I just came to know about this contest from my local board but I am a bit confused here. Who is the sponsor of this tournament and how many funds have been allocated till now?

If there is no sponsor and no one willing to donate to this competition, then who will be giving them the prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions?

I guess you can tell us the minimum amount that is already allocated for this contest. I guess once the people know about it, they will start actively participating in this tournament.
