I can't help you with btcrecover, but a general warning: don't enter your Trezor seed words on a computer that's connected to the internet, and don't give it to anyone (especially the "helpful" people who may send you a PM).

im not a pc expert

i lost the xpub in a broken laptop along with several eth
Depending on how the laptop broke, you may still be able to recover your Ethereum wallet from the drive by taking it out of the laptop and reading it from another computer.

First forgive me for my english, im using trezor to store my btc, i have the seed and i can access the core wallet with no problem, but i also use that seed to make another wallet with my own passphrase and i forgot the passphrase, maybe i forgot 10% of it

My passphrase looks like this

|Word1|Word2|NumberWord3|

Im sure to remember word1, word2 and word3.
The number have only three variations.
What im not sure is where i put the "|" or have i been using space with each word, maybe i also add one digit, a symbol or two.
I have opened this wallet several times in the past, so i think there is no typo.
I also have the wallet file in electrum as backup before, but i forgot the password to the file completely so maybe no hope there.

I plan to try to use btcrecover but im not a pc expert and need help to setup btcrecover and tokens with the clues above. or maybe are there better alternatives? to be honest i dont remember how much is left inside, at most 1 btc and at least 0.1, i lost the xpub in a broken laptop along with several eth Sad if i can open it i will be glad to share with the most helpful
