Yes there are gambling sites that does offer free bets. Promotions, they are often running for various reasons. But they are not profitable and in fact no slot game is. The profit is only for the casino. Nothing comes for free in this reality(especially in the gambling industry). Slots games are a waste of time and money, if you ask me, but you could have some fun and play slots, if you want to. Don't play with the assumption that you are going to make any money and you'll be fine.
