Every decision made in the past makes our present and future. But these are our decisions, and do not take offense at yourself. Someone will say that it is better not to make any decisions. But it will not be life anymore. We need to move forward.
It is very important for a person to remain as calm as possible and not panic.
I don't think that forgetting is the right thing to do here, since forgetting is something that we should not do. When we remember what we have done in the past it helps us to avoid making the same mistake over and over again and to make better choices. What I would say is stop feeling sorry for yourself over what happened in the past and look to the future while making better moves to ensure that you come out with better results.
I wouldn't say forget the past, you can learn a lot from what has happened previously. I would say learn from the past and push forward.
How can I forget that last year, such a good market has missed, or lost a lot, this lesson is too profound, it is estimated that many people will remember for a lifetime instead of forgetting. Everyone wants to foresee the market last year and don't want to miss it again.

It's quite a difficult thing to do. I was once a millionaire and now because of my greed I am now back to scratch. It's not an easy situation to deal with. This applies to those whose on semi long term holding or day traders so they need to recover from the losses of the past hype,but for people like me who is in holding for long term then i dont bother about what would be the prices today or to owner but what i concerns is the value ten years from now in which needed to be waited

This advice is one of the best things I have ever seen in this cryptocurrency community,there are a lots of opportunities in this wonderful cryptocurrency space so we should be able to harness those amazing opportunities. All we got is One life in which we should not live life with regrets. We should only be prepared for the greater good as it is in this Cryptocurrency market as we can clearly see that the recent times have been tough for the investors. As most of the investments turn out to be low. But this isn't the end. Cryptocurrency has a various number of possibilities by which we can make a better outcome.
I agree completely. There are really times that I feel regret when I see that the prices had gone lower than I bought the coins with or that I sold too soon. I guess the thing is not to be too greedy in this industry. Just be thankful if you've been able to get some returns from your investments and sometimes you really need luck. So, sulking over past mistakes will never really do you good.
