indeed in 2020 the airdrop and bounty had experienced a drastic decline, but believe me in 2021 the bounty and airdrop came back to life even though slowly and unlike 2018. I am in an airdrop and the bounty is still making a profit.
The begging of this year market is rapidly growing & mostly top ranking Altcoins getting new all time high. Binance platform changes significantly through historical pumped. Bounty hunters are paying attention to do their task because many legit projects entering in the market.

You probably do not understand why people are participating in bounty campaigns. At first, they still believe that hype will come back and every altcoin will moon. Secondly, they are used for this job and do not want to learn new ones. I do bounty campaigns because I meet both criteria   Cheesy.
How about those who only participate because they find it much easier than trying their luck on Lottery.
And bounty doesn't required any skills and perfect for lazy persons they would just do some simple task and wait till the reward gains price from the market.

The biggest money making slot in crypto space is to be

1. a developer
2. build crypto wallets for new projects
3. find bugs in the system of many new projects

yes some paid for security breaching and all that stuff, rendering professional services is the best way to make money in crypto space now
Not everyone can. It is not that easy for all of us to acheive that. Maybe you're good enough when it comes to that.
Being a bounty hunter is not a bad thing I think. We can also earn big money through bounties the only problem is beware of scam projects. We have the privilege to choose which bounty we like to participate and which has the better allocation. For me, the only thing that matter is how do we appreciate the things that we are doing and the amount that we are receiving. If I can't be a developer or any of the profession listed above I will just find another way where myself suited and make the best out of it. I am contented with the money I get through campaigns. Nothing more nothing less.

Many bounty hunters have limited abilities, not all of them can work on bugs or create crypto wallet, I understand OP this part has lots of money to be made but bounties isn't that suck unless you are lazy, those who promoted DIA, Ferrum, Cartesi, SOV now have a different view about bounties, they made hundreds to thousands of dollars from those projects, bounties is still worth it
my friend received 50 tokens in 3 weeks of a subscription SOV, which can now be sold on their exchange at a price of $ 37 per token.

A very funny counter argument. However, in general, he said the right things, all projects except the one you named brought really a lot of money to their participants. $ 37 for three weeks is really very little, even if you are participating in the lowest ranked signature campaign. But nevertheless, the project is being traded and working, which means that there are all the prerequisites for the fact that these $ 37 may increase in price.

You tell us to forget bounties and airdrops, you are correct, but there is a huge problem in what you give as a better alternative. It takes years, maybe even decades to become a top developer and write good code. It takes knowledge of cryptography too if you are reading or writing code when it comes to blockchains and cryptocurrencies. Some probably copy large portions of the code from other wallets and probably don't even care to understand it completely, so they are left with hundreds of bugs and incomplete products. Of course there are some people that can manage to learn everything easier, and can only take a year or two to be ready and code anything they want.
However, for the rest of us which is the 99,9999% we can't spend years trying to learn to code. So we stick to what we can do.

I think in the last couple of months the reputation with bounties has improved. It is noticeable, that bounty section is no longer being "uped" with strange and shady projects, managed by newbie or cooper member. I've also noticed a bunch of new bounties by reputed managers, and more often bounties with limited number of participants appear. All these factors signals that if a person participates in a bounty, he will no longer receive "bread crumbs" only.

Consider also the current market situation, we are in the bullish market so most likely projects will gain attention from investors and capitalist are willing to invest to list the project in an exchange. It's good for bounty campaign nowadays, hopefully the bull run would last longer.

Most bounty managers handle scam projects at present, except for a few popular bounty managers.  Working on these scam projects is a complete waste of labor.  Currently I do not work on the projects of all the other managers except some well-known managers.
Indeed, for now it has become a risk if you are interested in working on a bounty. time risk that we sacrifice. It's true, as you said, nowadays there are so many campaigns that are scam schemes and even if some are successful, you can be sure that you will have problems when the campaign is over. starting from distribution or problems with the team that didn't want to pay the participants. This can be seen from the number of people who complain in this forum

I stand to correct you on this few points you have mentioned on your submission. Though, they might have been valid to some extend but you have failed to consider the newbies. Now everybody can do all these things you said. so until then let people enjoy their bounties and airdrops. I personally I can tell you how much i have made from airdrops alone talk less of bounties combined. When I started doing crypto few years ago, I started as an airdropper and it worked pretty well until we were introduced to bounties and we embraced it as the new hustle. Back in those days myself and a couple of my friends were able to sponsor ourselves all through college with the money we made. Also, do big boys, you understand me right. Though, I am presently looking into how to acquire more skill so i will be able to function in those things you have stated earlier. Thanks anyways/

You should understand that not every body in the cryptocurrency space have knowledge to do those 3 points you listed even if they are more paying services than the bounty Hunting so you would understand why most with no experience or knowledge of this service or even the ones with the knowledge but dont have access to doing the jobs will continue to engage in Bounty hunting and lets not forget that with some Ranks in some bounties, you could earn as much as $2k which is much too.

The three points mentioned are true and we can see those who get more profit. but people believe in their respective abilities. it's not that they don't want to be one of the three mentioned above, but because they haven't been able to from various aspects. I myself really want to, but I believe being a Bounty Hunters is one way to become one of the three points above.

sometime, people believe on them although they dont give that much. and doing something easy is great than try hard todo the other confusing ways. start learning and do some news is better, because you can take all stuff you need and make it easy

You are right of course with the three points you mentioned, but let's face it not everybody is a programmer or a coder and for all those three things you need to have certain qualifications.

Bounty and airdrops allows those without such qualifications to also get involved and participate in the revolution. I think that is great and leads to a win win situation for both those who can code and those who can't code.

I think you dont have an idea about how bounty can be profitable...being bounty hunters doesn't mean that you are not a trader or an investor but bounties are just an easy way to get more money to make whatever you want in crypto...some people consider bounties as main source of income and this is wrong but to say stop bounties and airdrops this have really no sense.

He's talking about bounty that really paid well, if you are paying attentions to those list he mentioned. That are the best paying places
inside crypto industry.

If you are a developer either create your own project or someone will ask for your help, that's really something decent depends with how
you charge or depend if how successful the project will proceed. Wallet builders also have a very decent profits same with being developers
it relies with how successful your project will proceed. While with bugs hunter, which mostly being ask by the developers for more improvements
with their projects, all this, you'll earned decent to huge profits.

actually what he said has a point too, maybe he doesn't know how to convey it properly. if he is not a bounty hunter then he is not in this forum. I think he forgot that bounty hunters like us are able to concurrent in all sectors, be it in trading or other things that he mentioned.
Actually being a bounty hunter is very free at work, because at the same time he can also work as a YouTuber and blogger as well as become a trader too, so in essence a bounty hunter is free to carry out the work that he is completely good at.

In general, you are right to be a Bounty Hunter quite simply, the most difficult thing to do for a Bounty Hunter is to analyze the companies in which he is going to participate so that he does not know or accidentally take part in some scam project. This is the hardest part of the Bounty Hunter job. However, most Bounty Hunters don't even do that. For the rest, I would like to add that hunting for bounty allows you to greatly expand your horizons and opportunities for earning money in cryptocurrencies and outside them.

Everyone or users do not have the same skills and this also applies to every company. If you think making money is only for those developers and other high-level people, then I think that is something that is not right because even people at high levels will still need people at lower levels to support the development being carried out. So, there's nothing to forget because everyone and the users here have their own way of making money, if they can do it well then there's nothing wrong with that.
