It's been a while since I traded in Etherdelta. And I don't have any idea if it still working as before, where do you now usually trade your Altcoinstalks? Is ForkDelta the new trading site replacing Etherdelta? Pls give me some opinions to where it is best to trade . Thanks.
Forkdelta uses the same contact as EtherDelta and works much better. But i haven't trade there for a long time. I prefer trade Ethereum tokens on another dex called IDEX, it is more user-friendly and pairs have more volumes.

Both exchanges are shit, ignore them and use a better one like binance. These two exchanges are buggy, UI is nothing spectacular, and are based off (in ForkDeltas case) on a site which was VERY SHIT and got hacked (Etherdelta)

I don't know why people continue to go back to these sites and want to use them more, use the real exchanges and then you don't have to face these problems. Poloniex is pretty much dead after it's hack, and rightfully so -- let these sites go out with pride and don't drag the dead house.

I wonder why people are still using these exchanges even after knowing about the risk involved in these exchanges due to variety of bugs present in their software and database. Binance is much better and probably the best one so far because of their strong back end support, their priority is to ensure security and privacy to their users.

I do not often trade in ED and FD. Because, as far as I know, they are not the official listed exchanges from the team or the project management company in / out. I often wait for them to have information about the official trading platform and many exchanges have more reputation. Sometimes, it is perseverance for each person.

Its not the same exchange as etherdelta. It looks identical similar though but they both have different databases and different exchanges.

I have traded in those exchanges before, but I prefer big exchanges now. Preferably good exchanges now are Binance and Kucoin, I like the ui and fluid operation haven't encountered any problems but I dont keep my coins and tokens there for so long.

I wouldn't put my money in any of them!
I don't have a good diary of using crappy exchanges , No matter how much is the fee , i'd rather to use somewhere that i can be sure it doesn't eat my money , If you couldn't find the coin in some good exchange and you must use one of them to change it just use as an exchanger not a wallet.

etherdelta and forkdelta is same. Forkdelta is the update version of etherdelta. you can choose kucoin and binance for trading. these site one of best for security. Also you can use hitbtc. Hitbtc is user friendly. But support team takes too much time to solve problem.

The exchange is decentralized and running in a ETH smart contract. You control your funds. Binance is centralized and has full access over the addresses private-keys. That's the difference.

And Etherdelta didn't get hacked. It was a simple DNS redirect attack in the main domain. You could run the exchange source locally and do every trade you wanted to do.

I don't know why people continue to go back to these sites and want to use them more, use the real exchanges and then you don't have to face these problems. Poloniex is pretty much dead after it's hack, and rightfully so -- let these sites go out with pride and don't drag the dead house.
Yeah... keep using an "real" exchange until they get hacked and you lose all your funds (remember Mt. Gox?)

I would recommend you to use Fordelta because first of it's more safer and why it is made is to replace etherdelta that has alot of lack of security which means you can loose your money.

Forkdelta is using etherdelta's contract so I think there is no another hacking risk involved, I do not use it much but it is probably faster than etherdelta.

Indeed, forkdelta is now being used by others and also by me because etherdelta sucks now like in slow ui interface. When selling or buying takes so much time to load. And I also notice when I'm placing order, it takes time to be success or sometimes fail to do. Unlike, forkdelta have much good to trade now so you should leave etherdelta behind.

Forkdelta has more participants than ehtdelta because I think you should join Fordelta to make better purchases of coins. So see them as a dynamic market and generate income for you later.

Etherdelta has been the platform where most traders do their business and the advent of forkdelta is an added choice for the traders. Recently both platforms have emerged to be one platform. I personally do not like trading there because of their charges and  difficulty in depositing fund some times.

For me much better the forkdelta than etherdelta because etherdelta is hard to trade it always logging and slowly than to forkdelta it's easy to use. And I think lot of traders now choose forkdelta to trade than to etherdelta.

Did you really inquire on which one of them are better exchange? then my answer is no one of them are good since they are the same awful exchange and wouldn't go for anymore further trades at any of that site since I am damn sure that they will be compromised just like what happen on Etherdelta itself. Better to hold your tokens and find those more reliable exchange where we can trust more.

Forkdelta is only a split exchange of etherdelta , so whatever coins or tokens in etherdelta is also in forkdelta but forkdelta is much prettier than etherdelta because it requires only a amount of ether gas to trade and transfer.

Forkdelta is just like a mirror of etherdelta. The environment is the same and I think that forkdelta is the mirror link of ED because lately ED was hacked and they need to back up their site for security purposes.
If etherdelta got hacked, will the user's wallet private key be stolen too ?
Sorry, I still don't understand about etherdelta, They save our private key or not ?

Yeah, ForkDelta anda EtherDelta is the same exchange, for now I never trade there. Now this platform exchange is too slow and sometimes a bit difficult in making deposits and withdraw.
