The difficulty factor for the slots is way off. A person should win something at least 1 out of 5 spins even if it is smaller than the bet.
It's not paying, even with wins. I emailed tech support and sent a couple of screenshots showing where there was no pay when it was a win. I spun over 200 times without one single win. Figured I'd try video poker... no luck either.
Alright what is up with the SLOTS? I have not won once during the time that I've been playing. I also have gotten 3 scatters on several occasions and nothing has happened!!!
Yes I experienced this as well oh well glad I got the promotion and didn't put money I would have had I probably spinned about 400 times and didn't get one single win. Oh well

We'll fix any issues we notice, this is the whole point of the 'soft launch' is to iron out any issues we can see, which is why I'm handing out vouchers to anyone who wants one
If you do find a bug, or win something that you are not credited for, we will take good care of you!
Ironically when they work in the opposite direction, no one complains or even says a word, haha :-P
