You can give away your coins through airdrops, or you create a faucet website/app or still you can start up a bounty campaign and issues out these coins. Just making a suggestion that might be of help to you.

The rules of the board is that giveaways are forbidden, so how do I offer free altcoins to people Huh
what coins you are offering? You make a giveaway thread if you want to give some coins to the members of the forum. But if its a shitcoin better not do any thread cause its not worth it.

There are plenty ways to announce for such project or campaign or announcements.
You can anounce your free tokens giveaways/airdrops at Twitter/telegraph/Facebook/instagram and other social media sites.
Just try different approach you can use fill up forms for this via Google forms or by just sending you a direct message and personal message.

So far I get a free coin from airdrop and the key to get it is with speed and activeness,  although sometimes the coins are not out in the market or out but at very low prices. There is no wrongness in the trying.

You can create a bounty campaign or an airdrop but a lot of the airdrop threads are being closed because they don't have a fair distribution model or a legitimate project behind them

You could try promoting a giveaway through Telegram via Crypto Airdrops or Airdrop Alert to name a few

This is very easy, share a coin or not, the board of directors never knew about it.
But, preferably create a blog or site and have them visit and comment on your blog or site. Furthermore, share your coins with the person who has commented, and I think, the board of directors will understand with your intentions.

FREE altcoin? Are you joking? How many coins do you give? As a rule this is prohibited on bctalk due to the risk of scam. I think you should create a campaign in the Service for people to earn bitcoin instead of giving like that  Huh

What are the tokens? and why it is forbidden to give? What reason?

It says in the pinned thread that there were way too many giveaway posts at some point so it made sense to ban them so they don't overcrowd the list.

actually there are some ways to share coins for free, some time ago a project did a free coin division and they said after distributing the coins, they said in the near future we will hold bounty. maybe that way you can try it.

yes, there are regulations that prohibit the giving of free coins on every board, because the board for the gift has been made, that is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0
