I think they had to implement the 30 second rule because if you compared the two feeds from Barcharts and from the futures market, you can be at a 1 or 2 second advantage.

With a 50/50 chance its very easy to run into a losing streak of 10 of more. Basically 0.1% chance, the more you play the more you have a chance of getting into that streak.
