so my fee is way too low. could anyone help me out for a tip in accelerating them as they are even too low for viabtc etc

If you are a sender, I would advise you to wait for the nodes to reject both and you will be able to generate new dispatches with the correct commission, since in your case all possible cost options will approximate in numerical terms to the amounts sent.

i dont seting fees... this was made by company (they get fee 0.0005 BTC for sending deposit back to me, but setup 4 satoshi per byte). I think they try to scam another people - low withdraw pass and bigger dont arrive for extremly low fee (btc return to them after few days in pool).
its possible make something with this low fee?
