i will try to explain it to you :
so the next periode end on 27th of February to incresse your activity by 14 point you have to do at least 14 posts in tow weeks ( 03 February to 27 February ) . you cant get more then 14 activity in one period of time ( 2 weeks ) i hope my explanation is useful

No you can get only 14 activity on every period no more you must post once for every period for not losing these activity points

i have a question if you dont mind
i sing up on octobre 19th 2017 i should have by now 126 activity but since i dont poste that much on that period i have just 56 activity and 71 Posts
my question is if i increase my posts to 130 by the end of the next period 27 February can i get my 126 activity or its dose not work like that Huh

Everything is updated. We didn't have any modification on the activity/ranks system beside the merits system, just make sure to read the thread linked in the OP.

Yes. You can create a thread in Meta about it. What was her account name? She will have been banned fro breaking one of the rules like copy and pasting content or making low quality content continually.
