I don't have a facebook and tbh I don't want one. I do, however, want to get in on the ground level of stellar coin as I like their model - unlike certain other coins, I think it'll be around for a while. Created a quickie facebook, but stellar didn't accept it as legitimate (unsurprisingly, because it isn't). If someone sends me 1000, I'll send you 500 back (and according to OP, you get 1000 coins from stellar themselves, so profit!). I know it looks like I'm just jumping on OP's scheme, but I only want one person to send me some so I have some capital to start with

Unfortunately they changed it a lot since I posted this. It is now 100 coins sent = 100 coins back.
Anyway...GL with starting I think an email will still work for some coins as well.

When I signed up I didn't initially click on the Facebook link and after I entered an email address, it said I was in queue and will receive coins tomorrow...Maybe they changed it?
Yeah I too think they changed it because on my new account it said verifying the email address unlocked the 1000 achievement.

Everywhere I read said you didn't have to connect a Facebook if you didn't want, and just added an email. Granted you lose some of the amount of coins you would receive.
That's not true though, trust me I tried. You have to have a facebook to get anything.

At the very least, if I don't send you the 500 coins(which I will) You will still have created an account and got roughly 2,250 coins, which is roughly .011 BTC.
I will gladly send you the coins once you send me though, keep in mind this is great for everyone.

Sorry I forgot to mention that rz20, Yes it will take 1 day roughly to get your coins. Once you do and you send me the 1000 coins, you will receive coins back from Stellar(1000) and I will send you 500 coins back as well.
