I see more and more issues with fortunejack .. I wish I never gambled there, my withdrawal has been pending for 12 hours now .. please someone put pressure and help me

Stop bumping old topics. Maintain a different thread for your issue. They usually put some withdrawals in security check so I guess you have to wait for a while but they will eventually pay if everything seems fine to them regarding your account.

Just have some patience is what I would suggest.

I have received a pm from Fortune Jack representatives asking the rating to be removed. I see no confirmation from the player that he has been paid? Guy just makes a thread and disappears?

Also, to you guys at Fortune Jack, Is this what players can expect on any big win? 2 months wait to be paid? Must make a thread to be paid? I'm gonna adjust the tag for now to a neutral. I hope we don't see more threads like this in the future

So did you try to talk to the live support? What was your issue, as you have not mentioned it yet..? I'm pretty sure FortuneJack are operating under specific working hours when it comes to certain things with the exception of live support always being there for you. You also have to know that David is not the boss of FortuneJack as he is the guy taking care of public relations and campaigns..

So what kind of response did you get from Live Support when you've raised this issue?

Have you made sure that you have met all requirements if you had bonuses etc? I know it sucks when money gets stuck but give it a bit of time and it should get resolved!

This isn't the full chat, he went on to say in less than 12 hours someone who can actually do something about this major mistake will contact me, That was two days ago!

As already posted in FJ thread, this issue has been resolved and after finalising the investigation fraud department has already deposited the win on Erkans account.

The thread and open discussion on it is irrelevant from this perspective and should be moved to the archive I think.

Also, because of this issue, our reputation was heavily damaged by negative trust score adjusted. We stated in posts the process was ongoing and we were waiting for final confirmation, still some users have wrongly accused us of refusing to pay out the win to our dear player. We would like this to be improved as well, I think since we have finalised the procedure from our side and fairly deposited the funds on the account, it will be reasonable and right to have negative trust removed.

Have you pmed yahoo to let him know the present situation?

I hope yahoo will consider to remove the neg after Erkans confirms the matter as resolved from his end.

I hope this means that this issue has been settled, Natalie(Fortunejack) has been one of the most helpful Community Manager that I ever knew here on bitcointalk and never did I thought that an issue like this would take that long. A bonus to erkans would be a step forward to better costumer satisfaction IMO.

FJ account has been tagged for now. If this accusation is handled 1 way or the other the rating might be adjusted but this is clearly not the proper way to handle this situation
IIRC,they already were tagged but don't remember which DT member removed the ratings.

Regardless of the accusation,I believe you should let the red mark be there on FJ's profile since this is not the first time they are accused of holding withdrawals.The red tag would serve it's purpose as a warning for anyone willing to deposit money on the casino to think twice.

That user played and won over 9 BITCOIN.

Fortunejack hold his/her withdrawals for 2 months so far. (Saying for security reasons)

I've seen other well known gambling site processed withdrawals more than that in 72 hours.

Is it the end? Finger crossed, i wonder why no negative feedback from DT members.  Roll Eyes

I didn't expect this from fortunejack. They've spent or spending lot's of money on marketing. I don't understand why they're talking too much time. Security reason for 2 months? That reason is lame now. I don't believe it takes 2 months to check.

When you're operating a casino site like this you should expect big whales and you will hold withdrawals of everyone for months? This is unexpected.

But it took time to solve your issue due to their technical and development reason.

9 btc is not a small amount, even though the issue has been solved easily.

As you have already waited 5 weeks, it will not hurt you to wait some more days.
Give them some more time to solve the issue. FortuneJack did not said anything BS in his reply, they just asked for time.

This is nothing new with fortunejack they have weird terms which limits most of the gamblers to make any sort of profit and when some lucky gamblers like you earn any sort of profit they simply block their account and give different sort of excuses like they mentioned one above this post. Just doa search about fortune jack in scam accusations you will find several situations like yours.

5 weeks for your bs security check come on why is it always you guys have problems paying to someone who made profit seriously people should avoid your casino.

There is no problems of paying to someone Smiley lots of users have received funds without any issues and we are proud to be a fair client. But this has been a tough month for us, from technical and development perspective. Soon you gonna see a big change, but transition period is not easy. We totally understand user has no obligation to understand this, but we are absolutely transparent with the issues. As soon as our new fraud control system is up, the user will get paid in a very short period of time.

Again, I sincerely apologise for the delay and hoping this will be resolved soon.
