A player won big in high roller blackjack and cashed out.
I am amazed by his successive wins.
Congratulations! It's a really lucky day for you.

Enjoy!

The live games were under maintenance temporarily.
They are back and running now.

Question:

If I deposit .13 and wanted to play blackjack with it, won, how come I can't withdrawl my money before I play through my bonus?  Seems rather unfair...?

You entered deposit bonus code during the deposit process and got 110% bonus.
Bonus always has rollover. You need to meet the rollover before withdrawal.
If you don't want rollover, you can select not to receive bonus by bypassing bonus code during the deposit process.
But you selected to get bonus.

We have x15 rollover policy, with live games not counted towards rollover.
This is explained well above.

For those who play only blackjack and want bonus, we are considering putting penalty on live blackjack and make it counted towards rollover.
Competing site has penalty of 86%, which means live blackjack is counted 14% of slots. They have heavy rollover on slots and thus blackjack's rollover gets heavy accordingly.
We plan to offer better condition, without increasing slots rollover.
It takes time to implement this feature though.
Currently you have to comply with current rollover rule.

Thanks for playing.

I don't want the bonus, can you please remove it from my account and let me play black jack please?

Also, you might want to update your rules to be more clear on that, according to your terms:

7.6. WITHDRAWAL OF BONUS FUNDS. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE PARTICULAR RULES APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES, GAMES OR BONUS PROMOTIONS, ANY BONUS FUNDS THAT ARE CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (WHETHER AS A RESULT OF A PRIZE, PROMOTION, REDEMPTION OR ANY OTHER REASON) SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PLAY THROUGH REQUIREMENTS(ROLLOVER): CASINO 15X - BEFORE SUCH BONUS FUNDS (AND ANY ASSOCIATED WINNINGS FROM SUCH BONUS FUNDS) CAN BE WITHDRAWN. ROULETTE, BACCARAT, BLACKJACK AND LIVE DEALER GAMES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ROLLOVER COUNTING.

I read this as, if I deposit, my money and the bonus funds are two separate things, which they are not.  Anyways could you please remove my bonus money and let me be on my way?

I sent a message to you. It will resolve your issue.
Please check it.

Thanks for playing.
