My luck hasn't been good at fortunejack not at all Sad

Try again! I have been lost 0.08 in my first experience playing in fortunejack. But lastweek just made a nice profit by played blackjack and roullete make 0.08 to 0.324. Have you tried bj and roullete there? I love their pretty girls haha. Goodluck

You are welcome. Regarding your second issue, you can play if you input numbers in client seed. Are you sure you could play our Dice(before we improved its design) in the past by writing letters in client seed?

Regarding Dice, you need to first lock the Client Seed and then click the Autoroll. You are probably doing it vice versa.

And can you send in PM your username so we can disable 2FA?
About the first thing, that's what I was doing.  I know how to correctly set the Client Seed, I've done it before many times.  This is the only time it's done this to me.  I lock the Client Seed, set up my autoroll settings, click AutoRoll, and nothing happens.  The button spins but no rolls are made.

(EDIT:  I tried many things to get it to work.  Refreshing, waiting to set the autoroll preferences both before and after setting the Client Seed, trying multiple settings, etc.  Every time I tried it, I set the Client Seed first and Locked it, pressed AutoRoll, and the rolls wouldn't function unless I had the Client Seed Unlocked so it generated them randomly.)

"And why would that matter?  Shouldn't I be able to use letters as well?  It works for me with numbers, but not with letters.  It hashes both anyway when the rolls are calculated so why does it matter if it's letters?  I've used letters in the past and it would work just fine."

I am not very happy with the service I have received through FortuneJack.  Months ago, both through messages on BCT here, and through their support I requested my 2FA to be removed on my original account because I got a new phone, and I did provide adequate proof, but nobody ever got back to me, even now.

On top of that, on my second account, I submitted a ticket today/yesterday because when playing standard dice with DOGE, the rolls only go through if I let it randomly select Client Seeds.  If I manually set a Client Seed, the roll button spins and nothing happens.  Why is that even an issue?  That's sketchy to me.  I should be able to set the Client seed whenever and however I please and still have my rolls function.


Someone please address this, this is frustrating, and very unprofessional when you claim you have 24/7 Support right on your site.

EDITED:  In reference to the first issue, if you look on Page 75 of thise topic, the very first post is someone quoting where I stated my first problem.

Our technical team will check the second issue you are raising here and will get back to you soon. Regarding the 2FA protection, you still have no access to that account?
