Those are all independent people, not saying they can't be trusted but it's a risk.

Why so high? Because the high amount of charge backs with paypal?
It's all manual plus I am the only site I know that sells and buys with PayPal. And yes the charge backs used to be a larger problem but they have slowed down lately.
