I'd like to know something : what does make someone win the daily challenge ? Is it the people who made the best ROI percentage of the day ?

Hello everyone, I've been updating the threads so we can open registration for the VI Tipster Championship. Here are the dates, and the main changes. Remember, registration will be open later today.

Changes from the last competition:

Participation prize: Now the 100 minimum valid bets can be spread along the 3 possible entries.
Note: This is only for participation prize. Any account placing on top7 must still have 100 bets on that account.

Minimum bankrolls: 100 mBTC; 200,000 DOGE; 10 LTC; 10 DASH; 5 Ether (Ether was included, and the price for DOGE was adjusted)

New prize for the Daily Challenges: Now the winner of the most daily challenges during the competition, will see their daily prize winnings double.

Ether promotion: X2 Prize for top7 prizes for participants that choose to play with ether

Oh yes I know now that I did not realize it before  in the competition last month I use one address so the chance to win a daily challenge is limited to 100 bets while if I use 3 address in the opportunity to win more with 300 bet for 3 address. thanks FrueGreads I completely forgot about it

Hello, junior can enter with no restrictions, and newbies can try to register and we will evaluate each case and then inform if they can enter or not. Most of the times, they can.


Well top 10 could be possible but prizes would be divided, so I'm not sure if that is the best option. The next three prizes would probably not be very good, and the top7 would also have smaller prizes to pay those new three, so I think it's best to keep it like this, so that the reward is better.

As for the new topic, like I said, we will update every post in the first page of this thread, so opening a new one would just result in a thread with the same first posts, so you would read the same information, so I don't understand why we should open a new one.

The title thread will change, and we will keep every update in the first pages, and we will of course post warnings in the thread to remind of the updates, so I don't see why anyone would "get lost".

Hmmm I agree if the top 10 winners in competition directbet. may be more participants will be entered in the competition. but if the rule is not changed and only the top 7 winner was also not a problem.

I want to suggest to add winners place up to 10 winners, previously was 7 places right? So maybe it can bring people more excited to get in top 10.

Registration will only open on the 18h, and competition will start on the 1st May.

We will need to maintain the restriction on the number of bets, becasue that is very important to balance the 13% ROI bonus. Remember that daily prizes have no minimum bet required to qualify for prizes, since they are paid daily, so in reality you have 300 maximum bets to use for the daily prizes.
You asked for 150, so you can just place the minimum 100 bets with one account for the top7 and participation prize, and just keep betting with another account to keep winning the daily prizes.

If in that account you only made 50 bets, there is no problem regarding the daily prizes.
(if those 50 bets go well and you want to place for a top7, then you will of course need to complete the 100 bets to qualify for other prizes)

Good news for me this will make me more interested in following the daily challenges in V FREE Tipster Competition I won three times daily challenges
but I can not win more than 3 times for wagering is limited to each participant, is it possible maximum bet was raised to 150 bets?

Hello everyone, as promised I have an announcement regarding the next competition.
Someone mentioned that it would be nice to have a prize for the winner of most Daily Challenges, and we decided to do that.

So the user that wins the most Daily Challenges in the next competition will see his effort rewarded, as we will double his daily prizes winnings in the end of the competition!

So x2 Daily Challenge winnings, for the user the wins more daily challenges during the next competition!

As an example:
Omikifuse won 4 Daily challenges in the last competition, and was the user with the most Daily Challenges winnings.
That totals 120 mBTC in prizes. If he does that again, he will see his Daily Prize winnings doubled. In this case he would win an extra 120 mBTC.

Again, like I said we listen so don't forget to make suggestions.
The registration will be open in the 18th April, so you still have this week to do that.

Also i will try and find another win win sugestion for both participant and Directbet to make better competition in the future...

Well we always had participation prize = to minimum bankroll. We only changed that on this last competition, and offered the Daily prizes of 30mBTC. We did keep it very close to the minimum bankroll, so I think it was a good trade.

To run the competition only for 20 days, I think it's not enough. We want to find those consistent winners, so even 30 days is not that much, but since we are already going for the 6th edition, we are definitly starting to see familiar faces on the top7, which I think is great.

When I use the term final league prizes, I really just mean top7, but you are correct. It would be great to keep a record of past winners, so I will try to gather that information and keep it on the discussion thread.

Important note:
Please remember that we are making the final balance of the last competition as usual, so this is still the time for suggestions. Like I said before the daily prizes was a suggestion from bitbollo, so we listen.

It sounds good to me about yours plan for multi address participants.. And its really good if the participation price same like the minimum bankrolls (you already did on 4th competition)

Its possible to run this competition each month without risk anything?? Maybe you run it for 20 days and the rest of 10-11 days should be for registering and gather any advice/suggestion/oppinion.. Or maybe you run it more than 1 month (you already did it before, i forgot which competition, atleast im not yet joint in at that time )

Because you mention some word "the final league prize", is there any plan from directbet to make and give reward for hall of fame winner?? Example from the 1st until 10th competition winner.. The Reward  may anything and not only money/bitcoin... At least directbet can make a new page on they web to tell the world about this competition and the winners from the beginning, not only a page about leaderboard...

1) I will talk with direcbet, to see if the values for other coins should be adjusted.

2) As for your second suggestion, the reason behind the participation prize, is to offer an almost risk free participation option in this competition. Our participation prize was equal to the minimum bankroll, and now is very close to it (70mBTC, and the minimum bankroll is 100mBTC).

Offering three participation prizes would be to much, and we want to keep the focus on league prizes and Daily Challenges.

We will however facilitate the way you receive your participation prize. On the next competition, if you choose to use 3 entries, you will need to achieve 100 valid bets on the 3 accounts combined, to receive the participation prize.

So as an example, on the next competition if you have:
- Entry 1 (80 valid bets) + Entry 2 (10 valid bets) + Entry 3 (10 valid bets) -> This will still grant you the participation prize (since you have 100 valid bets on the 3 entries combined)
- Please note that for the top7 prizes, you will still have to place 100 valid bets for each account that places on top7 to receive the final league prize (this is still needed to reduce the luck factor).
