A txid and maybe a screenshot of the deposit address in your account may help you here. Without any proof, you are posting baseless accusation only. You can even contact them first through live chat or email support, have you tried it? If you have done it, what the support said to you? Give a transcript of the chat as well if you want to be responded here seriously by the one who is in charge to help you. I made few times deposits this month and there is no issue at all.
