Well, I guess FortuneJack sites have resumed, and I saw that there was a promo that was running at the time. Well, FortuneJack has long standing, and it's really become a successful site. I think it will not make its FortuneJack disappointed, so do not think that FortuneJack going to disappoint you, because if the payment is late, maybe they are preparing something.  Wink

i use fortunejack for poker until 1 or 2 years ,  dat thread  afraid me so i cashed out  my 0.1 there ...
Recently i saw they closed some porker  tourney ... idk what to think about it ...
Btw fortune jack is  running a promo actually  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/fortunejack-giveaway-win-up-to-004-btc-1701601 ...
If the administration has not announced it then we do not have to rely on only one thread I think they may have some problems that is why they are numbed in their services but still your precaution is better as no one know that what a company want. we will wait for their announcement

They have to know that now the fees for transactions is high so they have to charge some fees and have to make the transactions faster because in the current situation the members are feeling annoying which is not good for their business.

the problem you described is blockchain related, not fortune jack's fault
but on the other hand good sites have several transaction fees options to make sure no things like that happen
either they allow the user to choose tx fee(like bitsler) or increase them manually if blockchain is facing difficulties(like fd used to do)
anyways glad you got your money finally and there is no scam accusations flying,as FD is a reputable site and I highly doubt they would attempt to scam a player

That's not correct. It's the sending parties responsibility to ensure that enough transaction are getting confirmed in a reasonable amount of time. If the transaction fees are too high, they should increase the fees they charge players in order to support it. If a transaction gets stuck, they can do what I do and repriortize it by pulling from the change address (CPFP).

FWIW, these issues will exist even with segwit and something all bitcoin services and wallets need to start handling.

Yeah, I think a large percentage of the sites out there just include static fees based on size. Ideally, they should be accounting for network congestion and adjusting to help ensure quick confirmation times. No one is happy when they have to wait sometimes over 24 hours for a confirmation. Of course these higher fees would likely need to be passed on to the players or perhaps give them the choice of paying extra for fast confirmation or paying a lower fee for a longer confirmation time.

But fortunejack don't take any extra fee from the players to send money to their accounts because they are absorbing it. But now if many players start complaining then they may consider passing on these extra fees to players to make things faster. Until now all my payments are quite OK from fortunejack.

Don't understand why you are blaming Fortunejack, when this is clearly a problem with the miner pools which are refusing to launch Segwit to fix these issues

Yes, that's what I also said. It is entirely fortunejack irresponsibility made this delay. If they can't afford to send money without any fee, then they should change the terms saying that they will charge some fee for each withdrawal and push that fee to the players. Instead, they pay a little fee for each transaction and all these issues players need to face and wait for day or two to get their money back.

I have one question - do you guys only play on FortunJack? What about other casinos withdrawal times, are they normal and don't stuck in the mempool?

Now Bitcoin network is doing just fine with ~5k unconfirmed transaction at any time, so there shouldn't be any more delays anyway.

Last Friday I withdrew my signature earnings by paying 0.0006 fees from Bitsler site and got my funds within few minutes. But I didn't try on the same day with Fortunejack withdrawal, and I don't think we have an option in forutunejack to pay a higher fee to get faster confirmations.

Transactions in and out are always fast, its the one thing I wish other sites could copy.
But I have never understood what people are playing on the site to say its tbe best.
Poker is mostly Argentinian players and nothing runs at a level close to 50NL. They do not add to the tables, sitngoes are now dead.
Dice clearly is still having issues and I do not get into any form of online casino play. Guess each his own in that aspect.
If they ever added 2Nl to 100Nl the site would be amazing but it seems happy as is.

Their withdraws are instant but it took probably 20 hours to confirm. Not Fortunejacks fault, if you check their miner fee, they include a very high miner fee however lately there is a huge memlog that its causing any transaction that are less than 100Sats/byte to take hours to confirm.

I do not think that the FortuneJack's site be closed, because I am using for a long time, and never had a problem. withdrawal problems is only late confirmation

Yes, they will not close this site because it is one of the best gambling sites. From their system, they will approve most of the transactions fast, but the only delay happens from the blockchain end. Most of the sites may be having the same issue due to blockchain delay.

Edit - finally they confirmed my payment after 14 hours but its been 10+ hours but still 0 confirmations from blockchain.

Don't expect a instant payments from fortunejack site anymore.
I had withdrawn coins from fortunejack yesterday and it was instant. it always has been, but recently the confirmation time is too long. btw my transaction was confirmed today!

The mempool has been really high lately so transactions are requiring higher fees in order to confirm in a timely manner. It is likely just due to this that the transactions were taking a long time to confirm is my guess.

fortune jack is one of the biggest casino site, they can't close down so easily, but i do agree with something, the customer support in fortune jack is one of the worst, for the payment i don't think there is any problem, the slow payment is usual in casino because sometimes they need to verify your account before they release the payment

May be if there is having such a bigger payout like 10btc or more may be they need to verifiy it and I believe that takes time but for such low payout like 0.1 why it really takes time too? Does not make sense if they keep on doing that. Blockchain nowadays is really takes time but it does not really need takes more than 12 hours though

Are you sure about that? Sad
They have been around for a long time I think even when I first started gambling it was around here.
It is not very usual for a company to have such behavior show up all the sudden. So my suggestion would be to give them some time to sort things out first then if not pursue your allegations.

Same as others though i don't believe fortunejack will close down their business since they still got many numbersnof players that can make them earn some mote revenue and they have an active sig campaign and it is not ended yet, and that is our indicator that their business closed down is not gonna happen at this moment, and although theirs a little problem occuring at them but surely it was just an normal error and will resolve if the fj management will br reach out to take some action.
