Then I want a virtual wrestling federation, where the computer decides who wins and we bet on it, like for belts or something, I think that is possible right?
Anything imaginable is makeable, right?
if I had money I would do it myself the federation...

There was a virtual wrestling game as such in the past . Can't remember the name. But it will again be just luck so will definitely not be profitable for site developers as PVP games don't have much traffic on any site.

I dont know but seems like nobody wanna accept my idea of betting on sport entertainment like wrestling.
I know you can't bet on every weeks appointment, but at least the PPV events.
I would be happy to bet for those stuff.

Impossible to offer events which are planned at any high level of money, probably why you dont see it happen much since the upside isnt very high.  If it grows big the people planning the entertainment make easy money.

Sorry, i write with my boss in office  Grin

For me, wrestling is a entertainment and can are manipulated easily.

These are very high level matches will be fixed so it is better just watch and enjoy the match instead loosing money on bets. This is my opinion only

Yes, a sort of Mugen:
http://screenshot.it.sftcdn.net/it/scrn/89000/89674/mugen-tournament-9.jpg
But with the addon of special events or belts added.
That would make my life complete.

If you want to bet on fights, Directbet has a Mixed Martial Arts section. http://directbet.eu/Events.cshtml?EventType=Mixed%20Martial%20Arts Never betted on any of it but I think Boxing and these are the only fighting events one can bet on. The entertainment wrestling matches are pretty much fixed so no sportsbook will ever offer any bets for that.

i completely agree with your opinion, it would be easy to make bets for those who work in that industry what would mean that casinos wouldnt affor paying big payments for the wrestling entertainment staff Cheesy

Phildo, what about the secondary idea I putted on the table?

Is mugen like video games? You can probably bet on esports fighting games if you look hard enough. You can bet on UFC/boxing.

I don't know what you mean by "legit simulated wrestling" legit and simulated have opposite meanings. A real fight would end up looking like a UFC fight (although not exactly the same if the goal was to pin the shoulders to the mat), that would probably end up looking like olympic style wrestling because you don't gain much by punching or kicking people.

Making wwe/tna type wrestling "real" would never work. All of the stuff that makes wwe/tna look exciting is a result of both guys working together.

Seems UFC is more interesting than WWE, which it looks professional with its martial art involved that. Directbet has UFC category for gambler, but I don't bet on that yet.

PPV = Pay Per View Events, by the way, thanks for the honest answers, I always wondered why it wasn't in it...
I think TNA is more realistic and if it would be once for those I would still bet on it, even if it's rigged.
It would be good like... let's say this:

Wrestler A 1.3 Wrestler B 1.5 DQ 1.4

If the betting would never exceed 1.9 for wrestling it would always be good no?

Let's say we create a legit simulated wrestling, I would bet on that.
There was a website with mugen fighters, I loved that site, If it could be done with the same stuff I would pay to see and bet on it.

Dude, TNA is just as fake as the rest of them, and most of their shit is taped WAAAAY in advance so there's no way to smartly take bets on it.

Not exceeding 1.9 doesn't matter. Offering any odds on Ethan Carter to win his match "tonight" will end up in the bookie losing money because the match happened a month ago.

Your odds listed would cost the bookie a lot of money when someone that KNOWS who is going to win makes a bet.

How about Japanese Sumo wrestling?   Grin

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2011/feb/02/japan-sumo-wrestling-match-fixing

At least we all know pro wrestling is rigged . . .
it's quite rare stuff, and i heard first time. if it's rigged, samurai tradition will lose its honor..
and Mongols still winning even tough they're from poor countries and fighting against unbearable pressures from Japanese nationalists.

i dont think sumo wrestling is rigged; 1 instance of it happening doesnt prove anything. rigging professional matches has happened in nearly every sport, and in the current day and age, rigging happens in esports as well from time to time. as for "samurai tradition," were not exactly living in the 13th century. but again, 1 instance of a rigged match happening does not mean the entire sport is a cesspool of fixed matches.

lets take a look at this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Sox_Scandal

is this conclusive proof that baseball is a fake sport filled with matchfixing and deals behind closed doors? no.

I have seen people bet on wwe events, paddy power, bovada, etc sometimes will have lines up for the major events.

The limits are very small, and I really doubt you will ever see big limits, especially on a bitcoin betting site because the anonymous nature of bitcoin will make it very easy for people that know the outcome to make a lot of money.

the outcome of pro wrestling matches is predetermined, if you offer bets on it you need to do everything in your power to make sure that you know you aren't taking bets from people that know what's going to happen, and it's A LOT harder to do that in bitcoin.

I don't think it is a kind of sports, like WWE, IMO it is an entertainment. So betting on them can be manipulated easily, it is easy for us to lose money, don't gamble on them.
