It is just 10-11 sat/byte which has very low chance. But it doesn't mean that it can't be. I will add it. If you are the sender and if it is from wallet. Try rbf or cpfp. These can be better and fastest solution for you

So, my mom previously had sent 2BTC to herself from blockchain wallet to coinbase and it has been unconfirmed since November 13, 2017.
