The Concierge of Crypto
Hi guys,

I confirm that Stunna contacted me.

If you can wait an additional day (or two) I can do the drawing. Provably Fair. Third-party (i've not submitted an entry). The drawing is now or something, and I'm out of town at the moment (using mobile internet via cell phone up in the mountain.)

So, here are the rules:

1. Stunna sends me the list of entries. Each entry is unique. I think these are just bitcoin addresses.
2. I will use secrets, similar to my lotto. The secrets are listed below.
3. I will hash the entries with the secrets using SHA-256.
4. I will sort the hash results.
5. The winner is the entry with the lowest hash.

The secrets to be used are as follows:

Little Bit At A Time Secret
https://lbaat.net/
We will use the time point secret at 2013-07-03 00:00

SatoshiDice Secret
http://satoshidice.com/secretlist.php
We will use the 2013.07.02 secret when it is published. (About 2 hours after midnight)

SatoshiRoulette Secret
http://satoshiroulette.com/secrets/
We will use btc.secret.20130703.*.txt when it is published.

BitSaloon Secret
http://www.bitsaloon.com/about/fair
We will use the 2013-07-02 secret when it is published.

Random.org's Random String Generator with randomization from 2013-07-03
http://www.random.org/strings/?num=4&len=16&digits=on&upperalpha=on&loweralpha=on&unique=on&format=html&rnd=date.2013-07-03

The resulting four 16 character strings will be combined into one 64 character string.

As reference, the following URL will always return the same 4 strings.
http://www.random.org/strings/?num=4&len=16&digits=on&upperalpha=on&loweralpha=on&unique=on&format=html&rnd=date.2013-05-30

Here are the strings, generated with randomization from 2013-05-30:

yVu9RE2ouD6eSkFH
qPLaOGpDDur6qFlK
8SaQvBYAnT4432nt
zRrsVXViyu7aKRKt

The 5 different secrets makes sure that no one knows all of them at the time of drawing. All entries should be final by now, or soon, so no one can submit a last minute entry even if they knew all the secrets.

I have my own secret, but I don't need to use it. Prime Dice has a daily secret, but we won't use it also.

I will publish the entire list, and the hash results, already sorted, so you all can see your entries and of course, the winner. (If there are more entries than can fit in a single post, I will truncate the post to include only what fits.)

Good Luck!

Hey,

Dabs has kindly accepted my request to use his lottery service for this raffle. Due to this we have to push back our drawing two days so we can make it 100% provably fair. I was planning on just using Random.org but I feel it is worth pushing this back a small amount of time in order to utilize a proper and fair method.

The Raffle is now July 2nd!

Best Regards,

Stunna

How you will select winner?

Hey,
If needed, we can put together a provably fair system similar to how primedice is done, based off your deposit address. Otherwise we could use a noteable 3rd party figure in the Bitcointalk community (I'm thinking Doog or John - Open for suggestion though) to draw it through means of a number generator.

Now 3BTC?  Huh
Yes, there is now a second separate giveaway. Simply follow us on twitter and post your twitter handle [@____] with your original post.

You could just make a recording of you using a random number generator, spin it like 5-10 times and the last is the winner.

I've contacted a third party to do the drawing, if he responds by tomorrow I'll have him do it. Otherwise I'll probably just go ahead and do that.

Can I ask what a constructive post is? I'll be over the 30 posts but don't want you saying my posts are not constructive and taking the prize off me when I win.   Wink

I get that +1 posts won't be counted but are most other things considered?

This one for example?

Anything that adds or contributes something to a thread in any way. If you respond to a thread with "cool post" or "nice job" that is not constructive. You just posed a question which will help quite a few people so I'd deem it constructive.

This is the last opportunity to enter, the drawing is tomorrow
