sports game that you bet. And if they win, you will win and if you lose, you will lose also but still depends on the odds.

For me it's a yes vote as I bet on several games every weekend whether it's AFL, NRL or Super rugby. I tend to bet in each of them and on a couple of games. I also like to take parlays so I sometimes bet on even more then just these sports as sometimes the NBA is also on so I put a bet on that as well and also in my parlays so yes I bet on a number of events.

I bet mainly NFL and NCAAF. The bulk of the games are played Saturday (NCAAF) and Sunday (NFL) there are also some games on Thursday, Friday and Monday nights. I usually do my research and analysis for a weekend of games through the week. With so many good games to bet on, I invariably end up with multiple bets pending on any one or more of the days mentioned.

I always bet on games that I find exciting.
If there is a fifa or Euro event I can find myself betting on more then a single game at the same day for sure.
I will never bet to earn money so I wont bet on games that I won't watch, or will watch just because I had a bet going
Just bet for fun and you won't have any troubles.

For me I love gambling on a lot of events more than one. Though this is because I see opportunities for me to win in those games, not really because I have a saying that I have to play a lot of events. If I see a good opportunity in an event I do take that opportunity and play it. I don't pass up on those especially if it is more on the win side.
Yeah we cannot assure that if we go to the casinos we will always gonna win in every game we play, but it is also depend on us if we want to bet in more than one game. Sometimes we don't have a plan to bet more than one game but we will still betting because we think that we are now in a winning side. So it is really depend on us and it is also depend on our money if we can still afford to lose what we bet.

I voted yes but if there is a "it depends" choice, I would pick it. My no. of bets will be different in every season, if I see that there is a higher chance to win in the basketball & baseball league, I would bet on both. If I have a doubt on one of it, I will full bet on the other one which is less risky.

Is this a poll on how many games you bet on?

If it is then I bet a parlay of 3-5 games with a low amount on the wagered amount.

I don't get to greedy and put it on odds of 1.5x-2x only and nothing above that.

if it hits all of them then good.

If not, then no big loss then. Grin

I'll start first, for me it's a no... I don't betting more than one event per day because once you lose on your first pick you could start tilting and eventually lose your bankroll.

I agree with the point of yours. Well it's odd to think that we will lose 5 or more consecutive bets in a row in sports betting since we can play on average odds which is playing at 1.5 like you state to the extent of close to 2. That's why other gamblers do martingale type of betting around that odds since bouncing back is really possible and only low chance to hit all your bets lose.

Kinda sarcastic to the last part but yeah if a sports bettor will lose all their bankroll in short period of time then it's time now to shift on different course.

Back in the days I used to bet on soccer games all day long, especially during the weekend, offer is great, so many games and just don't know what to choose. But it wasn't a good approach for me. Today I place one bet,on one event per day because I found that it gives the best results for my betting style.

Martingale would work better on sports, as you have some idea about whats going on. Start with a large bankroll and start low. And probably you wont lose 21 times.
But again when I start betting, I like to bet on most of the game I've idea on.
That's my losing strategy.
the only problem with this is the odds even you understand the game and there's no chance that you will lose 21 times in the row i think timing is needed so you can place big stake when you are already sure about the game but indeed there's still risk and its up to us whether we can take that at it is but its really have a high chance if you do some good research.

Definitely yes. My usual betting will be on sports, cricket and tennis. So there will be several events occasionally and I try to bet on most of them. It's good if you can concentrate on all of them otherwise it's risky.

I agree with you . If we follow the sport correctly then there is very less chance of loosing 5 matches consecutively , the probability is very very less as you will have an idea who is the favorite and who is the underdog ( irrespective of odds ) . Know that the odds always aren't what it should be so betting based on odds isn't really a good idea.

Question is on the poll. After voting please share your opinion on why you choose that option. The poll will run for a week after that i'll lock the thread. I want to see what are your guys answers.

Id also say no here. If you do each day then that makes you addicted in every definition of it. I don't even bet on every game that my favorite team plays and it's seldom that they play more than twice a week. Normally, a lot of people only bet during playoff games and major tournaments so i doubt that there are a lot of people who make bets daily
