Just to add some extra info since it's not been added in the op , this is from a conversation with a live support agent : "The current balance had been removed and the bonus recredited for the play through to be met on the balance. also keep in mind that the minimum withdrawal on a free bonus is 10.00 which will be paid, a minimum deposit of 5 Mbtc is also needed"
Basically I received the 2mbtc , played for a while , went to the cashier to check how much wager I'd have left , saw the funds were in the main balance , and not the bonus balance so just assumed I finished the play-through requirements . So lets say my first impression is not so great.
