No, it makes sense. You just don't understand what a period is. If you sign up a day before the new period then you will have 14 activity then another 14 the day after.

You only get activity by being active... Hence why it's called activity. Not sure why you care about activity though if you don't post much. I have a couple questions, when did the last 2 week period start? and does posting actually accounts for anything?

i loved this post but want to ask some info still , like if some one donates some amount thats not equal to that amount which is written in the post . what ranks he/she get by that donation ?

None. The donation ranks and prices will not be altered. Many people have discussed this before here on the forum and the conclusion has been theymos will not lower the amount for the ranks because past donators donated at 50 Bitcoin, or what ever and lowering that would be wrong.
It's also been made clear that the forum no longer requires donations, so there's no need of introducing new ranks.

Does the activity always updated every 15th and 30th of the month? Or it depends on the date that you joined?

Nice Post but why does this sending post limitation exist for newbies at all? I read somewhere here that it's not depends on your posts count you are limited to get only 14 activity in every two weeks!

I dont really get how the activity increases... I thought that it depends on the posts, but now i already have about 50posts but my activity is only 28... Can anyone tell me please which factors do impact the activity points. Thank you.
