I would like to know if anyone knows of a trusted portal where I can learn everything related to bitcoin, I think it is important to learn professionally.
You have come to this portal. Bitcointalk is exactly the place where all the information about bitcoin is concentrated. Moreover, this forum is the "cradle" of the entire crypto industry, because it was here that BTC was "born".

All the information you need is right here. Read-study and if you have any questions, then don't hesitate to ask. The community will always help you. Just don't be lazy to use the "forum search engine" to answer your questions, because most of them have already been discussed many times and the necessary answers are available. There is no need to create new topics for your questions that have already been asked on bitcointalk.

I am glad for you that you show a desire to learn everything about bitcoin and I wish you to achieve what you want.

It depends on the areas of interest but some threads on this forum can be helpful in the process of you knowing more about bitcoin.

These links can be helpful:

https://www.coindesk.com/learn/what-is-bitcoin/
[General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?
Crypto scams revealed
How to secure crypto wallets
Bitcoin wallet summary at glace
Malware that can steal bitcoin from wallet devices and their preventions
Good topics on security and privacy

Be careful of hackers and scammers generally. Reading the topics on the last link would help while also reading others would help.

To know about the right time to invest, that should be during bear market like this, you can go through the price history of bitcoin which should help. You can use https://coinmarketcap.com for the price history.

You’ll probably need to resort to multiple sources, depending on your specific concerns (i.e. bitcoin technical principals, usage, trading, mining, hard money, history, news, events, security, and so forth).

In general terms, I’ve found this forum itself to be useful, although it’s reading information here is not a linear guided path, and you need to learn to separate the wheat from the chaff. Books are likely a good source for thematic linear information, and people can recommend a series of them that align more to your concrete areas of interest. Documentaries and video (i.e. by Andreas  Antonopoulos) are a good complement, providing they aren’t part of the influencer sphere that will just shill whatever they are being paid to shill.

Getting back to the forum, besides the residing amount of thematic treads, one of the mayor benefits resides in being able to interact with the bitcoin community, and ask whatever you are unsure about out in the open (as opposed to some closed communication through social media which is a high risk practice).

Sidenote: También existe una pequeña comunidad en Español en el foro, por si resulta de interés.

Interesting. How did you come to this forum? What ways? What don't you like about this forum? I don't see a better place to get more knowledge about bitcoin than this place. This is the first step to looking around, communicating, understanding in which direction to step, and then, probably, deciding on education on other more targeted resources.

But at the moment, if you consider yourself a complete beginner, communication on the forum will give you strength and understanding of what to strive for.

Now there is a lot of information on Google, ranging from concepts of what it is to forecasts and expert opinions. What information do you want to know. Technical, mining or trading. There are many forums, sometimes information for beginners is fixed. Books and films can be viewed as documentaries. Subscribe to crypto channels. Find out about the best sites. It's all on the Internet.

Yes. You can find everything you need here[1] (and here[2] if you're interested in knowing more about the lightning network). The site is maintained by a very well-known and respected figure[2] within the bitcoin community, so you don't really have to worry about the quality of the information.
