There is no doubt that this is a good innovation. The site looks to be inspired by this forum and uses various section to discuss about ICO's, it looks like this site is particularly made to aware people of ongoing ICO's. Today we come up with so many bounties on daily or weekly basis that it is almost impossible to identify each of them as scam and real, also you never know which ICO may work or not but this site can give us clue regarding the working of the team and so on. This is a new kind of forum which is much needed at the moment.

How do you dictate whether an ICO is a scam or not? Do you provide market depth research or information, or is this purely based on feedback left by others? What actions or features do you have in place to help eliminate spam attacks by fudders who create bot accounts on your site? While this is a great idea, in theory, you have to be cautious about offering any form of "financial advice", especially when dictating what you believe to be a scam coin or not.

Additionally, this post belongs in Service Announcements, not in Project Development.

Good luck
True, it is hard to say if ICO is a scam or not. And what does scam in this world mean? We need regulations to reduce number of fake and scam ICOs.

Very interesting and useful forum. You can add Crestonium to the list of scam ICO's. After they have finished the token sale, they have closed their website and deleted all their social media accounts.

Maybe some of those people who experienced already about scam or already a victim of scams, cannot detect easily that it is a scam project or business that used cryptocurrency business in order to attract more people to joins their business, and mostly we can noticed that it is a scam when the people who handle the projects or business transactions are disappear without prior notice.

To be sincere, most people that get scammed on this forum investing into an ICO is because of greed, there are some project that mere looking at the way is structured one would know it is a scam/Ponzi scheme in making but because of the riches that has been promised the will gamble on those projects. I am not talking about being hacked which is a different scenario

Interesting! good project.. there are so many scams going on,,
It seems not easy to find project scams but this idea deserves an appreciation, Given there are some projects that are not clear and really make bad crypto image.

Actually, I'm also curious about how to define an ICO as a fraud.
Even if an ICO project team commits fraud, the ICO project may still be an excellent project, but it only exaggerates the promotion.

This is quite an interesting site, but unfortunately you just point out that some ICO is a fraud, but it does not justify, and it should be done!

Its both topical and necessary. We all need to discuss our doubts, or get feedback on icos that we are unsure of, and what better guide than experience, and what better place than a forum holding up the wall of shame for easy viewing!

And that really helps newbie.
Because most people don't know how to judge the quality of ICO projects, they only analyze them through the websites that are evaluated by ICO. However, most of the time, this is not reliable.

Hello, what do you think about masternodes ? Is this new trend in scamming or real profit?

Hi, be honest I don't like masternode and miningn too. But if the coin like Dash then the masternode definitely not scam and should be profit but if other coin scam and masternode of this coin scam.

Masternode and mining are managble by money. If you have lot of money you can influence to that coin. By creating more masternodes or buying mining equipment.

This is fondement problem of all crypto. Decentralization.
I think e.g. masternode should have kind of personal identification using biometric or biomarkers. Only one masternode per person or one mining farm for one humen passport. That would be more democratic way.

It's very interesting opinion. Thanks a lot for answer Wink
